Abstract
An electronic cigarette packing case and a method for manufacturing the electronic cigarette packing case, the electronic cigarette packing case comprising a case body, and a hook arranged on a case body side wall, wherein the hook is rotationally connected to the case body side wall, and an outer surface of the case body side wall is provided with a first accommodation space which is shaped to match the hook and used for accommodating the hook in a non-use state; and the outer surface of the case body side wall is further provided with a recessed portion for removing the hook from the first accommodation space, the recessed portion is a notch provided at an edge of the first accommodation space. The present invention enables an electronic cigarette to be conveniently displaced, and ensure that the hook will not be easily fractured, damaged or bending deformed during transportation.
Description
- The present application relates to the technical field of a packing case, and more particularly, relates to an electronic cigarette packing case and a method for manufacturing the electronic cigarette packing case.
- An electronic cigarette packing case, which is used for displaying the electronic cigarette in the packing box for displaying the electronic cigarette. However, an existing electronic cigarette packaging case has no a hook or has a hook as a whole. Without a hook on the electronic cigarette packing case, the electronic cigarette is not convenient to display. When the electronic cigarette packaging case is integrated, space is occupied during a transportation, as a general electronic cigarette packing case is made of plastic, the electronic cigarette packing case is easy to be broken, damaged or fractured during the transportation.
- The object of the present application is to provide an electronic cigarette packing case which is capable of ensuring that the hook is in good condition during the transportation process, and it is convenient to display the electronic cigarette.
- A technical proposal adopted by the present invention to solve technical problems is to provide an electronic cigarette packing case, wherein, comprising a case body, and a hook arranged on a case body side wall of the case body, wherein the hook is rotationally connected to the case body side wall, and an outer surface of the case body side wall is provided with a first accommodation space which is shaped to match with the hook and used for accommodating the hook in a non-use state; and the outer surface of the case body side wall is further provided with a recessed portion for removing the hook from the first accommodation space, the recessed portion is a notch which is provided at an edge of the first accommodation space.
- Advantageously, the hook comprises a hook body, and two connecting portions which are formed by bending two ends of the hook body toward a back direction of the hook body, two first accommodation portions which are used for accommodating the connecting portions are defined at an outer surface of the case body side wall, a located groove which is used for dodging the connecting portions during installing and is collinear with the first accommodation portions is defined between the two first accommodation portions.
- Advantageously, a convex strip is defined at a position of an internal sidewall of the first accommodation space and is close to an external sidewall of the case body side wall;
- when the hook is pressed in the first accommodation space, the hook is clamped between the convex strip and a bottom surface of the first accommodation space.
- Advantageously, ridges are defined at a sidewall of the first accommodation space and/or a sidewall of the hook, the ridges are used for increasing a friction between the hook and the first accommodation space to ensure that the hook is tightly arranged in the first accommodation space.
- Advantageously, the hook body comprises a hanging portion, a support portion which is formed by bending along two ends of the hanging portion respectively, the connecting portions are bent backward along every end of the support portion which is on an opposite side of the hanging portion.
- Advantageously, the first accommodation space further comprises a second accommodation portion which is used for accommodating the support portion and the hanging portion; each of the first accommodation portions comprises a connecting hole which is used for being inserted by a free end of one of the connecting potions, and a groove which is formed by an extension from an end surface of the connecting hole toward the second accommodation portion, the connecting portions are defined in a space which is formed by the groove and connecting holes.
- Advantageously, a second accommodation space, which is extended from an end of the second accommodation portion which is close to the first accommodation portions and can accommodate a part of the support portion, is defined at the case body side wall.
- Advantageously, the support portion is an elastomer, two parts of the support portion can close to or away from each other under an action of an external force.
- Advantageously, the hook is formed by bending an elastic steel wire, a protruding part which is used for hanging the hook on an external support member is formed by an outward bulge of a part of the hanging portion.

