Description
- The present disclosure relates to a hollow positioning nut structure of a slide rail bracket, and more particularly, to a structure enabling an auxiliary bracket to correspond to any longitudinal rod body by using a coupling device.
- In treatment of various affairs nowadays, networks are used for transmitting task applications. Network signals can be supplied to users for use via servers. The future artificial intelligence (AI) also needs to rely on the servers to supply actions.
- However, engaging structures between the servers and cabinets are evolved from securing manners to slide rail manners to provide more convenient use. Specifications of corresponding holes of the cabinets include square holes, circular holes and threaded holes to correspond to the servers, and three corresponding holes in each group are engaged to the slide rail.
- To cater for the specifications of the cabinets, an applicant files a China Application No. 2018202079030 titled “THREE-IN-ONE ASSEMBLED GUIDE RAIL STRUCTURE”. As shown in
FIG. 1A ,FIG. 1B andFIG. 1C , quick detachable slide rail structure is presented in this application, wherein thecabinet pillar 10 has three hole specifications, namely asquare hole 101, acircular hole 102 and a threadedhole 103. To fit to the holes of thecabinet pillar 10, an end portion of theslide rail 11 is provided with apressing member 110 and aguide thread insert 12. Three corresponding holes in each group are engaged to the slide rail of the cabinet, thus the pressingmember 110 respectively corresponds to the first hole and the third hole, and theguide thread insert 12 corresponds to the second hole. The pressingmember 110 includes abolt 1100, anelastic element 1101, and afirst thread insert 1102. Thefirst thread insert 1102 is formed into cylindrical bodies laminated in different diameters to correspond to thesquare hole 101, thecircular hole 102 and the threadedhole 103 of thecabinet pillar 10. The guide thread insert 12 ensures the engagement between theslide rail 11 and thecabinet pillar 10 to be more stable, and more accurately provides quick detachable pieces for positioning and locking. - However, the
guide thread insert 12 does not fit to the specification of the threadedhole 103 of thecabinet pillar 10, and thus it is required to dismantle theguide thread insert 12 before the installation, which may reduce engagement stability and accuracy of theslide rail 11. - Because the existing
guide thread insert 12 does not fit to the specification of the threadedhole 103 of thecabinet pillar 10, the applicant provides a hollow positioning nut structure of a slide rail bracket. Theguide thread insert 12 is substituted with a hollow positioning nut, which can fit to thesquare hole 101, thecircular hole 102 and the threadedhole 103 of thecabinet pillar 10, and thus achieving a better applicability. - A major objective of the present disclosure resides in using a hollow positioning nut to fit to fixing holes and grooves of cabinet pillars of different specifications.
- To achieve the above objective , the hollow positioning nut of the present disclosure includes: a tubular pillar piece, a resisting piece, a spiral portion, and a convex portion. The tubular pillar piece is a hollow tubular body, extends to the resisting piece in a side of an outer ring of the tubular pillar piece, and a spiral portion is formed around an inner ring of the tubular pillar piece. The resisting piece is a tabular body, and extends to an end in a side of the tubular pillar piece. The spiral portion is an adapter, and is formed on an inner edge wall surface of the tubular pillar piece.
- The convex portion is a retaining body, and is formed on another end opposite to the tubular pillar piece. When the hollow positioning nut is combined with a stud and rotates toward a side, the resisting piece resists and positions a wall surface, such that the stud clockwise rotates and the hollow positioning nut fits to perforations of a variety of cabinet pillars.
- The resisting piece of the hollow positioning nut extends to two sides of the outer ring of the tubular pillar piece.
- The tubular pillar piece of the hollow positioning nut may have one tangent plane.
- The tubular pillar piece of the hollow positioning nut may have two tangent planes.
- The tubular pillar piece of the hollow positioning nut may have a plurality of tangent planes.
