FIG. 1 ,FIG. 6 ,FIG. 7 andFIG. 11 illustrate the use of the mop pad and the flat mop according to the embodiments described above in a cleaning kit to facilitate the users to use. The cleaning kit comprises said flat mop, said mop pad mounted to the flat mop, and a wastewater separation bucket 100 correspondingly provided for said flat mop. Thebucket 100 comprises abucket body 103, abucket cover 101, acontrol valve assembly 104, and a dirt cleaning andwater removing device 102. Thebucket cover 101 is mounted on thebucket body 103. Thebucket body 103 comprises aclean water zone 1031, a dirt andwater removing zone 1033, awaste water zone 1032 independent from one another, and also comprises awater communication hole 1034 enabling theclean water zone 1031 to be in communication with the dirt andwater removing zone 1033. Thecontrol valve assembly 104 controls thewater communication hole 1034 to open or close. The dirt cleaning andwater removing device 102 is mounted to thebucket body 103 or to thebucket cover 101, and is disposed at a position distal from a bottom of the dirt andwater moving zone 1033. A drain opening is formed between the dirt cleaning andwater removing device 102 and thebucket cover 101 and/or thebucket body 103. The drain opening is in communication with the dirt andwater removing zone 1033. - The flat mop is inserted into the dirt and
water removing zone 1033 through the drain opening; at least part of the mop pad is immersed into and absorbs the cleaning agent in the dirt andwater removing zone 1033; when the flat mop moves reciprocally in and out of the drain opening, the dirt cleaning andwater removing device 102 rolls and squeezes the mop pad and guides the waste water squeezed out from the mop pad to flow into thewaste water zone 1032. - The
clean water zone 1031, the dirt andwater removing zone 1033 and thewaste water zone 1032 are independent inside thebucket body 103, wherein theclean water zone 1031 and the dirt andwater removing zone 1033 are used for storage of the cleaning agent. The cleaning agent comprises clean water, water solution containing cleaning agent or disinfecting agent, and other prepared solutions. Thewaste water zone 1032 receives waste water containing dirt from the mop pad as the dirt cleaning andwater removing device 102 rolls and squeezes the mop pad. Thus, even with multiple times of reciprocal movements of the flat mop in the dirt andwater removing zone 1033, the mop pad can always use unpolluted cleaning agent to perform cleaning. Optionally, thewaste water zone 1032 and the dirt andwater removing zone 1033 are adjacently disposed with respect to each other, so as to reduce a length of a path which the dirt cleaning andwater removing device 102 guides the waste water to flow. - As shown in
FIG. 7 toFIG. 11 , user inserts the flat mop through the dirt cleaning andwater removing device 102 into the dirt andwater removing zone 1033 and moves the flat mop reciprocally inside the dirt andwater removing zone 1033; thus the flat mop is washed by the cleaning agent inside the dirt andwater removing zone 1033 as well as absorbing the cleaning agent inside the dirt andwater removing zone 1033. When after use, the flat mop is again inserted into the dirt cleaning andwater removing device 102, the dirt cleaning andwater removing device 102 rolls and squeezes the mop pad of the flat mop, so that the dirt and waste water attached to the mop pad of the flat mop are removed and guided to thewaste water zone 1032 by the dirt cleaning andwater removing device 102. After multiple times of reciprocal movements of the flat mop in the dirt andwater removing zone 1033, the cleaning agent in the dirt andwater removing zone 1033 is continuously used for cleaning and the resulting waste water is guided to thewaste water zone 1032 via the dirt cleaning andwater removing device 102, therefore, water level in the dirt andwater removing zone 1033 will drop until complete depletion or depletion below a predetermined amount. The waste water is gathered in thewaste water zone 1032 to achieve divided flow of waste water into the waste water zone. Therefore, the flat mop has good cleaning effect since each time the flat mop can use substantially unpolluted cleaning agent to perform cleaning. In other words, thebucket 100 can effectively separate waste water from clean water, and prevent backflow of waste water which may otherwise pollute clean water. Thus, the cleaning agent in theclean water zone 1031 of thebucket 100 has a high utility rate, thereby reducing the amount water used by thebucket 100, and thus conserving the environment by reducing the use of water. Optionally, thecontrol valve assembly 104 controls thewater communication hole 1034 to open or close via acontrol valve core 1041. Thecontrol valve core 1041 is provided at aguiding hole 1042 arranged in a staggered manner with respect to thewater communication hole 1034. When theguiding hole 1042 is in communication with thewater communication hole 1034, the cleaning agent is allowed to be communicated between theclean water zone 1031 and the dirt andwater removing zone 1033. Thecontrol valve assembly 104 comprises avalve rod 1043; thevalve rod 1043 is connected with thecontrol valve core 1041 to drive thecontrol valve core 1041 to rotate. Optionally, thecontrol valve assembly 104 controls thecontrol valve core 1041 to move linearly so as to control thewater communication hole 1034 to open or close. Thecontrol valve assembly 104 also comprises a push rod and a resilient reset piece mounted to the push rod; the resilient reset piece is connected to thebucket body 103; the push rod is connected with thecontrol valve core 1041 to drive the control valve core to move linearlye. Optionally, thecontrol valve core 1041 is controlled to move by stepping on thecontrol valve assembly 104 by a user's foot, so as to control thewater communication hole 1034 to open or close, thereby controlling the flow of cleaning agent from theclean water zone 1031 to the dirt andwater removing zone 1033. Therefore, the flow of cleaning agent is achieved conveniently. A paddle can be rotatably connected to thebucket body 103, to prevent configuration of components on thebucket cover 101 to operate thecontrol valve core 1041, thereby providing convenience of assembly between thebucket cover 101 and thebucket body 103 as well as better outer appearance of thebucket body 101 itself. - As shown in