- On the other aspect, the present invention further provides a method for manufacturing an electronic cigarette packing case, wherein, producing the electronic cigarette packing case above-mentioned, comprises:
- S1: an elastic steel wire or a metal shrapnel is bent to form a hook by an injection molding of a mould;
- S2: an outer surface of the case body side wall is provided with a first accommodation space which is shaped to match with the hook;
- S3: a convex strip or ridges should be defined on at least one sidewall of the first accommodation space;
- S4: insert connecting portions of the hook into connecting holes of the first accommodation space to realize a rotational connection of the hook relative to the case body.
- Advantageously, the first accommodation space comprises first accommodation portions which are used for accommodating the connecting portions, and a second accommodation portion which is used for accommodating a support portion and a hanging portion;
- the step S2 further comprises a following step:
- S21: a second accommodation space that can accommodate a part of the support portion is defined at the case body side wall and is extended from an end of the second accommodation portion which is close to the first accommodation portions.
- With application of the electronic cigarette packing case and a method fro manufacturing the electronic cigarette packing case, the following advantages can be achieved: by defining a plastic case, and the hook which is arranged on a case body side wall of the case body, wherein the hook is rotationally connected to the case body side wall, and the outer surface of the case body side wall is provided with a first accommodation space which is shaped to match the hook; the hook is folded into the first accommodation space in a non-use state to ensure that the hook will not be easily broken, damaged or bent and deformed during transportation. Meanwhile, the outer surface of the case body side wall is further provided with a recessed portion for removing the hook from the first accommodation space, make it convenient to rotate the hook out of the first accommodating space.

FIG. 13 is an amplify view of a section B inFIG. 12 . - In order to solve defects in the prior art that an electronic cigarette packaging case has no a hook or has a hook as a whole resulting in that the electronic cigarette packing case is easy to be broken, damaged or fractured, The innovation point of the present invention lies in that, by defining a
plastic case body 1, and thehook 2 which is arranged on a casebody side wall 3 of thecase body 1, wherein thehook 2 is rotationally connected to the casebody side wall 3, and the outer surface of the casebody side wall 3 is provided with afirst accommodation space 4 which is shaped to match thehook 2; thehook 2 is folded into thefirst accommodation space 4 in a non-use state to ensure that thehook 2 will not be easily broken, damaged or bent and deformed during transportation. Meanwhile, the outer surface of the casebody side wall 3 is further provided with arecessed portion 5 for removing thehook 2 from thefirst accommodation space 4, make it convenient to rotate thehook 2 out of the firstaccommodating space 4. - The example embodiments of the present application will be further described with referencing to the accompanying drawings, to have a clear understanding of the technical features, purposes and effects of the present invention. Obviously, the following example embodiments are only parts of the embodiments of the present application.
- Refer to
FIG. 1 ,FIG. 2 ,FIG. 7 andFIG. 10 , the present invention provides an electronic cigarette packing case comprising acase body 1 which is a plastic piece, ahook 2 which is arranged on a casebody side wall 3 of thecase body 1, wherein thehook 2 is rotationally connected to the casebody side wall 3, and afirst accommodation space 4 which is arranged at an outer surface of the casebody side wall 3 and is shaped to match with thehook 2, and used for accommodating thehook 2 in a non-use state; and the outer surface of the casebody side wall 3 is further provided with arecessed portion 5 for removing thehook 2 from thefirst accommodation space 4, therecessed portion 5 is a notch which is provided at an edge of thefirst accommodation space 4. - By defining the
first accommodation space 4 which is shaped to match with thehook 2, thehook 2 can be rotated into thefirst accommodation space 4 in the non-used state, to ensure that the hook will not be easily broken, damaged or bent and deformed during transportation. Besides, by defining therecessed portion 5 for removing thehook 2 from thefirst accommodation space 4 at the outer surface of the casebody side wall 3, make the hook is convenient to be removed and rotated out of thefirst accommodation space 4. - The
