Abstract
A covering structure of liners of bike pants contains a body made of thin foams on which breathable fabrics are attached and including a buttock covering area upwardly formed thereon, a crotch covering area formed thereon and being adjacent to the buttock covering area, and a groin covering area upwardly formed thereon and being adjacent to the crotch covering area; a vertical bending portion bent downwardly from an outer surface of the body and defined on two sides of the buttock covering area and the crotch covering area; a concave portion bent downwardly from the body and defined between two sides of the crotch covering area and the downward bending portion; wherein the vertical bending portion meets a radian from a user's buttocks to the crotch.
Description
- The present invention relates to a covering structure, and more particularly to a covering structure of liners of bike pants which is integrally formed and designed ergonomically.
- As shown in
FIGS. 1 and 2 , a conventional covering structure of liners of bike pants contains abody 10 comprised of abuttock covering area 11, acrotch covering area 12, agroin covering area 13, a plurality ofbuffer blocks 15, and a downwardbending portion 14 extending from two sides of thecrotch covering area 12. - Referring further to
FIGS. 2 and 3 , thebody 10 is provided to protect user, but as wearing bike pants, thebody 10 bends with the user's movement. Therefore, after the coveringarea 11 and thegroin covering area 13 are bent upwardly, the downward bendingportion 14 of the two sides of thecrotch covering area 12 tilts upwardly with riding movement, so the downwardbending portion 14 presses the user'sinner thighs 40, thus causing a riding discomfort. In addition, other areas or portions of thebody 10 deform without matingly contacting the user's inner thighs. - As illustrated in
FIG. 4 , another conventional covering structure of liners of bike pants is comprised of abody 20, aprotective pad 21, twowing pads 22, and asewing portion 23. However, thesewing portion 23 is broken easily and hurts the user. - The present invention has arisen to mitigate and/or obviate the afore-described disadvantages.
- The primary object of the present invention is to provide a covering structure of liners of bike pants which is integrally formed and designed ergonomically.
- Further object of the present invention is to provide a covering structure of liners of bike pants which as the user wears bike pants, the body completely covers the user's buttocks, crotch and groin, and the vertical bending portion meets a radian from the user's buttocks to the crotch. Also, after the buttock covering area and the groin covering area are bent upwardly, the concave portion keeps a downward bend so as to match with the user's crotch and inner thighs, thus obtaining using comfort.
- Another object of the present invention is to provide a covering structure of liners of bike pants in which at least one buffer block is fixed so as to absorb shock as riding a bike.
- To obtain the above objectives, a covering structure of liners of bike pants contains:
- a body made of thin foams on which breathable -fabrics are attached and including a buttock covering area upwardly formed thereon, a crotch covering area formed thereon and being adjacent to the buttock covering area, and a groin covering area upwardly formed thereon and being adjacent to the crotch covering area;
- a vertical bending portion bent downwardly from an outer surface of the body and defined on two sides of the buttock covering area and the crotch covering area;
- a concave portion bent downwardly from the body and defined between two sides of the crotch covering area and the downward bending portion;
- wherein the vertical bending portion meets a radian from a user's buttocks to the crotch.
- The foregoing, as well as additional objects, features and advantages of the invention will be more readily apparent from the following detailed description, which proceeds with reference to the accompanying drawings.
-
FIG. 1 shows a conventional covering structure of liners of bike pants. -
FIG. 2 shows a conventional covering structure of liners of bike pants. -
FIG. 3 also shows a conventional covering structure of liners of bike pants. -
FIG. 4 shows another conventional covering structure of liners of bike pants. -
FIG. 5 is a top plan view showing the assembly of a covering structure of liners of bike pants according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention. -
FIG. 6 is a perspective view showing the assembly of the covering structure of liners of bike pants according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention. -
FIG. 7 is a plan view showing the operation of the covering structure of liners of bike pants according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention. -
FIG. 8 is another plan view showing the operation of the covering structure of liners of bike pants according to the preferred embodiment of the present invention. - Referring to
FIGS. 5 and 6 , a covering structure of liners of bike pants according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention comprises: abody 30 made of thin foams on which breathable fabrics are attached. Thebody 30 includes abuttock covering area 31 upwardly formed thereon, acrotch covering area 32 formed thereon and being adjacent to thebuttock covering area 31, agroin covering area 33 upwardly formed thereon and being adjacent to thecrotch covering area 32, at least onebuffer block 36 fixed in thebuttock covering area 31, thecrotch covering area 32, and thegroin covering area 33 so as to absorb shock as riding a bike. Preferably, thebuttock covering area 31, thecrotch covering area 32, and thegroin covering area 33 are integrally formed to contact and cover the user's buttocks, crotch and groin completely. Thebody 30 also includes avertical bending portion 34 bent downwardly from an outer surface thereof and defined on two sides of thebuttock covering area 31 and thecrotch covering area 32. Thebody 30 further includes aconcave portion 35 bent downwardly therefrom and defined between two sides of thecrotch covering area 32 and the downwardbending portion 34. Thereby, thebody 30 of the covering structure of the president invention is integrally formed. - Referring further to
FIGS. 7 and 8 , thebody 30 is also designed ergonomically so that as the user wears bike pants 37, thebody 30 completely covers the user's buttocks, crotch and groin, and thevertical bending portion 34 meets a radian from the user's buttocks to the crotch. Also, after thebuttock covering area 31 and thegroin covering area 33 are bent upwardly, theconcave portion 35 keeps a downward bend so as to match with the user's crotch and inner thighs, thus obtaining using comfort. - While the preferred embodiments of the invention have been set forth for the purpose of disclosure, modifications of the disclosed embodiments of the invention as well as other embodiments thereof may occur to those skilled in the art. Accordingly, the appended claims are intended to cover all embodiments which do not depart from the spirit and scope of the invention.
