Abstract

The present invention relates to a weft winding and unwinding device in which for convenience use of a weft which is a hair band made by weaving one end of hair by machine sewing or by hand sewing, the weft is uniformly wound around a winding rod of a driving shaft and is unwound later for use. The weft winding and unwinding device includes a winding rod rotatably mounted on a casing to wind the weft therearound, a rotation means which rotates the winding rod during operation to cause the weft to be wound around the winding rod and causes the weft to be forcedly unwound from the winding rod while maintaining a predetermined tension during non-operation upon pulling of the weft wound around the winding rod, a casing to which one end portion of the winding rod is rotatably fixed, the casing comprising the rotation means therein, and a connection means formed on the casing for fixation on the a predetermined place.

Description

    BACKGROUND
  • 1. Field of the Invention
  • The present invention relates to a weft winding and unwinding device in which for convenience use of a weft which is a hair band made by weaving one end of hair by machine sewing or by hand sewing, the weft is uniformly wound around a winding rod of a driving shaft and is unwound later for use.
  • More specifically, the present invention relates to a weft winding and unwinding device in which a weft generally bundled is wound around a winding rod on the device for arrangement and the wound weft is later unwound by a desired length for use, so the hair of the weft, without being rumpled, can be in good order at all times by being wound around the winding rod suspended on a driving shaft, and thus the quality of the hair can be protected and maintained, and the weft can be unwound by a desired length without causing the hair to be rumpled when the hair of the weft is cut or the weft is cut into pieces for use.
  • 2. Description of the Related Art
  • In general, a weft includes a portion made by weaving a predetermined hair end by machine sewing or by hand sewing. For the hair extension effect, the weft is sewn, or adhered with an adhesive applied thereon, onto the human hair. The hair of the weft is cut and an adhesive is applied onto the cut hair to make an extending hair tip, or the cut hair is implanted onto a wig cap to be used as a component of the wig.
  • In particular, the weft is widely used not only as a fashion tool for hair accessories or hair extensions but also to make a hair style, thus coming into wide application.
  • In ceaseless pursuit of new ones for development of beauty, wigs have been widely used as a way to create a new trend as well as to hide embarrassing parts.
  • Recently, hair extension for connecting various colors and shapes of wigs to real hair has been popularized. Among those hair extensions, a weft 1, as shown in FIG. 1, includes a portion la made by weaving the top end portions of a plurality of arranged horizontally wig hair bundles by machine sewing or by hand sewing, so people around the world Widely use various ways of hair extension with the weft.
  • To use a wound weft as an extending hair, the weft is unwound on the ground or a worktable, causing the weft hair to get tangled severely. Thus, it is necessary to continuously pass a comb, brush, or hand through the tangled hair, during which the hair is cut or stretched or the hair falls out from the weft and the falling hair is dropped on the ground here and there, and the weft hair is tangled with the real hair due to brushing or combing, resulting in quality degradation, inconvenience, some problem in cleanliness, and waste of time, and thus inefficiency. Therefore, by solving those problems, it is possible to protect and maintain the quality of the hair, improve economical efficiency by enhancing operator's efficiency owing to convenient use, and obtain positive effects in terms of sanitation by maintaining the work place clean.
  • SUMMARY
  • The present invention is intended to solve the aforementioned problems, and provides a weft winding and unwinding device, which allows the hair of the weft to be used in good order and to be kept and managed in the original form of the hair for protection and preservation of the quality, improves economical efficiency owing to enhanced workability by speeding up and simplifying the work process, and promotes cleanliness, in order to solve many problems such as tangling of the hair, cut or stretch of the hair or the hair fall due to the tangling, the cleanliness problem in terms of arrangement of the portion left after use or uncleanness due to the portion dropped on the ground, and waste of time, caused when a wound weft bundle is unwound and a single strand is or a plurality of strands are cut into pieces from the hair of the weft to be used as extension hair.
  • According to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a weft winding and unwinding device for using a weft, which is a hair band made by weaving one end of the hair by machine sewing or by hand sewing, as extension hair, the weft winding and unwinding device including a winding rod rotatably mounted on a casing to wind the weft therearound, a rotation means which rotates the winding rod during operation to cause the weft to be wound around the winding rod and causes the weft to be forcedly unwound from the winding rod while maintaining a predetermined tension during non-operation upon pulling of the weft wound around the winding rod, a casing to which one end portion of the winding rod is rotatably fixed, the casing comprising the rotation means therein, and a connection means formed on the casing for fixation on the a predetermined place.
