The present invention relates to an improvement in a toilet package which may contain various combinations of cosmetics, powder and paper tissues.

In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the package or kit preferably may-contain some rouge which is preserved in a unique manner, and small tissues and papers, some of which may be of the powdered variety. In the present invention the elements making up the kit are assembled in a container, one portion of which is devoted to the containing of the rouge sealed separately and apart from the oth'er elements contained within the package. It will be observed of course that various combinations of paper and rouge may be contained in the same package.

In Figure 1 the package shown is one similar to that for containing match papers having a back element I, a flapped end 2, to which the articles are stapled by means of the stapling pins 3 and 3 and a top cover flap 4 which is adapted to go over the front of the pad and t in between th fiap 2 of the articles attached therein.

The articles attached therein comprise a group of paper sheets 5 and an envelope 6, both, of which are stapled by means of the staples 3 to the base r'i of the container. The envelope 6 is so positioned to have an open flap 'I at the top and may contain as indicated in Figure l the paper pad or disc 8 for powder or other purposes. It will be noted that while the paper sheets 5 are fastened to the '10 package itself, the arrangement is such as to allow the powder disc to be free within the envelope 6. By this means, not only will the powder in the paper be well preserved and clean, but also it will be easy to take out and use without dislodging the 15 powder from the pores of the paper. In the top cover of the inside is an embossed portion 9 in which the rouge element II] is contained. This embossed portion 9 is sealed over by means of the 'paper seal I I vwhich may be transparent if desired. 20

The paper 4 for this purpose is made non-pervious to the materials of the rouge by being properly treated either wholly or around the embossed portion 9. The cover II completely seals the rouge against the back paper and therefore provides a 25 sanitary container for this purpose. While the cover I I is free and is not intended to be replaced after being used once, nevertheless, it can be adhered in such a manner by proper adhesive or by the rouge itself, that it may be put back in place and used a few times if that is desired.

In the modification shown in Figure 2 the arrangement is similar to that in Figure 1 as indif cated by the corresponding figures, except for the arrangement in connection with `the cover flap 4. al

In Figure 2 the cover flap 4 'is provided with an extending or projecting tab I2 which has acircular body portion I3 corresponding to the rouge cover element of Figure 1. At the lower end of this disc or body portion I3, is avtab' I4 by which m the flap can be opened when desired. Between the flap I3 and the cover I4 the rouge may be contained between the two embossed places as shown in Figure 6 where the embossed section I5 on the flap I3 of the embossed portion on the back 45 cover 4 provides a recess in which the rouge I1 is contained. This may also be made of impervious material so that the rouge will not stain the cover flap or the back flap of the package.

In Figure 3 the same sort of arrangement is 50 shown as indicated in Figure 2 with a number of changes. In this case the elements contained at the base of the package are only the paper tissues 5. At the top of the package the back flap 4 is provided with a perforation I8 extend- 55 ing aroundthe section in which the rouge and the outer ap for the cover of the rouge is contained. In this case therefore. while the rouge may be used only once and therefore may be torn out around the perforated portion I 8. the rest of the container may still be employed for containing the paper tissues. 'Ihis combination in Figure 3 may also be employed in connection with Figures 1 and 2. In Figures 4 and 5 are shown sections. The section in Figure 4 shows a completely folded flap l without a rouge con- -tainer in it. 'Ihis container however does show a paper pad I9 in a separate envelope 20 attached to the back wall I of the container by means of the stapling or sewing 2I at the base of the container and similar envelope 22 containing the rouge dab 23. These two elements are enclosed or covered by means of the outer ap 4 attached to the back iiap as clearly indicated in Figure 4. Figure 5 shows a section which may be identified withthe section of Figure 3. In this case it will be noted that the outer flap 4 attached to the back flap I comes down when folded to the base 2 completing the seal of the package and cornpletely enclosing the paper tissues 5 contained within the package. If desired a separate rouge container may be used. This is shown in Figure 7 and comprises a back plate or paper sheet 24 with an embossed depression in which the rouge may be contained. 'I'his rouge dab 25 is covered by means of the ap 26 which has a rounded section 21 with a depression 28 corresponding to the depression for covering the dab 25'and a handle or tabbed element 29 by which the'flap 26 may be raised when desired to use the rouge.

While various other modications of the present invention may be used, the forms described above show the preferred combination and i1- lustrate the advantages of the present invention. Having now described my invention, I claim: l. A- toilet package of the match book type, comprising in combination a cover adapted to be folded transversely across its long dimension at the mid-section thereof and having stapled at one end thereof a plurality of toilet tissues of a size not greater than the size of the portion of thecover from the end up to the fold, the other end of said cover having a depression therein containing a dab of lip stick rouge adhered to the inside of said cover, and a sealing paper sealing over` said depression and said lip stick rouge and sealing said rougefrom external exposure.

A toilet package of the match book type, comprising in combination a 4cover adapted to be folded transversely across its long dimension at the mid-section thereof and having stapled at one end thereof a plurality of toilet tissues of a size not greater than the size of the portion of the cover from the end up to the fold, the other end oi' said cover having a depression therein containing a dab of lip stick rouge adhered to the inside of said cover, a iiap extending from the free end of said cover of a length sufncient to cover over said depression containing said rouge, and means contained thereon for sealing said rouge against exposure.

3. A toilet package of the match. book type, comprising in combination a cover adapted to be folded transversely across its long dimension at the mid-section thereof and having stapled at one end of a size not of the cover from the end up to the fold, the other end of said cover having a depression therein containing a dab of lip stick rouge adhered to the inside of said cover, a flap extending from the free end of said cover and having a suflicient length and shape to iit over and cover the lip stick rouge contained in said depression and a perforation in said cover extending from the end thereof about said lip stick depression and said ap whereby both elements as a unit may be detached from said package.