Theguiding wheel 1023 is slidably connected to thedraining frame 1021 and is disposed opposite to thedraining panel 1022; at least part of theguiding wheel 1023 is configured inside the guidingport 10211; sliding of theguiding wheel 1023 adjusts a width of thedrain opening 10212. - The
guiding wheel 1023 is disposed opposite to thedraining panel 1022; specifically, theguiding wheel 1023 and thedraining panel 1022 are positioned at two opposite inner wall surfaces of the guidingport 10211. One end of thedraining panel 1022 is projected inwardly out of an inner side wall of the guidingport 10211 and extends into the guidingport 10211 to form a structure resembling a hanging arm; at least part of theguiding wheel 1023 is configured inside the guidingport 10211, and theguiding wheel 1023 is slidable towards or away from the guidingport 10211 to form a structure resembling a telescopic component so as to adjust the width of the drain opening. When the flat mop is inserted along the guidingport 10211 and into thedrain opening 10212, a side of the flat mop where the mop pad is disposed is pressed against the drainingpanel 1022, and another side of the flat mop opposite to the mop pad is pressed against theguiding wheel 1023; as said, theguiding wheel 1023 is slidably connected to thedraining frame 1021; as the flat mop moves linearly and reciprocally along the guidingport 10211 and into the drain opening, theguiding wheel 1023 slidably connected to thedraining frame 1021 remains in contact with the flat mop by sliding towards or away from the guiding port, so as to adjust the friction between the flat mop and thedraining panel 1022 and thus the action force of rowing and pressing of thedraining panel 1022 against the mop pad for the purpose of draining the water out of the mop pad. Thedraining frame 1021 is provided with anelongated hole 10213; a shaft of theguiding wheel 1023 passes through theelongated hole 10213 and is slidable in theelongated hole 10213 so that a position of theguiding wheel 1023 is adjustable to slide towards or away from the guiding port. Optionally, a part of theguiding wheel 1023 projected out of an inner wall surface of the guidingport 10211 when the flat mop is inserted through the guidingport 10211 is larger than a part of theguiding wheel 1023 projected out of the inner wall surface of the guidingport 10211 when the flat mop is withdrawn out of the guidingport 10211, alternatively speaking, a distance between theguiding wheel 1023 and thedraining panel 1022 when the flat mop is inserted through the guidingport 10211 is smaller than the distance between theguiding wheel 1023 and thedraining panel 1022 when the flat mop is withdrawn out of the guidingport 10211, so that the flat mop is pressed against the drainingpanel 1022 which rows and presses against the mop pad of the flat mop to drain the water therefrom as the flat mop is inserted into thedrain opening 10212, and can be smoothly and easily withdrawn due to reduced resistance when the flat mop is withdrawn. Accordingly, the present invention achieves good effect of removing water from the mop pad. - The
draining panel 1022 comprises abase 10222; aflow guiding surface 10223 is provided on thebase 10222; theflow guiding surface 10223 is slanted downwardly from the dirt andwater removing zone 1033 towards thewaste water zone 1032, so that water flow is guided towards the waste water zone. The slantedflow guiding surface 10223 provided on thebase 10222 is a straight or curved slanted surface. When using thebucket 100, an end of theflow guiding surface 10223 proximal to thedrain opening 10212 is positioned above an opposite end of theflow guiding surface 10223 away from thedrain opening 10212 so that the guiding surface is slanted downwardly from the dirt and water removing zone towards the waste water zone, thereby allowing the flow of waste water on thedraining panel 1022 due to gravitational force. When cleaning the flat mop, the mop pad of the flat mop is pressed against the drainingpanel 1022 at one side of thedrain opening 10212, and waste water along with the dirt on the mop pad will flow out of the guidingport 10211 via theflow guiding surface 10223, so that waste water is diverged and separated from clean water. Optionally, one side of thebase 10222 opposite to theflow guiding surface 10223 is acurved surface 10224; thecurved surface 10224 extends upwardly to intersect with theflow guiding surface 10223, so that a cross sectional thickness of the end of thedraining panel 1022 projected into the guidingport 10211 reduces gradually from an opening of the guidingport 10211 through which thedraining panel 1022 is projected towards a free end of thedraining panel 1022 projected into the guiding port. As such, movement of the flat mop can be performed more smoothly. - It should be noted that, the embodiments described above are only intended to illustrate the preferred embodiments of the present invention and their technical principles.