  • According to the present invention, the winding rod comprises a weft fixing member formed on a free end portion of the winding rod to facilitate the winding of the weft by holding an end of one side of the weft. The weft fixing member may be preferably a hook or a clip on which an end of one side of the weft is suspended, but may be other fixing members.
  • The winding rod is preferably rotatably fixed on and integrally with a detaching member of the casing to be easily detached, but different colors of hair may be wound around the winding rod in advance and then the winding rod may be detachably inserted into the casing.
  • Therefore, while, conventionally, the weft is rolled up or folded and is processed in bundles in weft packaging during a weft manufacturing process, in the present invention, it is preferable that the weft is wound around a separate winding rod and inserted into the detaching member of the winding rod for easy use.
  • The casing preferably includes a hook on which an end of the other side of the weft wound around the winding rod is suspended, so that the weft is not unwound from the winding rod.
  • The rotation means used in the present invention includes a motor which is turned on/off by a switch mounted on the casing to generate a driving force and a rotation device for delivering the driving force of the motor to the winding rod and rotating the winding rod. The rotation device preferably includes a gear train including a plurality of gears, but it may also include a plurality of pulleys and belts.
  • The weft winding and unwinding device according to the present invention further comprises a height adjustment means for connection to the connection means to adjust the height of the weft to a proper height for extension hair manufacturing or hair extension after the weft is wound around the winding rod. The height adjustment means may include a support which has a through hole through which the connection means is detachably inserted, so that the connection means can be supported by a bolt or a spring.

  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS
  • Hereinafter, exemplary embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
  • Although the present invention is described with reference to the accompanying drawings, it may have various changes and modifications made thereto within the appended claims without being limited to the drawings.
  • For example, a gear train for driving a winding rod may be replaced by other means of such as a belt type, the shape of a hook for the winding rod for preventing a weft from slipping down may be changed, and a power source using direct electricity or a battery may be substituted by an adaptor using a common alternating current voltage.
  • Without a need for a connecting rod for fixedly connecting a weft winding and unwinding device according to the present invention to a support, a connecting member is mounted on a proper portion of the support and through-holes similar to those formed in a clamp of the support may be formed in a casing.
  • Referring to FIG. 2, a weft winding and unwinding device 2 according to an embodiment of the present invention is used to wind a weft 1 which is a hair band made by weaving one end of the hair by machine sewing or by hand sewing as shown in FIG. 1 around a winding rod 10 and later unwind the weft 1 by a desired length to use as extension hair.
  • Therefore, the present invention includes the winding rod 10 for winding the weft 1, in which the winding rod 10 is rotated by a rotation means 20 to be described later. The winding rod 10 is preferably a hollow round rod, but may also be a rod in the shape of a quadrangle or any polygon with more than four sides.
  • A weft fixing member 11 is formed at one free end portion of the winding rod 10 in order to suspend an end portion of the weft 1 on the weft fixing member 11 before winding of the weft 1 around the winding rod 10, so that the weft 1 can be easily wound around the winding bar 10.
  • As can be seen from FIG. 2, the weft fixing member 11 is preferably a hook for suspending the end portion of the weft 1 thereon, but may be a clip (not shown) for holding the end portion of the weft 1.
  • As can be seen from FIGS. 3 and 4, the winding rod 10 is rotated by the rotation means 20 which rotates the winding rod 10 during operation to cause the weft 1 to be wound around the winding rod 10 and causes the weft 1 to be forcedly unwound from the winding rod 10 while maintaining a predetermined tension during non-operation upon pulling of the weft 1 wound around the winding rod 10.
  • To this end, the rotation means 20 includes a motor 21 for generating a driving force by being turned on/off by a switch 51 mounted on a casing 30 and a rotation device 22 for transferring the driving force of the motor 21 to the winding rod 10 for rotation of the winding rod 10.
  • As shown in FIGS. 3 and 5, the rotation device 22 includes a gear train having a plurality of gears 22 a-22 f, in which the winding rod 10 is fixed onto an output end gear 22 f such that the winding rod 10 is rotated together with a bearing 23 axially arranged on a fixed shaft 31 formed in the casing 30 and the output end gear 22 f installed along an outer circumferential surface of the bearing 23.