hook 2 comprises a hook body, and two connectingportions 23 which are formed by bending of the two ends of the hook body towards a back direction of the hook body, two first accommodation portions 41 which are used for accommodating the connectingportions 23 are defined at an outer surface of the casebody side wall 3, a locatedgroove 6 which is used for dodging the connectingportions 23 during installing and is collinear with the first accommodation portions 41 is defined between the two first accommodation portions 41. The presence of the locatedgroove 6 makes it easy to rotate the connectingpart 23 into the first accommodation space 41. - Specifically, the hook body comprises a hanging
portion 21, asupport portion 22 which is formed by bending along two ends of the hangingportion 21 respectively, the connectingportions 23 are bent backward along every end of thesupport portion 22 which is on an opposite side of the hangingportion 21. - In order to make it more convenient to rotate the
hook 2 out from the firstaccommodating space 4, a notch is defined at the edge region where thefirst accommodation space 4 and thehanging portion 21 is matched. The concave depth of therecessed portion 5 is greater than or equal to than that of thefirst accommodation space 4. The number of therecessed portion 5 is not less than one, preferably, and the present invention adopts onerecessed portion 5. - Structure of the
first accommodation space 4 is that, each of the first accommodation portions 41 comprises a connectinghole 411 which is used for being inserted by a free end of one of the connectingpotions 23, and agroove 412 which is formed by an extension from an end surface of the connectinghole 411 toward thesecond accommodation portion 42, the connectingportions 23 are defined in a space which is formed by thegroove 412 and the connectinghole 411. Understandably, a cross section of the connectinghole 411 is a circle, and cross sections of the connectingportions 23 are a circle as well, the connectingportions 23 are clearance fitted with the connectingholes 411 to realize a rotational connection between the connectingportions 23 and the connectingholes 411. Meanwhile, the connectingholes 411 can also be arranged as a function of a radial limit position of the connectingpart 23 to prevent the connecting part from falling off from the first accommodation portions 41. - Besides, as shown in
FIG. 1 ,FIG. 5 ,FIG. 9 andFIG. 12 , thefirst accommodation space 4 further comprises thesecond accommodation portion 42 which is used for accommodating thesupport portion 22 and the hangingportion 21. To ensure an outer surface of thehook 2 is colinear with that of the casebody side wall 3 when thehook 2 is rotated out from thefirst accommodation space 4 and is hanged on an external support member; asecond accommodation space 7, which is extended from an end of thesecond accommodation portion 42 which is close to the first accommodation portions 41 and can accommodate a part of thesupport portion 22, is defined at the casebody side wall 3. - Refer to
FIG. 1 toFIG. 5 in the first embodiment of the electronic cigarette packing case, in order to make it convenient to install thehook 2 on thecase body 1, thesupport 22 is an elastomer, two parts of thesupport portion 22 can close to or away from each other under the action of an external force. Thehook 2 is formed by bending an elastic steel wire, a protrudingpart 211 which is used for hanging thehook 2 on an external support member is formed by an outward bulge of a part of the hangingportion 21. - The protruding
part 211 can be an uplift arch, or an uplift sharp, by hanging the sharp part or the arch portion on the outer support piece, a position of the electronic cigarette packing case can be limited, thus the hanging is more stable. - In order to ensure the
hook 2 is difficult to falling out from thefirst accommodation space 4 when thehook 2 is accommodated in thefirst accommodation space 4, a convex strip 44 (shown inFIG. 6 ) is defined at a position of an internal sidewall of thefirst accommodation space 4 and is close to an external sidewall of the casebody side wall 3. Specific principle is that, when thehook 2 is pressed in thefirst accommodation space 4, thehook 2 is clamped between theconvex strip 44 and a bottom surface of thefirst accommodation space 4, thus the hook is difficult to falling out from the first accommodation space. Understandably, to make it convenient to press thehook 2 in thefirst accommodation space 4, a height of theconvex strip 44 cannot be too high, and theconvex strip 44 is preferred to be theconvex strip 44 in an arc, a range of the height of theconvex strip 44 in an arc is from 1 mm to 5 mm, preferably, is 3 mm. - Optionally, in order to ensure the
