Abstract

La présente invention concerne un four à micro-ondes destiné à un usage industriel, en particulier au séchage d'objets dans un processus continu. Il comprend un système de transport des objets à l'intérieur du four ainsi que plusieurs générateurs de micro-ondes. L'invention est principalement caractérisée en ce que chaque générateur (10) est relié à l'intérieur du four par l'intermédiaire d'un élément distinct d'adaptation d'impédance (7) et d'un coupleur directionnel distinct (12). Dans un mode de réalisation préféré, les coupleurs directionnels sont disposés de telle façon que la direction d'émission de leur rayonnement puisse être modifiée de l'extérieur du four, même pendant que les générateurs sont en marche, et que cela soit aussi possible à l'aide de moteurs électriques.