  • Therefore, the winding rod 10 may be rotated in connection with the bearing 23 or the output end gear 22 f in various ways such as adhesion, a spring, a stopper, and so forth.
  • Referring to installation states of the bearing 23 and the output end gear 22 f with respect to the fixed shaft 31 in the casing 30, the inner side of the output end gear 22 f is inserted into the outer circumferential surface of the bearing 23, the fixed shaft 31 is insertedly fixed in a bore of the bearing 23, and a C-ring 24 is inserted into a concave groove 31 a of the fixed shaft 31 and then an end portion of the winding rod 10 is connected to the bearing 23 or the output end gear 22 f.
  • Although the rotation device 22 uses the gear train including a plurality of the gears 22 a-22 f in the embodiment shown in FIGS. 3 to 5, the present invention is not limited thereto and the rotation device 22 may include a plurality of pulleys and belts (not shown) and if so, timing belts may be used as the belts.
  • Therefore, the present invention may include various other structures capable of delivering the driving force of the motor 21 to the winding rod 10 to wind the weft 1 around the winding rod 10.
  • The winding rod 10 shown in FIG. 3 is rotatably fixed on and integrally with the output end gear 22 f of the rotation device 22, but it may also be detachably fixed on the output end gear 22 f of the rotation device 22 as shown in FIG. 6 to facilitate the replacement of the winding rod 10 when wefts of different colors or the same color are preliminarily wound in advance for use.
  • Referring to FIGS. 3 and 5, in the casing 30 is mounted a circuit board 50 which includes a battery (not shown) for driving the motor 21, a power switch 51, and operation state indicating lamps 52. The motor 21 and the gears 22 a-22 e are preferably of an integral slot type, but may also be separately installed in the casing 30.
  • Referring to FIG. 2, a hook 32 is formed on an outer side of the casing 30 so that the another end portion of the weft 1 wound around the winding rod 10 is suspended on the hook 32 to prevent the weft 1 from slipping down from the winding rod 10.
  • In this way, during work, the end portion of the weft 1 is suspended on the hook 32, whereby the work process can be more conveniently progressed because of being put in order and the work environment can be innovatively improved because the tangled weft 1 and the falling hair are not scattered disorderly.
  • A connection rod 40 in which a plurality of fixing holes 41 are formed is mounted in the outer portion of the casing 30 in order to make it easy to install the weft winding and unwinding device on the support 60.
  • The present invention is not limited to the above structure, and various forms of fixed suspension may be used.
  • Herein, the support 60 forms a height adjustment means, and includes, as shown in FIG. 7, legs 61 whose lengths can be adjusted and a rotational clamp 62, which includes a through hole 62 a into which the connection rod 40 can be detachably inserted, and a screw hole 62 c for receiving a butterfly bolt 62 b, or a spring (not shown).
  • As can be seen from FIGS. 2 and 7, the connection rod 40 and the through-hole 62 a are in a semi-round shape to prevent movement during insertion of the connection rod 40, but this is not intended to limit the present invention. Therefore, they can be in various shapes other than the shown shape.
  • A description will now be made of an operation state of the weft winding and unwinding device according to the present invention structured as described above.
  • As shown in FIG. 7, in the present invention, the connection rod 40 mounted on the casing 30 is inserted into the through-hole 62 a formed on the clamp 62 which rotates 360° on the support 620, and the butterfly bolt 62 b is engaged with the screw hole 62 c of the clamp 62 to be inserted into the fixing hole 41 of the connection rod 40, such that the weft winding and unwinding device according to the present invention can be firmly fixed onto the support 60.
  • After completion of the fixing process, as shown in FIG. 8, the end portion of the weft 1 is suspended on the hook 11 formed on a lower portion of the winding rod 10 and the switch 51 is pressed, and then the motor 21 is rotated and thus the plurality of gears 22 a-22 f forming the gear train are sequentially rotated. As a result, the winding rod 10 is rotated in a direction indicated by an arrow.
