  • Embodiments of the present disclosure can improve the durability of a dome-shaped pumping structure because an elastic pumping part is detachably coupled to an inner cap by a fixing coupling part and a stable coupling structure can be secured by the fixing coupling part.

  • a cosmetic dropper 1 includes a container main body 100 , a cap unit 200 coupled to the container main body 100 , and pumping unit 300 coupled to the cap unit 200 and suctioning liquid makeup stored in the container body 110 using a pipette member 130 connected to the cap unit 200 or discharging liquid makeup suctioned in the pipette member 130 .
  • the container main body 100 includes a container body 110 , a wiper 120 coupled to a body head 111 of the container body 110 and removing a cosmetic preparation sticking on the outer wall of a pipette member 130 , the pipette member 130 disposed in the container body 110 and suctioning or discharging liquid makeup, and a packing member 140 having a top supported by an inner cap body 211 of the inner cap 210 and having a bottom supported by the top of the wiper 120 .
  • Liquid makeup is stored in the container body 110 of the container main body 100 and the liquid makeup stored in the container body 110 can be discharged to the hand, face, etc. of a user through the pipette member 130 .
  • the body head 111 having a smaller diameter than the container body 110 is formed at the upper end of the container body 110 , as shown in FIGS. 2 , and threads formed on the body head 111 can be thread-fastened to threads formed on the inner cap body 211 of the inner cap 210 .
  • the pipette member 130 of the container main body 100 is coupled to a pipette coupling portion 215 formed at the inner cap body 211 and can suction and discharge the liquid makeup stored in the container body 110 to the skin of a user by operation of the pumping unit 300 .
  • the pipette member 130 may be detachably fitted to the pipette coupling portion 215 .
  • the packing member 140 of the container main body 100 is supported on the top by the inner cap body 211 of the inner cap 210 and supported on the bottom by the top of the wiper 120 , thereby being able to elastically support the inner cap body 211 and prevent the liquid makeup from leaking from the inner cap body 211 .
  • the cap unit 200 may include an inner cap 210 coupled to the container body 110 and an outer cap 220 coupled to the inner cap 210 .

  • the outer cap 220 includes: an outer cap body 221 provided to surround the inner cap 210 and the fixing coupling part 320 and guide up-down movement of the pusher 330 ; a stopper protrusion 222 formed at the lower portion of the outer cap body 221 and fitted in an inner cap stopper groove 217 formed at the inner cap 210 ; and an outer cap step 223 formed at the upper end of the outer cap body 221 and preventing separation of the pusher 330 by locking and supporting a body step 333 of the pusher 330 .
  • the pumping unit 330 is coupled to the cap unit 200 and can suction liquid makeup stored in the container body 110 into the pipette member 130 connected to the cap unit 200 or discharge the liquid makeup suctioned in the pipette member 130 .
  • the pumping unit 330 includes: an elastic pumping part 310 supported by the inner cap head 212 of the inner cap 210 and providing a pumping force for suctioning or discharging liquid makeup; a fixing coupling part 320 detachably coupled to the inner cap head 212 of the inner cap 210 and fixing the elastic pumping part 310 to the inner cap head 212 ; and a pusher 330 having a first side coupled to the elastic pumping part 310 and a second side supported to move up and down by the outer cap body 221 of the outer cap 220 and pressing the elastic pumping part 310 .

  • a pumping flange 312 is formed at the lower end of the pumping body 311 , as shown in FIGS. 6 A to 6 C , and the pumping flange 312 can come in close contact with the top of the inner cap head 212 by being pressed by a pressing body 323 of the fixing coupling part 320 .
  • the fixing coupling part 320 which is detachably couple the elastic pumping part 310 to the inner cap head 212 , as shown in FIGS. 6 A to 6 C , includes a base body 321 detachably coupled to the inner cap head 212 of the inner cap 210 by the body groove 322 , and a pressing body 323 formed at the upper portion of the base body 321 and pressing the pumping flange 312 .
  • the inner cap protrusion 214 formed on the outer wall of the inner cap head 212 can be fitted in the body groove 322 formed at the base body 321 .
  • threads may be formed on the inner cap head 212 rather than the inner cap protrusion 214 , and correspondingly thereto, threads may be formed also on the inner wall of the base body 321 , whereby the base body 321 may be thread-fastened to the inner cap head 212 .
  • the pusher 330 can transmit an external force, which is applied by a user to contract and expand the elastic pumping part 310 , to the pumping body 311 .
  • the pusher 330 includes: a pushing body 331 disposed over the elastic pumping part 310 ; a coupling post 332 formed on the ceiling wall inside the pushing body 331 and detachably coupled to the a pumping coupling protrusion 313 of the elastic pumping part 310 ; and a body step 333 formed on the outer wall of the pushing body 331 and preventing separation of the pushing body 331 of the pusher 330 by being locked and coupled to the outer cap step 223 formed at the outer cap 220 .
  • the elastic pumping part 310 of the pumping unit 300 is, as shown in FIG. 6 B , seated on the top of the inner cap head 212 , and in this case, the inner wall of the pumping body 311 is supported by the outer wall of the supporting post 213 and the pumping flange 312 is supported by the top of the inner cap head 212 .
  • the fixing coupling part 320 is coupled to the inner cap head 212 , whereby the elastic pumping part 310 is fixed to the inner cap head 212 .
  • the inner wall of the pressing body 323 of the fixing coupling part 320 can support the pumping body 311 in contact with the outer wall of the pumping body 311 .
  • the pumping flange 312 of the elastic pumping part 310 is pressed by the bottom of the pressing body 323 , whereby the pumping flange 312 can be stably seated on the top of the inner cap head 212 .