hook 2 is difficult to falling out from thefirst accommodation space 4 when thehook 2 is accommodated in thefirst accommodation space 4, ridges 45 (as shown inFIG. 13 ) are defined at a sidewall of thefirst accommodation space 4 and/or a sidewall of thehook 2, theridges 45 are used for increasing a friction between thehook 2 and thefirst accommodation space 4 to ensure that thehook 2 is tightly arranged in thefirst accommodation space 4. When thehook 2 is formed by bending of an elastic steel wire, preferably, theconvex strip 44 is selected to be defined on the sidewall of thefirst accommodation space 4 to ensure thehook 2 is difficult to falling out from thefirst accommodation space 4. - As shown in
FIG. 3 andFIG. 4 , a specific process that thehook 2 is mounted on thecase body 1 is that, firstly, thesupport portion 22 is pressed (as thesupport portion 22 is the elastomer) to enable a distance between two free end surfaces of the connectingportions 23 is less than or equal to a distance between an opening of two of the connectingholes 411 which are faced to each other, then the connectingportions 23 are aligned with the opening of the connectingholes 411, and parts of the connectingportions 23 are arranged in the locatedgroove 6; further, release the press of thesupport portion 22, thehook 2 is restored to deformation, and the connectingportions 23 are correspondingly inserted into the connectingholes 411 to realize the rotational connection of thehook 2 relative to thebox body 1. - Refer to an electronic cigarette packing case in the second embodiment in
FIG. 7 , andFIG. 8 andFIG. 9 . Specifically, as shown inFIG. 7 , one difference is that, thehook 2 is a plate plastic piece, the hangingportion 21, thesupport portion 22 and the connectingportions 23 are integrally formed by an injection molding. By the injection molding, thehook 2 can be processed to a mass production, saving a process, and to further save production costs, but also makes a manufacture more simple. - In order to make it convenient to hang the hanging
portion 21 on the outside support piece, a hanginghole 212 which is used for hanging thehook 2 on the external support member is defined at the hangingportion 21. Meanwhile, to adapt to different external support members, a range of a diameter of the hanginghole 212 can be 10 mm to 25 mm, preferably, a diameter of 15 mm of the hanginghole 212 is selected. - Meanwhile, the
support portion 22 may be an elastomer, two parts of thesupport portion 22 can close to or away from each other under the action of an external force. A specific process to install thehook 2 on thecase body 1 is the same with that in the first embodiment, which is that, firstly, thesupport portion 22 is pressed (as thesupport portion 22 is the elastomer) to enable a distance between two free end surfaces of the connectingportions 23 is less than or equal to a distance between an opening of two of the connectingholes 411 which are faced to each other, then the connectingportions 23 are aligned with an opening of the connectingholes 411, and parts of the connectingportions 23 are arranged in the locatedgroove 6; further, release the press of thesupport portion 22, thehook 2 is restored to deformation, and the connectingportions 23 are correspondingly inserted into the connectingholes 411 to realize the rotational connection of thehook 2 relative to thebox body 1. - Besides, the
support portion 22 in the second embodiment can be a non-elastomer, a length of a space which is formed by the connectingholes 411 and thegroove 412 which is communicated with the connectingholes 411 is longer that of the connectingportions 23. A installing process of thehook 2 in this situation can be that, firstly, thehook 2 is tilted so that one of the connectingportions 23 are correspondingly inserted into one of the connectingholes 411, and depth of the insertion is stopped until that the other one of connectingportion 23 can be inserted into the other one of the connectingholes 411, then moves thehook 2 to correspondingly insert the other one of connectingportions 23 into the other one of the connectingholes 411. In this method, thesupport portion 22 has no need to be pressed, so that the installation is more convenient. - An electronic cigarette packing case of a third embodiment is shown in
FIG. 10 ,FIG. 11 andFIG. 12 , thesupport portion 22 is a metal shrapnel, the connectingportions 23 comprise a rotating shaft, thesupport portion 22 is bent and covers an outside of the rotating shaft. - In the above situation, in order to facilitate an installation, the rotating shaft can move along an axial direction of the rotating shaft under an action of an external force.
