Description

    CROSS REFERENCE OF RELATED APPLICATION
  • This is a U.S. National Stage under 35 U.S.C 371 of the International Application PCT/CN2015/073511, filed Mar. 2, 2015, which claims priority under 35 U.S.C. 119(a-d) to CN 201410312941.9, filed Jul. 2, 2014.
  • BACKGROUND OF THE PRESENT INVENTION
  • 1. Field of Invention
  • The present invention relates to a toilet device, and more particularly to an automatic non-electric toilet.
  • 2. Description of Related Arts
  • The conventional non-electric seat-lifting self-flushing toilet device comprises a water tank which is able to move upward and downward, a toilet seat, a toilet bowl, an arm assembly, a water inlet and a water outlet, wherein the arm assembly has a moveable hinge point; a first end of the arm assembly is connected with the water tank and a second end of the arm assembly is connected with the toilet seat; and the toilet seat is provided on the toilet bowl. When the water tank is empty, a force moment of the water tank to the moveable hinge point is smaller than a force moment of the toilet seat to the moveable hinge point. Through a “switching and imbalance” principle, the water tank and the toilet seat of the toilet are switched at the imbalance state by lifting and lowering the arm assembly. Before injecting water, the force moment of the water tank to the moveable hinge point is smaller than the force moment of the toilet seat to the moveable hinge point. When a man sits on the toilet seat, the toilet seat is parallel with the toilet bowl by an external force and the water starts to be injected into the water tank. After the man leaves the toilet seat, because the force moment of the water tank to the moveable hinge point is larger than the force moment of the toilet seat to the moveable hinge point, the water tank moves downward and a valve of the water outlet is switched on. Thus, the toilet is able to automatically lift the toilet seat without electricity and automatically flush. The conventional non-electric seat-lifting self-flushing toilet device is convenient and environmentally friendly, and prevents disease infection. Additionally, the conventional fully-automatic toilets in the market depend on the electronic control technologies. Thus, the conventional fully-automatic toilets have the following disadvantages: the high price, the difficult and expensive maintenance, the failure in the marketization and the lack of the disinfection function.
  • SUMMARY OF THE PRESENT INVENTION
  • Accordingly, in order to solve the problems of the conventional toilets, the present invention provides an automatic non-electric toilet which has a function of automatic disinfection.
  • The technical solutions of the present invention are described as follows.

The rope 102, the stopping valve 103, the drainage valve 108 and the inlet valve 107 are provided in the water tank 106.
  • The inlet valve 107 is controlled by the stopping valve 103 to switch on or switch off. The drainage valve 108 is controlled by the rope 102 to switch on or switch off, wherein a first end of the rope is fixed and a second end of the rope is connected with the drainage valve 108. The rope 102 has such a length that, when the water tank 106 moves to a lowest point, the rope 102 is able to switch on the drainage valve 108. The stretchable sleeve 13 is connected to the water tank 106 at an outer water outlet of the water tank 106.
  • By an interaction between the rope 102 and the stopping valve 103, when the water tank 106 moves to the lowest point, the inlet valve 107 is switched off and the drainage valve 108 is switched on, which maintains the water tank 106 empty when the water tank 106 is at the lowest point; when the water tank 106 rises or reaches a highest point, controlling components and the rope 102 do not control the drainage valve 108 and the drainage valve 108 is switched off; when the inlet valve 107 is switched on, water is injected into the want tank 106, and then, when the water tank 106 is full of water, the inlet valve 107 is switched off again for preventing water in the water tank 106 from overflowing.
  • The water tank frame 105, the base frame 104 and the upper frame 101 are made of aluminum-steel extrudates.
  • When the water tank 106 moves downward, the disinfectant rod pressing frame linked with the water tank 106 presses the disinfectant bottles 109 downward to release the disinfectant, so as to disinfect the toilet while automatic flushing.
  • A first end of each arm assembly is connected with the water storage device and a second end of each arm assembly is connected with the toilet seat 500. Through lifting by inertia, the toilet seat 500 is able to keep stable when the toilet seat 500 stands on the toilet bowl at an angle of more than 90°.

  • The water tank 106, which is able to move upward and downward, moves forward and backward through the hinge seats 112 and 113 to generate potential energy which serve as a motive power resource.
  • The toilet seat 500 is an open front toilet seat, which effectively prevents a contact cross infection.
  • According to the preferred embodiment of the present invention, when the water tank 106 moves downward, the disinfectant bottles 109 provided on the base frame 104 are pressed downward to release the disinfectant. In the meantime, the present invention has functions of automatic seat-lifting and automatic flushing. Additionally, the inlet valve 107 is controlled by the stopping valve 103 to switch on or switch off; and the drainage valve 108 is controlled by the rope 102 to switch on or switch off, wherein the first end of the rope 102 is fixed and the second end of the rope 102 is connected with the drainage valve 108. When the water tank moves to the lowest point, the controlling components switches off the inlet valve 107; and when the water tank moves to the lowest point, the rope switches on the drainage valve 108. The stretchable sleeve 13 is connected to the water tank 106 at the outer water outlet of the water tank 106, for ensuring that the water tank 106 starts to drain water to be empty when the water tank 106 is at the lowest point, and that the water tank 106 is full, but does not overflow, when the water tank 106 is at the highest point. Thus, so long as a user sits on the toilet seat 500 when starting to use the toilet, thereafter, the toilet is able to automatically flush.
  • The toilet according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention is able to reduce odor and prevent bacteria spreading; the urine-guiding port and the open front toilet seat are provided for preventing the cross infection, especially good for women.
  • One skilled in the art will understand that the embodiment of the present invention as shown in the drawings and described above is exemplary only and not intended to be limiting.
  • It will thus be seen that the objects of the present invention have been fully and effectively accomplished. Its embodiments have been shown and described for the purposes of illustrating the functional and structural principles of the present invention and is subject to change without departure from such principles. Therefore, this invention includes all modifications encompassed within the spirit and scope of the following claims.