  • Herein, the switch 51 is a tact switch of a type in which power is supplied to the motor 21 only during the press of the switch 51 and the power supply is stopped upon release of the press. When the motor 21 operates with the power supply, the weft 1 whose end portion is suspended on the hook 11 in the lower portion of the winding rod 10 is wound in a direction from bottom to top.
  • After complete winding of the weft 1 around the winding rod 10, the switch 41 is turned off to stop the operation of the weft winding and unwinding device, and then the end portion of the weft 1 is suspended on the hook 32 formed on the outer portion of the casing 30 as shown in FIG. 9, thereby preventing the wound weft 1 from slipping down from the rotation winding rod 10 (see FIG. 10).
  • Thereafter, to move the weft 1 wound around the winding rod 10 to a work place 70 and use the weft 1 on the work place 70, the weft 1 is moved together with the support 60, the lengths of the legs 61 are adjusted to a proper height, and then the weft 1 wound around the winding rod 10 is unwound by being pulled and then cut for use. At this time, the winding rod 10 is manually reverse-rotated by an artificial force and thus the wound weft 1 is forcedly unwound from the winding rod 10 while maintaining a predetermined tension.
  • That is, although the motor 21 is stopped, the diameter of the output end gear 22 f mounted on the end portion of the winding rod 10 is larger than that of the adjacent meshed gear 22 e, so if the worker pulls the weft 1, the output end gear 22 f can easily rotate the adjacent meshed gear 22 e, thereby sequentially reverse-rotating the remaining gears and the motor. In this way, the weft 1 can be unwound from the winding rod 10 while being maintained tight as much as the worker pulls and thus can be cut by a predetermined length for use.
  • Accordingly, according to the present invention, the work process can be more conveniently progressed because of being put in order and the work environment can be innovatively improved because the tangled weft 1 and the falling hair are not scattered disorderly, thereby improving workability in wig manufacturing and thus speeding up and simplifying the work process.
  • FIG. 11 is a perspective view of a weft winding and unwinding device according to another embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 12 is an exploded perspective view of the weft winding and unwinding device according to another embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 13 is an exploded perspective view of a rotation means of the weft winding and unwinding device according to another embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 14 is a front view of the rotation means according to another embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 15 is an exploded view showing the weft winding and unwinding device and a support according to another embodiment of the present invention.
  • The weft winding and unwinding device according to another embodiment of the present invention will be described by using the same names as used in the previous embodiment, but different reference numerals than used in the previous embodiment will be used for the description.
  • The weft winding and unwinding device according to another embodiment of the present invention includes a casing 110, a rotation means 130 installed in the casing 110, a winding rod 150 rotatably coupled to the rotation means 130, and a support 170 for fixing the weft winding and unwinding device to a predetermined height, as shown in FIGS. 11 to 15.
  • The casing 110 has a space portion therein and includes an upper casing 11 and a lower casing 112 which are separated from each other. In each of the upper casing 11 and the lower casing 112 is formed a fixing portion 113 protrudently extending to one side.
  • On a top surface of the upper casing 111 is formed a groove portion 116 in which an operation switch 114 and an indicating lamp 114 a are mounted. Bolt holes 117 for engagement of bolts are formed in corresponding positions of the upper casing 111 and the lower casing 112.
  • The operation switch 114 includes a cap 115 fixed to the groove portion 116 to prevent separation from the groove portion 116, and the cap 115 includes a hook 115a to be fixedly inserted into the groove portion 116.
  • The operation switch 114 is a commonly used on/off switch and so a detailed description thereof will not be provided.
  • In the center of a bottom surface of the lower casing 112 is formed a hole 118 through which a rotation shaft 140 of the rotation means 130 passes. An insertion groove 119 in a semi-round shape is formed in the fixing portion 113 of each of the upper casing 111 and the lower casing 112.
  • A plurality of ribs 120 are formed between the fixing portion 113 and the insertion groove 119, and the fixing portion 113 has a fixing bolt 121 to be firmly fixed to the support 170.
  • The rotation means 130, rotated by supplied power, includes an upper case 131 and a lower case 132 in which a plurality of gears 142 are arranged to transfer power.
  • First bolt holes 133 for engagement of bolts are formed in corresponding positions of the upper case 131 and the lower case 132, and second bolt holes 134 are formed for fixation to the lower casing 112.