- The hanging
portion 21 is a plate shaped piece, a concave 213 which is used for hanging thehook 2 on the external support member is defined at a side of the hangingportion 21 which is close to the connectingportions 23. Understandably, a shape of the concave 213 can be various, such as an arc shape, a triangle or a rectangle, and so on. - A specific installing process is that, two rotating shafts move in opposite directions to ensure that one end of the metal shrapnel which is coated in a rotating shaft can just disposed in the
first accommodation space 4, at the same time, the rotating shaft is partly arranged in the locatedgroove 6, move the rotating shaft along an axial direction to the connectingholes 411 correspondingly, and correspondingly insert the rotating shaft in to the connectingholes 411, to realize a rotational connection between thehook 2 and thecase body 1. - The electronic cigarette packing case in this structure the
hook 2 can be installed on the casebody side wall 3 of thecase body 1 without pressing on thehook 2, the structure is simple, the implementation is convenient, and different user needs are also adapted. - In the second embodiment and the third embodiment, in order to ensure the
hook 2 is difficult to falling out from thefirst accommodation space 4 when thehook 2 is accommodated in thefirst accommodation space 4, ridges 45 (as shown inFIG. 13 ) are defined at a sidewall of thefirst accommodation space 4 and/or a sidewall of thehook 2, theridges 45 are used for increasing a friction between thehook 2 and thefirst accommodation space 4 to ensure that thehook 2 is tightly arranged in thefirst accommodation space 4. Theridges 45 can be can be embossed twill, straight lines or dense small bumps and so on. - Or, in order to ensure the
hook 2 is difficult to falling out from thefirst accommodation space 4 when thehook 2 is accommodated in thefirst accommodation space 4, a convex strip 44 (as shown inFigure. 6 ) which is parallel to a bottom of thefirst accommodation space 4 is defined at a position of an internal sidewall of thefirst accommodation space 4 and is close to an external sidewall of the casebody side wall 3. - The
ridges 45 are preferred to be defined at the sidewall of thefirst accommodation space 4 in the second embodiment and the third embodiment. - The present invention further provides a method for manufacturing an electronic cigarette packing case, wherein, producing the electronic cigarette packing case, comprises following steps:
- S1: an elastic steel wire or a metal shrapnel is bent to form a
hook 2 by using a mold injection molding; - S2: an outer surface of the case
body side wall 3 is provided with afirst accommodation space 4 which is shaped to match with thehook 2; - S3: a
convex strip 44 orridges 45 is defined on at least one sidewall of thefirst accommodation space 4; - S4: insert connecting
portions 23 of thehook 2 into connectingholes 411 of thefirst accommodation space 4 to realize a rotational connection of thehook 2 relative to thecase body 1. - Wherein, when the
hook 2 is formed by bending of an elastic steel wire, preferably, aconvex strip 44 is selected to defined on a sidewall of thefirst accommodation space 4 to ensure thehook 2 is difficult to falling out from thefirst accommodation space 4. - Besides, a protruding
part 211 which is used for hanging thehook 2 on an external support member is formed by an outward bulge of a part of the hangingportion 21, a position of the electronic cigarette packing case can be limited, thus the hanging is more stable. - When the
hook 2 is made by an injection molding or by bending of a metal shrapnel, the hangingportion 21 is a plate shaped piece,ridges 45 are selected to defined at a sidewall of thefirst accommodation space 4 and/or a sidewall of thehook 2 to increase a friction between thehook 2 and thefirst accommodation space 4. - Besides, a hanging
hole 212 is defined on the hangingportion 21 or a concave 213 which is used for hanging thehook 2 on the external support member is defined at a side of the hangingportion 21 which is close to the connectingportions 23 to make it convenient to hang thehook 2 on the external support member. - The
first accommodation space 4 comprises two first accommodation portions 41 which are used for accommodating the connectingportions 23, and asecond accommodation portion 42 which is used for accommodating asupport portion 22 and a hangingportion 21; the step S2 further comprises a following step: - S21: a
