Abstract

Eine elektronisch kommutierte Gleichstrommaschine, insbesondere Gleichstrommotor weist einen Permanentmagnet-Rotor auf mit einem im wesentlichen zylinderförmigen Ringspalt (35) mit homogenem Magnetfeld mit geradlinigem, radialen Feldlinienverlauf und ständig wechselnder Polarität. Eine mäanderförmige Statoranordnung weist gerade hin- oder herführende Mäanderabschnitte (44, 48) auf, die sich innerhalb des Ringspaltes (35) erstrecken. Jeder gerade Mäanderabschnitt (44, 48) ist aus einer Anzahl geometrisch parallel und im Abstand zueinander angeordneter Leiterabschnitte (44', 44', 44'', 44''; 48', 48', 48'', 48'') aufgebaut, die im wesentlichen recteckigen Querschnitt aufweisen. Um auch bei erheblichem Stromfluß die Wirbelstromverluste möglichst gering zu halten, ist jeder Leiterabschitt (44', 44', 44'', 44''; 48', 48', 48'', 48'') innerhalb des Ringspaltes (35) derart angeordnet, daß die längere Seite des Leiterquerschnittes parallel zum Verlauf der Feldlinien (37) ausgerichtet ist. Zusätzlich kann innerhalb des Motorgehäuses ein Ventilator vorgesehen sein, der von einer unabhängig ansteuerbaren zweiten Antriebsebene angetrieben wird. Der Ventilator erzeugt einen Kühlluftstrom, der in den magnetisch aktiven Ringspalt (35) einführbar ist und dort die Leiterabschnitte (44', 44', 44'', 44''; 48, 48', 48'', 48'') kühlt.
