Definitions
- the invention relates to a palletizing method for forming stacks with nieluer adjacent and stacked packages of signatures, which are bundled in standard packages and top packages with a lower height than the height of the standard package smd, and a top stacker for signatures bundled into packages and preferably strapped per package , with which the packages formed are placed and positioned when the number of pieces of a partial stack is reached.
- Signatures with the same print image and format form a so-called task
- the signatures form an destination information, for example a postal code, a group or a partial lot
- the individual parcels are to be strapped at light info post. This means that when the postal code changes, the parcel of the preceding zip code has to be closed and strapped. There are therefore no packages in which two different postcodes or - -
- Signature groups occur. The group membership is readable from the information on the top copy of the stack. Top packages usually occur, i.e. packages with a smaller number of signatures than those contained in standard packages, when switching from one destination group to the next.
- Standard packages are also referred to as a variety with the same base area and height or number of copies.
- top packages are made if and as specified in the plan. However, the top packages can be stored on the pallet as required.
- a high volume utilization is important in order to be able to accommodate as many parcels as possible and therefore copies on a pallet and, above all, exactly the number of copies on the pallet that the Postage OptimiemngspiOgiamm specified. If the pallet is already full, Before the specified number of copies has been reached, another pallet must be started, on which of course little can be loaded if the plan is not to be left completely, according to postage optimization
- a palletizing method is known, which is also referred to as "chaotic palletizing”.
- Parcels are stacked according to their base area and height.
- the packets are fed on a belt in any order and used according to length, width and height. They then run up a predetermined number of intermediate compartments that are accessible to a robot.
- the robot always selects the package from the compartments according to the specifications of the program, which is the turn to form a chaotic pallet assignment according to the program, which is considered advantageous.
- packages of the same height are preferably placed side by side in groups in order to form the largest possible coherent flat surfaces or joints. However, this always depends on the random composition of the given package formats. In order to be able to palletize almost in layers, complicated program niches are required, which, however, usually fill the volume with very poor utilization and low stability of the pallet.
- the invention is based on the technical problem of developing a palletizing method with which stacks can be formed which, with a plurality of packages arranged one above the other and next to one another, enable great stability and inexpensive use of volume to be achieved with high educational speed, and to design the machine devices in such a way that the implementation of such a procedure is possible.
- the invention solves this problem in that the number of signatures per standard package are determined in the above-described method from the lot size of a task and the total height of a standard stack to be optimally used for volume, that a complementary package for one peak package or several peak packages is formed, the height and stack with the one lace package or the plurality of lace packages has the height of a standard package, and that a plurality of partial stacks arranged side by side, each consisting of at least one standard package or a lace package and a complementary package or more Lace packages and a complementary package to form a level of equal height or a joint as well as a generic tip stacker, by means of which the at least one previously positioned package can be raised or lowered and the at least one subsequent package for complementary formation of a partial stack can be positioned under the raised or above the lowered leading package, the tip stacker
- Such a palletizing process which can be referred to as a complementary palletizing process, has the advantage that in principle all known types of packaging can be processed with it.
- the greatest advantages are easy to calibrate with the easy info post that is automatically ensured that in each case when reaching the number of copies, the emei variety or smd assign a standard packet, the formation of a new packet starts This ensures that virtually m High j edes Standaidvers a flat covering joint is formed on the pallet , m, if necessary, additional stabilization of the stack can also be inserted in the intermediate sheet.
- This flat covering joint formation also allows the layers to be alternately mirrored, that is to say to be arranged offset by 180 giad
- a further optimization is possible by selecting a small number of more or fewer copies of standard package heights within the scope of the high tolerance of a standard package, if or complementary packages below a minimum height or number of copies can be avoided.
- the tip stacker according to the invention is advantageously suitable for packing the packages, which may consist of standard packages and tip packages with the matching complementary packages, into partial stacks in the amount of one or more standard packages and conveying them further in this partial stack height for direct placement on the pallet . It is particularly advantageous if the leading packets are raised and placed on the trailing, aligned packets.
- a signal is emitted from an addressing head or reading head in such a system when a group change is due, for example when it is the turn of a new postal code district.
- the stacker will be the package in which the last copy of the previous group is located , eject, but do not set its payer to ZERO, so that the complementary package or complementary packages are then automatically formed.
- the tip stacker is connected to the addressing head via the sequence control. If a height measuring device immediately in front of the tip stacker determines a different package height than the one to be expected according to the program, this package is modulated.
- the complementary or tip stacker stacks two or more packages, preferably from top to bottom, but possibly also from top to bottom, one above the other, until the specified height is reached.
- This predetermined height is formed by the height of one or more standard packages. In this way, only standardized partial stacks reach the transfer station, from which they could be stacked directly on the pallet
- the packages 6, 7, 8 on emen from the conveyor system 2 Transverse conveyor 5 arranged transversely to the conveyor, which serves as a transfer station for palletizing.
- the packages 6, 7, 8 are individually transported into the area of the top stacker 1 and positioned there so that they can be gripped by the lifting device 4.
- the detected package is then raised so that the next package can be moved into the area of the top stacker and, as previously described, positioned there in alignment.
- the specified partial stack height which can be specified with the height of one or more standard packages 8 is reached, the partial stack is extended in the direction of the transfer station to the cross conveyor 5.
- a belt 5 arranged transversely to the main conveying direction of the belt 2 is provided, on which the partial stacks are brought into positions from which they can be gripped by a loading robot and stacked on the pallets.
- the top stacker 1 must be designed in the height of its stacking space 3 in such a way that the heights of the predeterminable partial stacks can be freely handled therein.
- the partial stacks are always structured according to a scheme that proves the height of a standard package either by a standard package or by at least one top package and a complementary package. in the
- the partial stack shown on the left in the conveying direction consists of two standard packages 8, the following one from two times a top package 6 and a complementary package 7, the following one below from a top package 6 and a complementary package 7 and above a standard package 8 and and finally the following one, below, consisting of two top packages 6 and a complementary package 7, and above, a standard package 8.
- a top package 6 and a complementary package 7 are shown below, which complement each other to form a standard package 8.