second accommodation space 7 that can accommodate a part of thesupport portion 22 is defined at the casebody side wall 3 and is extended from an end of thesecond accommodation portion 42 which is close to the first accommodation portions 41. When rotate thehook 2 out of thefirst accommodation space 4, thesupport portion 22 of thehook 2 is placed in thesecond accommodation space 7 to ensure the hanging more stable. - In general, the electronic cigarette packing case of the present invention comprises a
plastic case body 1, and thehook 2 which is arranged on a casebody side wall 3 of thecase body 1, wherein thehook 2 is rotationally connected to the casebody side wall 3, and the outer surface of the casebody side wall 3 is provided with afirst accommodation space 4 which is shaped to match thehook 2; thehook 2 is folded into thefirst accommodation space 4 in a non-use state to ensure that thehook 2 will not be easily broken, damaged or bent and deformed during transportation. Meanwhile, the outer surface of the casebody side wall 3 is further provided with a recessedportion 5 for removing thehook 2 from thefirst accommodation space 4, making it convenient to rotate thehook 2 out of the firstaccommodating space 4. The electronic cigarette packing case and the method for manufacturing the electronic cigarette packing case has a simple structure, a convenient implementation, and the production is convenient for a mass production. - Above illustrated embodiments of the present invention with attached figures, which are only some preferable embodiments of the present invention, cannot be utilized to limit the claim scope of the present invention. The specific implementation of the above is only schematic, rather than restrictive. It should be understood that, in the inspiration of the present application, those skilled in the art who appreciate and realize all or part of the process in above embodiments may make many modifications or alternatives, without going beyond the purpose and the scope the claims intend to protect of the present application. All these belong to the protection of the present application.
Claims (18)
1. An electronic cigarette packing case comprising:
a case body (1);
a hook (2) arranged on a case body side wall (3) of the case body (1);
wherein the hook (2) is rotationally connected to the case body side wall (3), and an outer surface of the case body side wall (3) is provided with a first accommodation space (4) which is shaped to match with the hook (2) and used for accommodating the hook (2) in a non-use state; and
wherein the outer surface of the case body side wall (3) is further provided with a recessed portion (5) for removing the hook (2) from the first accommodation space (4), the recessed portion (5) is a notch which is provided at an edge of the first accommodation space (4).
2. The electronic cigarette packing case according to claim 1 , wherein the hook (2) comprises a hook body, and two connecting portions (23) which are formed by bending two ends of the hook body toward a back direction of the hook body, two first accommodation portions (41) which are used for accommodating the connecting portions (23) are defined at the outer surface of the case body side wall (3), a located groove (6) which is used for dodging the connecting portions (23) during installing and is collinear with the two first accommodation portions (41) is defined between the two first accommodation portions (41).
3. The electronic cigarette packing case according to claim 2 , wherein a convex strip (44) is defined at a position of an internal sidewall of the first accommodation space (4) and is close to an external sidewall of the case body side wall (3); and
wherein when the hook (2) is pressed in the first accommodation space (4), the hook (2) is clamped between the convex strip (44) and a bottom surface of the first accommodation space (4).
4. The electronic cigarette packing case according to claim 2 , wherein ridges (45) are defined at a sidewall of the first accommodation space (4) and/or a sidewall of the hook (2), the ridges (45) are used for increasing a friction between the hook (2) and the first accommodation space (4) to ensure that the hook (2) is tightly arranged in the first accommodation space (4).
