Abstract
The invention relates to a shoe with excellent ventilation. By walking, the wearer makes the air circulate inside the shoe, between the toes. The air inside the shoe mixes with air flowing in from the outside through a gap between the toes of the wearer. There are spaces (14, 34) between the bottom sole (28) and the middle sole (12) of the shoe and resilient members (20) in these spaces (14, 34) pump air through air-jetting holes (24) and air-inflow holes (22) which are formed, respectively, at the front and rear sides of the upper portion of the middle sole (12) or the bottom sole (28).
Description
SHOES EXCELLENT IN VENTILATION
TECHNICAL FIELD
The present invention relates to a shoes excellent in ventilation, and more particularly to a shoes excellent in ventilation capable of effectively prevent a generating of bad smell within the shoes by jetting an air toward gap between toes of a wearer in time of shoes wearing and a generating of eczema such as bath-itch between toes.
BACKGROUND ART
A cause generating bad smell within interior of shoes in time of shoes wearing and making to be wet between toes of a wearer and generating an eczema such as bath-itch is because a ventilation between the toes generating a secretion of sweat much becomes bad upon wearing, and heretofore in order to give ventilation to the shoes, since it was made to pump an air flowed in through suction holes exposed to exterior of the shoes so as to jet between the toes, in order to prevent that various kinds of foreign materials including a water of exterior of shoes were flowed
into interior of shoes through suction holes, a separate foreign material isolating means such as check valve should be provided, therefore structure was relatively complicated and not only a manufacturing cost of the shoes was made to be raised but also a worry occurring a functional obstacle by a complicated structure was much, and therefore there has been a problem that reliability was very low.
DISCLOSURE OF INVENTION
Therefore, it is an object of the present invention to provide the shoes having excellent ventilation in which a middle sole of the shoe is made to have hollow, i.e., empty space but to form at the middle sole an air flowing-in holes, springs for pumping of flowed-in air, and jetting holes of pumped air, so that the air of gap which might be present between foot of a wearer and a shoe surrounding this foot is made to be circulated, the air of exterior of shoe is made to be flowed into and discharged out of gap between foot neck of the wearer and the shoe by a circulating air flow movement of said interior air.
Another object of the present invention is to provide shoes excellent in ventilation characterized
by applying a structure of above described middle sole to a bottom sole so that it can be applied to a general shoes having no ventilation structure.
Still other object of the present invention is to provide shoes in which said middle or bottom sole has a spatial portion excellent in resilient restoring property within its interior, so that what a gap between a foot of wearer and the shoe becoming bigger is prevented even if wearing the shoe for long time period whereby a slipping phenomenon of foot in the shoe is prevented and thereby a getting wound of foot can be effectively prevented even in environment which is big in motion quantity such as basket ball or athletic sports.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described more in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The present invention is made such that, as shown in FIG.l to FIG.3, a middle sole 12 to be adhered on ordinary shoe's bottom sole 10 is made to a lower middle sole member 16 and a upper middle sole member 18 maintained with spatial portion 14, a multiplicity of resilient member 20 such as compressional coil spring are arranged between the lower middle sole
member 16 and the upper middle sole member 18 positioned with hoof of wearer, an air flow-in holes 22 are formed at very rear-side of the upper middle sole member 18 of the middle sole 12 which does not contacted with a hoof of wearer, and a multiplicity of air jetting holes 24 are formed at front side upper middle sole member 16 of the middle sole 12 positioned with toes of wearer.
In an embodiment of the present invention exemplified in FIG.l to FIG.3, the lower middle sole member 16 is desirable to make by a silicon group synthetic resin rubber which is hard relative to the upper middle sole member 18, and its reason is because a motion condition changing side of the foot can be changed to a pumping motion of the resilient member 20 almost as it is in walking.
And, in order to effectively prevent that both ends of the resilient member 20 move, it is desirable to make spring sheets 25,26 in a form confronting each other to the lower middle sole member 16 and the upper middle sole member 18.
In accordance with the shoe applied with an embodiment of the present invention exemplified in FIG.l to FIG.3, the space 14 of interior of the middle sole 12 becomes to generate a volumetric change by the
resilient member 20 contracting or expanding by the hoof when walking or doing a motion upon wearing, an interior air which has been at gap between foot of wearer and the shoe surrounding this foot is flowed in and pumped through the very rear side air flow-in holes 22 of the upper middle sole member 18 of the middle sole 12, the pumped air is jetted between toes of wearer through the air jetting holes 24 formed at front side of the upper middle sole member 16 of the middle sole 12 and thereby sweat secreted between the toes is made to be evaporated.
At this moment, a part of interior air of shoe jetted between the toes is discharged to exterior of the shoe through a gap between foot neck and the shoe along with back of foot of wearer, and relative to this, exterior air of outside of the shoe is flowed in by a gap between the shoe and hoof and heel.
Saying again, in a state that an air of interior of shoe and an air of exterior of shoe are mixed, these air are jetted between the toes of wearer.
Another embodiment of a form moved a structure of the middle sole 12 as described above to the bottom sole 28 is exemplified in FIG.4.
That is, the bottom sole 28 has almost same structure as above described middle sole 12 since it
is made to have big difference than interior of the shoe so as to be able to use by putting into or drawing out of interior of the shoe, but it has a difference that the air flow-in holes 22 are formed at very rear side of rim portion of the bottom sole 28, and contrary to the middle sole 12, a lower bottom sole member 30 is made by a silicon group synthetic resin rubber which is relatively soft relative to a upper bottom sole member 32. The reason to do like this is because in case of the bottom sole 28, since it is put on an existing middle sole, it is advantageous for changing a motion state changing width of the foot to a pumping motion of the resilient member 20 almost as it is upon walking.
In the present invention, the space 14 between the lower middle sole member 16 and the upper middle sole member 18 and the space 34 between the lower bottom sole member 30 and upper bottom sole member 32 of the bottom sole 28 are obtained by adhering by an ordinary adhering method such as a high frequency welding adhesion in a state that any one rim of said members 16,18,30,32 is formed to be high.
INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY
Since the shoes in accordance with the present invention as this are very excellent in ventilation and the structure is very simple, it has advantage that not only it can be manufactured by low cost but since the structure is very simple, a deterioration of function is not occurred even when using for long time period, and since a close contacting state between the shoe and the foot of wearer is good, even if an excessive motion largely acting with stress to the foot is done, it has no worry about to receive a wound due to the foot is slipped within an interior of the shoes. Particularly, since the shoes in accordance with the present invention can do so as not to sweat between the toes of a wearer, it has advantage that not only bad smell is not made within the shoes but also it can make to maintain to dry the foot in summer and to warm in winter.
