- At present, there are two kinds of ubiquitous portable tobacco vaporizer. One is cylindrical portable tobacco vaporizer; another is square box portable tobacco vaporizer. Wherein, the structure of the cylindrical portable tobacco vaporizer always divided into two parts that a vaporizer is located in the upper half part, and a battery component is located in the bottom half part. When the cylindrical portable tobacco vaporizer is used, the vaporizer in the upper and the battery component in the bottom is screwed together to make a positive electrode and a negative electrode conduct, which can make a battery provide power to heating device. After a lot of research, it is discovered that the temperature between 100° C. and 300° C. is optimum temperature for aroma of the tobacco volatilizing and ensuring the tobacco no pyrolysis. However, now almost all of the two parts vaporizers cannot measure and control the temperature during the process of tobacco leaf baking, which lead to uncontrolled smoking taste and even some tobacco leaf burning or scorching.
- Aiming at the drawbacks in the prior art that the two parts vaporizer cannot measure and control the temperature during the process of tobacco leaf baking , a tobacco vaporizer including a temperature measurement detector is provided.
- According to an aspect, a proposed tobacco vaporizer includes an vaporizer, a battery rod, and a PCB board. A tobacco vaporizer further includes a sealing part located between the vaporizer and the battery rod, a temperature measurement detector that one end of the temperature measurement detector is inserted the sealing part and the other end of the temperature measurement detector is connected with the PCB board through the conductive wire.
- The vaporizer includes an evaporation cavity and a heating device placed in the evaporation cavity.
- One end of the vaporizer connected to the evaporation cavity includes a through hole; the sealing part is inserted the through hole.
- The temperature measurement detector runs through the sealing part or is inserted the inner of the sealing part.
- The vaporizer and the battery rod are in threaded connection to each other.
- The tobacco vaporizer further includes an inner electrode and an outer electrode, an interlayer located between the inner electrode and the outer electrode.
- The interlayer is made of insulation silica gel.
- When implementing the tobacco vaporizer of this invention, the following advantageous effects achieve, the tobacco vaporizer is benefit for measuring the temperature of the evaporation cavity by setting the sealing part between the vaporizer and the battery rod, and inserting the temperature measurement detector in the sealing part. At the same time, there is a control circuit in the tobacco vaporizer. Wherein such control circuit can analyze and dispose a temperature measurement signal and control the battery to provide power to heating device while the temperature measurement signal detected by the temperature measurement detector transmit to the control circuit. All of that make the heating device offer the optimum temperature for the tobacco to occur pyrolysis. The tobacco vaporizer is simple in structure and easy to achieve.
- The present invention can be further illustrated by reading the example with references made to the accompanying drawings, in which:
-
FIG. 1 is a cutaway view of an tobacco vaporizer in the first embodiment of the present invention; and -
