Abstract

A convenient dehydration device includes an outer bucket, a dehydration basket and a cap body. One end of a limit rod is fixed to the cap body therebelow and adjacent to a central portion thereof, and the other end of the limit rod passes through a bearing fixed to a top base of a sleeve portion of the dehydration basket and then abuts against a steel ball, so that the pivoting of the limit rod may make a rotation center of the dehydration basket more precise, reduce the vibration of the dehydration basket while rotation, and maintain the rotation center of the dehydration basket to be stable.

Description

    FIELD OF THE INVENTION
  • The present invention relates to a dehydration device, and more particularly to a convenient dehydration device which is driven by stepping on it with manpower so as to achieve the effect of dehydration.
  • BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • After lots of clothes, sneakers or athletic shoes are cleaned, they must be drip-dried, air-dried, or even hydrated by a dehydrator. However, the conventional dehydrator needs to be put with a large vibration space and needs to connect power to result in paying more electricity fees. Therefore, for the users who rent small space houses or student dormitories to live, the dehydrator is not convenient to be used.
  • In view of the foregoing circumstances, the inventor has invested a lot of time to study the relevant knowledge, compare the pros and cons, research and develop related products. After quite many experiments and tests, the “convenient dehydration device” of this invention is eventually launched to improve the foregoing shortcomings, to meet the public use.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • An objective of this invention is providing a convenient dehydration device. An outer bucket, a dehydration basket, a cap body and a plurality of partitions are arranged so that the shoes or clothes may be put in the dehydration basket and then the dehydration basket is driven by stepping on it with foot to cause the centrifugal force so as to achieve the effect of dehydrating the shoes or clothes put in the dehydration basket. Compared to the conventional dehydrator, the convenient dehydration device of the prevent invention has small volume, unoccupies space, is easy to move, and is driven without electrical power so as to achieve the effects of light weight, convenience, power saving, and great mobility.
  • To achieve above objectives, a convenient dehydration device is disclosed. The convenient dehydration device comprises an outer bucket, having a pedal arrange at an outer side thereof and being pivoted with a shaft through the pedal; a dehydration basket, arranged at an inner side of the outer bucket, and a sleeve portion is arranged at a center of the dehydration basket, a fixing base is arranged at a bottom side of the sleeve portion and pivotably connected on the shaft; and a cap body, covering a top portion of the outer bucket; characterized in that: one end of a limit rod is fixed to the cap body therebelow and adjacent to a central portion thereof, and the other end of the limit rod passes through a bearing fixed to a top base of the sleeve portion and then abuts against a steel ball, so that the pivoting of the limit rod may make a rotation center of the dehydration basket more precise, reduce the vibration of the dehydration basket while rotation, and maintain the rotation center of the dehydration basket to be stable.
  • Further features and advantages of the present invention will become apparent to those of skill in the art in view of the detailed description of preferred embodiments which follows, when considered together with the attached drawings and claims.

  • DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT
  • Referring now to the drawings where like characteristics and features among the various figures are denoted by like reference characters.
  • Please refer to FIGS. 1-7 The convenient dehydration device 100 of the present invention includes an outer bucket 1, a dehydration basket 2, a cap body 4 and a plurality of partitions 3 so that the dehydration basket 2 is driven by stepping on the pedal 11 of the outer bucket 1 to rotate to cause the centrifugal force and further to dehydrate the shoes or clothes put in the dehydration basket 2.
  • The pedal 11 is arranged at an outer side of the outer bucket 1 so as to step on the pedal 11 repeatedly to cause the driving gear wheel assembly to pivot with a shaft 12 and then to drive the dehydration basket 2 to rotation.
  • The dehydration basket 2 is arranged at an inner side of the outer bucket 1. A sleeve portion 21 is arranged at a center of the dehydration basket 2. A plurality of grooves 22 is paced apart each other and arranged at an outer edge surface of the sleeve portion 21. A fixing base 23 is arranged at a bottom side of the dehydration basket 2 so as to pivotably fix to the shaft 12.
  • The cap body 4 is opening and closing and may cover a top portion 13 of the outer bucket 1. A stop portion 41 is protruded inwardly from an end portion of the cap body 4 to lock with the top portion 13 of the outer bucket 1.
  • Each of the partitions 3 has a concave arc portion 31 and two wing portions 32 which respectively extend from two sides of the concave arc portion 31 and form a receiving space 33. An embedding portion 34 is arranged at a suitable position of the concave arc portion 31 so as to quickly lock with or separate from the grooves 22 of the dehydration basket 2 depending on the demands to dehydrate the shoes or clothes put therein.
  • In addition, the convenient dehydration device 100 including the above mentioned elements is characterized in that one end of a limit rod 5 is fixed to the cap body 4 therebelow and adjacent to a central portion thereof, and the other end of the limit rod 5 passes through a bearing 6 fixed to a top base 25 of the sleeve portion 21 and then abuts against a steel ball 7 arranged in a chamber 26 of the top base 25, so that the pivoting of the limit rod 5 may make a rotation center of the dehydration basket 2 more precise, effectively reduce the vibration of the dehydration basket 2 while rotation, and maintain and correct the rotation center of the dehydration basket 2 to be stable.
  • When stepping on the pedal 11 repeatedly to cause the driving gear wheel assembly to pivot with a shaft 12 and then to drive the dehydration basket 2 to rotation, the cap body 4 is locked to the top portion 13 of the outer bucket 1 so that the limit rod 5 protruding downwardly from the center of the cap body 4 passes through the bearing 6 to abut against the steel ball 7. A concave arc portion 51 is formed at a bottom end of the limit rod 5 to closely contact with a surface of the steel ball 7 by circular tangential contact. It may allow a correction of the contact between the limit rod 5 and the steel ball 7 while the dehydration basket 2 rotates. Therefore, it may make a rotation center of the dehydration basket 2 more precise and effectively reduce the vibration of the dehydration basket 2 while rotation.
  • Furthermore, the partition 3 is substantially inverted U-shaped. Since the wing portions 32 are tapered, the shoes may be vertically and stably clipped in the receiving space 33 of the partitions 3. Since a tapered portion 35 with clip function is extended from an edge of the partition 3, the objects, such as shoes, put in the receiving space 33 may avoid from separating from the receiving space 33 sue to the centrifugal force while the convenient dehydration device enables.
  • Additionally, a plurality of drainage trays 24 is arranged at an outer edge of the dehydration basket 2 so that the spin-out liquid while dehydrating may be discharged in the outer bucket 1.
  • It should be noted that the clothes may be put in the dehydration basket 2 to dehydrate directly without partitions 3 because the cap body 4 may effectively ensure that the rotation center of the dehydration basket 2 is stably maintained. The purpose of arrangement of the partitions 3 is to make the shoes be vertically and symmetrically placed and balance the weight thereof. The dehydration basket 2 may maintain to stably rotate to achieve the effect of stable and smooth dehydration.
  • Please refer to FIG. 6, which shows another embodiment of the present invention. A plurality of drains 14 is arranged at a suitable position of the outer bucket 1 and adjacent a bottom portion thereof. It is advantageous to discharge the water of the dehydration basket 2 arranged in the outer bucket 1.
  • Please refer to FIG. 7, which shows another one embodiment of the present invention. The outer bucket 1 has a plug 10 for electrically connecting a motor to drive the shaft 12 instead of the pedal 11 in a manner of stepping on the pedal 11 to drive the shaft 12. It may also be dehydrated by rotating.
  • In summary, the convenient dehydration device 100 has a plurality of partitions 3 arranged in the dehydration basket 2 to rotate and dehydrate the shoes which are vertically and symmetrically placed. Alternatively, the clothes may be directly put in the dehydration basket 2 to rotate and hydrate without the partitions 3. Compared to the conventional dehydrator, the convenient dehydration device 100 of the prevent invention is more delicate and more convenient. It needs no electrical power to drive to make it more convenient and power saving.
  • The foregoing descriptions are merely the exemplified embodiments of the present invention, where the scope of the claim of the present invention is not intended to be limited by the embodiments. Any equivalent embodiments or modifications without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention are therefore intended to be embraced.
  • The disclosed structure of the invention has not appeared in the prior art and features efficacy better than the prior structure which is construed to be a novel and creative invention, thereby filing the present application herein subject to the patent law.

Claims (7)

What is claimed is:
1. A convenient dehydration device, comprising:
an outer bucket, having a pedal arrange at an outer side thereof and being pivoted with a shaft through the pedal;
a dehydration basket, arranged at an inner side of the outer bucket, wherein a sleeve portion is arranged at a center of the dehydration basket, and a fixing base is arranged at a bottom side of the sleeve portion and pivotably connected on the shaft; and
a cap body, covering a top portion of the outer bucket;
wherein one end of a limit rod is fixed to the cap body therebelow and adjacent to a central portion thereof, and the other end of the limit rod passes through a bearing fixed to a top base of the sleeve portion and then abuts against a steel ball, so that the pivoting of the limit rod may make a rotation center of the dehydration basket more precise, effectively reduce the vibration of the dehydration basket while rotation, and maintain and correct the rotation center of the dehydration basket to be stable.
2. The convenient dehydration device as claimed in claim 1, wherein a plurality of grooves is spaced apart each other and arranged at an outer edge surface of the sleeve portion for pivoting a plurality of partitions.

The convenient dehydration device as claimed in claim 2, wherein each of the partitions has a concave arc portion and two wing portions, the two wing portions respectively extend from two sides of the concave arc portion and form a receiving space, and a embedding portion is arranged at a suitable position of the concave arc portion to detachably connect with the grooves of the sleeve portion of the dehydration basket.
4. The convenient dehydration device as claimed in claim 1, wherein a stop portion is protruded inwardly from an end portion of the cap body to lock with the top portion of the outer bucket.
5. The convenient dehydration device as claimed in claim 1, wherein a concave arc portion is formed at a bottom end of the limit rod to contact with a surface of the steel ball.
6. The convenient dehydration device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the shaft is directly driven by the outer bucket in a manner of electrical connection with a plug to make the dehydration basket rotate.
7. The convenient dehydration device as claimed in claim 1, wherein a drain is arranged at a suitable position of the outer bucket and adjacent a bottom portion thereof.
