Description
- The present invention relates to a health machine for reducing abdominal fatness, and in particular, relates to an automatic health machine having the multi-functions for enabling an abdomen, a lateral pelvis, and a waist to be exercised.
- It is extremely difficult to reduce or eliminate an abdomen's fatness by common exercises, and a surgical operation cost is very high.
- The object of a conventional health machine for reducing fatness of an abdomen is to decompose fatness of an abdomen by vibrating the belly continuously, and to generate vibration for the waist by connecting a belt to an electromotive motor, and surrounding a waist with the connected belt.
- But, even if the conventional health machine using vibration of the belt is used, only a small amount of waters are oozed out to outside at the same time when heats are being generated around the belly's tissues, and the machine does not enable the belly's flesh to be exercised. Thus, there are no remarkable effects in reducing fatness of an abdomen and there exists a problem that dizziness are generated and the unwanted portions of a body such as a womb and the like are vibrated since a head is vibrated if such a conventional health machine is used.
- The present invention is devised to solve these conventional problems, and the object of the present invention is to provide a health machine, by which a user can take an abdomen exercise and body correction conveniently and comfortably at any indoor places such as home or offices in order to manage abdomen fatness and enjoy a healthy life style of modem human beings. Thus, it is possible to eliminate the flesh of an abdomen and a flank by decomposing fat accumulated in an belly and a flank in a life environment without using professional health clubs or outside exercise machines, to correct a changed body by taking a pelvis and a waist exercise and to remove an abdomen fatness by vibrating the muscles of a waist and the muscles of an abdomen.
- In order to accomplish the above objects, the health machine for reducing abdominal fatness according to the present invention includes a bottom plate fixed to a bottom surface; a first driving motor fixed to the bottom plate; a pair of bearing support plates fixed to the bottom plate with a space between them; a pair of axis bearings fixed to an upper side of each of the pair of bearing support plates; a crank axis which penetrates through the pair of axis bearings fixed to each of the pair of bearing support plates with a space between them, and is vertically rotated by a driving force of the first driving motor; a support bearing for elevation plate connected to a part of the crank axis; an elevation plate a lower side of which is connected to an upper side of the support bearing for elevation plate; a second driving motor fixed to the elevation plate; a rotation rod which is supported on the elevation plate in a rotating manner, and is rotated horizontally by a driving force of the second driving motor; a rotation plate a lower side of which is connected to an upper side of the rotation rod and is rotated according to rotation of the rotation rod, and an upper side to which a sheet support rod is connected, wherein the sheet support rod extends as a long type in a vertical direction along a vertical line which is separated by a predetermined distance from a vertical line which is a rotation central axis of the rotation rod, and is arranged in parallel with the rotation central axis is connected; a sheet support bearing surrounding a lateral side of the sheet support rod; and a sheet connected to an upper side of the sheet support bearing.
- As mentioned as above, if the health machine for reducing abdominal fatness according to the present invention is used, the flesh of an abdomen and a waist are vibrated in a left, a right, an upper and a lower directions due to vibration of a sheet, and as a result, continuous excitement and friction are generated. Thus, there are effects that fatness can be reduced and at the same time, a frame of a body can be corrected.
- Further, the health machine for reducing abdominal fatness according to the present invention has the effects that students, workers, people managing independent enterprises who sit on the chairs almost all day long can supplement insufficient amount of exercises, and anyone can take exercises manually or automatically at any indoor places such as home and offices while sitting down comfortably.

Therotation plate 420 is arranged such that it can be rotated according to rotation of therotation rod 400, and asheet support rod 430 projecting toward an upper side of a vertical direction along a vertical line, which is separated by a constant distance from a vertical line that is a rotation central axis of therotation rod 400 and is positioned in parallel with the rotation central axis, is arranged on the upper side of therotation plate 420. Thesheet support rod 430 is connected to the sheet support bearing 440, and the sheet support bearing 440 is connected to the lower side of thesheet 500. Since the sheet support bearing 440 is arranged such that it can surround a lateral circumference of thesheet support rod 430, the sheet can rotate while setting thesheet support rod 430 as an axis. - As illustrated in
FIG. 1 , afootstool 700 extending obliquely in a lower direction and a front direction is connected to thesheet 500 so that a user can put his foot while he(or she) is sitting on thesheet 500. - The operations of the health machine for reducing abdominal fatness which is configured as above is explained as below.
- A user takes exercise while sitting on the
sheet 500 and gripping thehandle 600, and when thesheet 500 are rotated around thesheet support rod 430 by a manual operation while both of thefirst driving motor 800, and thesecond driving motor 810 are not operated, the user can take exercises of a waist and an upper body. Such an exercise rotates a waist and an abdomen so that the fat accumulated on an abdomen can be decomposed and discharged outside. In addition, the muscles of a front chest and the muscles of an arm can be trained and strengthened, and the muscles amassed on a back and the shoulders can be flexible. Further, the muscles of the ribs can be made flexible and strengthened, and the pelvis and the ribs can be corrected. In addition, the flesh of an abdomen and a flank can be eliminated. - If the
second driving motor 810 is operated, therotation plate 420 is rotated. Therefore, thesheet support rod 430 is rotated under the state that it is separated by a constant distance from a center of therotation plate 420 and thus, thesheet 500 is moved in a left, a right, an upper and a lower directions. Thesheet support rod 430 and thesheet 500 are connected each other so that they can rotate, and while a user is gripping thehandle 600, the user can sit on thesheet 500 so that he may always see the front direction. Under such a state, there is an effect that the user can decompose the fat accumulated on an abdomen by rotating an abdomen and a waist, and discharge it. Further, the pelvis and the ribs can be corrected, and the flesh of the belly and the flank can be eliminated. - If the
first driving motor 800 is operated, two crankaxises 210 are rotated at the same time, and theelevation plate 300 is moved in a left, a right, an upper and a lower directions according to the rotations. Under such a state, there are effects that the user sitting on thesheet 500 can eliminate the upper flesh and the lower flesh of an abdomen, and the flesh of a flank, make the muscles of a waist flexible and strengthen them train the muscles of an abdomen, improve digestion function because of brisk movements of a stomach, and cure constipation. - If the
first driving motor 800 and thesecond driving motor 810 are operated at the same time, thesheet 500 is moved in an upper and a lower directions, and is moved in a front and a rear directions at the same time. Further, thesheet 500 is moved in a left and aright directions. Consequently, thesheet 500 perform the complex movements. Therefore, remarkable and complex effects can be obtained, and the user sitting on thesheet 500 can have a feeling that he gets on very amusing pleasure facilities in the amusement parks and thus, he can enjoy the exercises comfortably. - As mentioned above, only the preferred embodiments of the present invention are explained, but it is apparent to a person in the art that various modifications and changes can be realized within the technological scope of the present invention based on the preferred embodiments. Further, it is natural that these modifications and changes belong to the range of the attached claims.
