Abstract

The present invention relates to a device for producing sterile radionuclides, wherein said device comprises the following members: a column which contains a sorbant and a radionuclide (1) and which is surrounded by a protection (2) against radiation; an eluate filter (6) connected to the column (1) by an eluate duct (3); an eluant duct (11) connected to the column (1) and to a needle (12) mounted in a recess in the flange (8) of said device; a bactericidal filter (13) comprising a duct (14) and a needle (15); and an eluate duct (3) connected to the column (1) and to a needle (7) mounted in a recess in the flange (8) of said device. This device is characterised by the fact that it uses a three-way switch (4) mounted on the eluate duct (3) between the column (1) and the eluate filter (6). This device also comprises an additional duct (9) with an additional needle (10) that is mounted in an independent recess in the flange (8) of said device and covered with a removable sealed plug (16). The eluate filter (6) is mounted with the column (1) in a vertical radiation-protection recess (26) and closed at one end by a main radiation-protection cap (25).
