Abstract

Secuencias de ácidos nucleicos que codifican proteínas de interés que están adaptadas para expresarse correctamente en plantas. Las secuencias utilizan codones optimizados para plantas aproximadamente en la misma frecuencia en que se utilizan, en promedio, en los genes que naturalmente ocurren en especies de plantas. La invención incluye secuencias de ADN sintéticas para tolerancia a herbicidas, agua y/o estrés, modificaciones de aceites saludables y para la transformación se usan genes marcadores y genes marcadores seleccionables. También se enseñan constructos de ADN, plantas transgénicas que contienen las secuencias sintéticas, métodos y composiciones para usar las plantas en la agricultura.