  • At one side on a top surface of the upper case 131 is formed a settling portion 135, at one side of which a support rod 136 is formed vertically. A driving motor 137 rotated by supplied power is inserted into the settling portion 135.
  • The driving motor 137 is electrically connected with the operation switch 114 and is firmly fixed by a fixing bracket 138.
  • In other words, the fixing bracket 138 has a predetermined height and its upper end and lower end are bent in opposite directions, in which the upper end is fixedly inserted into the driving motor 137 and the lower end is fixedly engaged with the support rod 136 by a bolt (not shown).
  • The rotation shaft 140 is rotatably fixed to the upper case 131 and the lower case 132, and a plurality of bearings 141 are fixed to the rotation shaft 140 for smooth rotation. Also in the rotation shaft 140, the gears 142 are formed.
  • The gears 142 are arranged to rotate as they are engaged with each other. A square protrusion 143 is formed in a lower portion of the rotation shaft 140 for delivering power.
  • An adaptor 145 separated into two parts is fixed to the rotation shaft 140 by bolt engagement. In the adaptor 145, a square fixing groove 146 allowing the square protrusion 143 to be inserted thereinto is formed in a predetermined position and a magnet fixing groove 148 allowing a magnet 147 to be fixedly inserted thereinto is formed in a lower portion.
  • The winding rod 150, separated into two parts, is fixed by bolt engagement. An insertion portion 151 inserted into the adaptor 145 is formed in an inner side of an upper portion of the winding rod 150, and a magnet fixing groove 153 allowing a magnet 152 to be fixedly inserted thereinto is formed in the insertion portion 151.
  • Suspension protrusions 154 are formed on an upper portion and a lower portion of an outer side of the winding rod 150. The winding rod 150 may be made of synthetic resin or paper tube.
  • The support 170 is fixed vertically, in which a leg 171 has a plurality of unfoldable or foldable pedestals 172 fixed thereto, and a horizontal bar 173 protrudently extending to one side is fixed to an upper portion of the leg 171, the horizontal bar 173 being in a convex-concave shape for insertion of the fixing portion 113.
  • According to the weft winding and unwinding device according to another embodiment of the present invention, a user inserts the insertion portion 151 of the winding rod 150 into the adaptor 145 protruding from the lower portion of the casing 110 and the magnet 147 fixed to the lower portion of the inner side of the adaptor 145 and the magnet 152 fixed to the upper portion of the inner side of the winding rod 150 attach each other.
  • When the winding rod 150 is stably attached to the adaptor 145, the user suspends and fixes one end of the weft onto the suspension protrusion 154 formed in the lower portion of the winding rod 150 to prevent deviation or separation of the weft, and presses the operation switch 114 installed on the top surface of the casing 110 with one hand while holding the weft with the other hand.
  • Upon press of the operation switch 114, power is supplied to the driving motor 137 of the rotation means 130 and thus the rotation means 130 is rotated. At the same time, the gears 142 engaged with the rotation shaft 140 are rotated and thus the rotation shaft 140 is also rotated. The operation switch 114 has to maintain its pressed state to supply the power to the driving motor 137. The operation switch 114 is an on/off switch, so it may not be continuously pressed for power supply.
  • As the winding rod 150 is rotated, the weft is wound around the winding rod 150 upwardly and for fixation, another end of the weft is suspended to the suspension protrusion 154 formed on the upper portion of the winding rod 150 or the suspension protrusion 154 formed on the casing 110.
  • The weft is maintained wound around the winding rod 150 and the user separates the other end of the weft from the suspension 154 on the upper portion of the winding rod 150 for use.
  • At this time, if the user pulls the weft separated from the suspension protrusion 154, the rotation shaft 140 of the rotation means 130 is rotated together with reverse-rotation of the driving motor 137, and thus a driving shaft (not shown) of the driving motor 137 is rotated, thereby unwinding the weft.
  • That is, the driving motor 137 performs normal rotation and reverse rotation, so that the driving motor 137 prevents the weft from being too rapidly unwound by maintaining a proper tension as the user pulls the weft, and also allows the weft to be wound in order by rotating at a proper speed.
  • Once the unwound weft is pulled by a desired length, the user cuts the weft by using a cutting tool and suspends the weft back to the suspension protrusion 154 for fixation.
