Abstract
Esta invención está en el campo de la química medicinal y se refiere a compuestos, y composiciones farmacéuticas de los mismos que son útiles como agentes antibacterianos. Los compuestos son útiles como inhibidores de la actividad de girasa bacteriana y de las infecciones bacterianas, y tienen la estructura de Fórmula (I):como se describe adicionalmente en este documento. La invención proporciona además composiciones farmacéuticas que comprenden un compuesto de Fórmula (I) y métodos de uso de los compuestos y composiciones para tratar infecciones bacterianas.
