Abstract

The invention relates to a disc brake with sliding caliper wherein spring means are provided to push back at least one of the shoes (3, 4) after the braking operation. These means comprise at least a first spring (7) having at least one tongue (710) whereon slides the shoe (3), and which is intended to exert on the latter, due to its curved shape, a return force in a direction (D2) opposite to the direction (D1) of the actuation force received by the shoe (3) upon braking.

Frein à disque pour véhicule automobile, comprenant une chape (1), des premier et second patins (3, 4) dont chacun présente des premier et second bords (3a, 3b, 4a, 4b) sensiblement verticaux et une zone centrale (3c, 4c) recouverte d'une couche de matériau de friction (30, 40), chaque patin se trouvant maintenu par la chape (1) au voisinage de ses bords, un étrier (2) monté coulissant par rapport à la chape, un moteur de frein (5) associé à l'étrier (2) et susceptible d'être actionné pour provoquer l'application des patins sur le disque (6) suivant une première direction relative (Dl) sensiblement perpendiculaire au disque et pointant vers lui, et des moyens élastiques (7, 8) pour éloigner du disque le premier au moins des patins après l'actionnement du frein, ces moyens élastiques comprenant au moins un premier ressort (7) comportant au moins une première lame (71) s'étendant au moins partiellement dans un plan (P) et disposée entre la chape (1) et le premier bord (3a) du premier patin, cette première lame présentant un bord externe (71a) et un bord interne (71b) sensiblement parallèles au disque, dont le second (71b) est plus proche du disque que le premier (71a), et qui sont éloignés l'un de l'autre d'une distance (L) au moins égale à une distance séparant deux positions extrêmes que le premier patin peut adopter par rapport à la chape, cette première lame (71) comportant au moins une première languette flexible (710) qui est reliée à son bord externe (71a) et qui, à distance de ce bord, présente une section utile dont une première partie au moins (710a) pointe vers le disque (6), caractérisé en ce que cette section utile comprend une seconde partie (710b) qui constitue une extrémité libre pour la première languette, qui forme avec la première partie un angle (A) grâce auquel elle pointe vers la zone centrale (30c) du premier patin, et qui s'appuie sur le bord (30a) de la couche de matériau de friction portée par ce patin.1.
