signor to United States Rubber Company, New York, N. Y., a corporation of New Jersey To all whom it may concern:

Be it known that I, Richard H. Arbib, a citizen of the United States of America, residing in Huntington Woods, county of Oakland, and State of Michigan, have invented a new, orignial, and ornamental Design for a Valise or similar article, of which the following is a specification, reference being had to the accompanying drawing, forming part thereof, wherein:

Fig. 1 is a perspective view of a valise or similar article embodying my design, the handles being shown depressed.

Fig. 2 is a similar View to Fig. 1 except that the handles are raised; and

Fig. 3 is a bottom view of the valise shown in Fig. l.

The diagonal contrast on the opposite side of the valise matches that on the side shown as indicated in Figs. 1 and 2.

I claim:

The ornamental design for a valise or similar article, substantially as shown and described.