5. The electronic cigarette packing case according to claim 4 , wherein the hook body comprises a hanging portion (21), a support portion (22) which is formed by bending along two ends of the hanging portion (21) respectively, the connecting portions (23) are bent backward along every end of the support portion (22) which is on an opposite side of the hanging portion (21).
6. The electronic cigarette packing case according to claim 5 , wherein, the first accommodation space (4) further comprises a second accommodation portion (42) which is used for accommodating the support portion (22) and the hanging portion (21); each of the two first accommodation portions (41) comprises a connecting hole (411) which is used for being inserted by a free end of one of the connecting potions (23), and a groove (412) which is formed by an extension from an end surface of the connecting hole (411) toward the second accommodation portion (42), the connecting portions (23) are defined in a space which is formed by the groove (412) and connecting holes (411).
7. The electronic cigarette packing case according to claim 6 , wherein, a second accommodation space (7), which is extended from an end of the second accommodation portion (42) which is close to the first accommodation portions (41) and can accommodate a part of the support portion (22), is defined at the case body side wall (3).
8. The electronic cigarette packing case according to claim 5 , wherein, the support portion (22) is an elastomer, two parts of the support portion (22) can close to or away from each other under an action of an external force.
9. The electronic cigarette packing case according to claim 8 , wherein, the hook (2) is formed by bending an elastic steel wire, a protruding part (211) which is used for hanging the hook (2) on an external support member is formed by an outward bulge of a part of the hanging portion (21).
10. The electronic cigarette packing case according to claim 9 , wherein, the protruding part (211) forms an uplift arch, or an uplift sharp.
11. The electronic cigarette packing case according to claim 8 , wherein, the hook (2) is a plate plastic piece which is integrally formed by injection molding.
12. The electronic cigarette packing case according to claim 11 , wherein, a hanging hole (212) which is used for hanging the hook (2) on the external support member is defined at the hanging portion (21).
13. The electronic cigarette packing case according to claim 5 , wherein, the support portion (22) is a metal shrapnel, the connecting portions (23) comprise a rotating shaft, the support portion (22) is bent and covers an outside of the rotating shaft.
14. The electronic cigarette packing case according to claim 13 , wherein, the rotating shaft can move along an axial direction of the rotating shaft under an action of an external force.
15. The electronic cigarette packing case according to claim 14 , wherein, the hanging portion (21) is a plate shaped piece, a concave (213) which is used for hanging the hook (2) on the external support member is defined at a side of the hanging portion (21) which is close to the connecting portions (23).
16. The electronic cigarette packing case according to claim 15 , wherein, a shape of the concave (213) is an arc shape, a triangle or a rectangle.
17. A method for manufacturing an electronic cigarette packing case, wherein, producing the electronic cigarette packing case in claim 16 , comprises:
S1: an elastic steel wire or a metal shrapnel is bent to form the hook (2) by an injection molding of a mould;
S2: the outer surface of the case body side wall (3) is provided with the first accommodation space (4) which is shaped to match with the hook (2);
S3: a convex strip (44) or ridges (45) is defined on at least one sidewall of the first accommodation space (4);
S4: insert the connecting portions (23) of the hook (2) into connecting holes (411) of the first accommodation space (4) to realize a rotational connection of the hook (2) relative to the case body (1).
18. The method for manufacturing an electronic cigarette packing case according to claim 17 , wherein, the first accommodation space (4) comprises the first accommodation portions (41) which are used for accommodating the connecting portions (23), and a second accommodation portion (42) which is used for accommodating a support portion (22) and a hanging portion (21);
the step S2 further comprises a following step:
S21: a second accommodation space (7) that can accommodate a part of the support portion (22) is defined at the case body side wall (3) and is extended from an end of the second accommodation portion (42) which is close to the first accommodation portions (41).