  • The user may use a work table for facilitating the work, and in this case, the user uses the support 170 to situate the weft winding and unwinding device to a proper height.
  • The user unfolds the pedestals 172 fixed to the leg 171 of the support 170 by rotating the pedestals 172 to fix the support 170 in a stable vertical state, and then inserts the fixing portion 113 protruding from one side of the casing 110 into the horizontal bar 173 of the support 170.
  • When the fixing portion 113 is inserted into the horizontal bar 173, the user tightens the fixing bolt 121 fixed to one side of the fixing portion 113 so that the weft winding and unwinding device can maintain a stably fixed state, thereby stably fixing the weft winding and unwinding device to the support 170.
  • The user may separate the weft winding and unwinding device from the support 170 by releasing the fixing bolt 121 and then separating the fixing portion 113 from the horizontal bar 173.
  • According to the present invention, it is possible to preserve the hair in its original form by winding the weft around the rotation winding rod, thereby preventing the hair from being pressed or in a worse case, being damaged and thus improving quality.
  • Moreover, for the hair extension work, the weft wound around the rotation winding rod is artificially unwound by a desired length to take a single strand or a plurality of strands from the arranged hair and use the same, or the weft is cut into pieces for use, thereby improving economical efficiency owing to enhanced workability by speeding up and simplifying the work process.
  • Furthermore, the weft winding and unwinding device according to the present invention can be easily used by anyone due to its simple way of using, can be simply installed and removed, and is also easy to carry due to light weight, so the device can be easily installed and used regardless of place.
  • While the present invention has been particularly shown and described with reference to exemplary embodiments thereof, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that various changes in form and details may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention as defined by the following claims. It is therefore desired that the present embodiments be considered in all respects as illustrative and not restrictive, reference being made to the appended claims rather than the foregoing description to indicate the scope of the invention.

Claims (13)

1. A weft winding and unwinding device for using a weft, which is a hair band made by weaving one end of the hair by machine sewing or by hand sewing, as extension hair, the weft winding and unwinding device comprising:
a winding rod rotatably mounted on a casing to wind the weft therearound;
a rotation means which rotates the winding rod to cause the weft to be wound around the winding rod or causes the winding rod to be rotated upon pulling of the weft wound around the winding rod while maintaining a predetermined tension.
2. The weft winding and unwinding device of claim 1, wherein the winding rod comprises a first weft fixing member formed on a free end portion of the winding rod to facilitate the winding of the weft by holding an end of one side of the weft.
3. The weft winding and unwinding device of claim 2, wherein the weft fixing member comprises a hook on which the end of one side of the weft can be suspended.
4. The weft winding and unwinding device of claim 2, wherein the weft fixing member comprises a clip for holding the end of one side of the weft.
5. The weft winding and unwinding device of claim 1, wherein the rotation means comprises:
a motor which is turned on/off by a switch and
a rotation device for delivering a driving force of the motor to the winding rod and rotating the winding rod.
6. The weft winding and unwinding device of claim 1, wherein the rotation means comprises a gear train.
7. The weft winding and unwinding device of of claim 1, wherein the rotation means comprises pulleys and belts.
8. The weft winding and unwinding device of claim 1, wherein the winding rod is rotatably fixed on and integrally the rotation means.
9. The weft winding and unwinding device of claim 1, wherein the winding rod is rotatably fixed on and detachably from the rotation means.
10. The weft winding and unwiding device of claim 1, wherein the weft winding and unwinding device further comprises
a casing where is installed the rotation means and the one end portion of the winding road.
11. The weft winding and unwinding device of claim 10, wherein the casing further comprises a second weft fixing member on which an end of the other side of the weft wound around the winding rod is suspended to prevent the weft from being unwound from the winding rod.
12. The weft winding and unwinding device of claim 10, wherein the casing further comprises a connection means extended from the one end of the casing.
13. A weft winding and unwinding device for using a weft, which is a hair band made by weaving one end of the hair by machine sewing or by hand sewing, as extension hair, the weft winding and unwinding device comprising:
a winding rod comprising a first hook formed on a free end portion to facilitate the winding of the weft by holding an end of one side of the weft;
a rotation means rotating the winding rod to cause the weft to be wound around the winding rod and generating tension force to cause the weft to be elastically unwound from the winding rod upon pulling of the weft wound around the winding rod and
