Abstract
The present invention provides an improved structure of a clothes hanger, which is intended to resolve the shortcomings of typical clothes hangers with a spring strip and supporting sheet assembled with higher fabrication costs. The clothes hanger includes a flexible supporting body and a hanging hook. The flexible supporting body with an elongated and flat shape is provided with a bracing portion and a mounting hole at its middle position. The mounting hole is used for perforation of the hanging hook, while the bracing portion and flexible supporting body are integrally combined. The invention saves fabrication cost and achieves better economic efficiency through a streamlined fabrication process.
Description
- Not applicable.
- Not applicable.
- Not applicable.
- Not applicable.
- 1. Field of the Invention
- The present invention relates generally to a clothes hanger, and more particularly to an innovative clothes hanger.
- 2. Description of Related Art Including Information Disclosed Under 37 CFR 1.97 and 37 CFR 1.98.
- If the common clothes hanger is loaded with heavy clothes, the supporting ends at both ends of the clothes hanger will be bent downwards, leading to deformation of the middle section of the clothes hanger and contamination of the clothes falling down onto the ground.
- Referring to Taiwan patent No. M321752: “A Multifunctional Clothes Hanger”, a supporting sheet is arranged on the central bottom of an elongated, flat spring strip. When clothes are hung on this clothes hanger, the clothes hanger will not be bent and deformed via arrangement of the supporting sheet. However, there are shortcomings are observed during actual applications.
- Since the supporting sheet and spring strip are assembled together, it is required to fabricate the main body of clothes hanger and also the supporting sheet. As for the production line, the machine tool and necessary feedstock for fabrication of the supporting sheet shall be additionally required. Meanwhile, the assembly and fabrication shall be performed through manual operation, leading to waste of labor and increase of production costs with poorer economic and production efficiency.
- Thus, to overcome the aforementioned problems of the prior art, it would be an advancement in the art to provide an improved structure that can significantly improve efficacy.
- Therefore, the inventor has provided the present invention of practicability after deliberate design and evaluation based on years of experience in the production, development and design of related products.
- There is enhanced efficacy of the present invention.
- Based on the present invention that the bracing portion and flexible supporting body are integrally combined, a supporting sheet is required to be fabricated and arranged, and the spring strip is combined with the supporting sheet through manual operation to ensure rigid reinforcement for the clothes hanger. With this integrated structure, the present invention could save fabrication costs by avoiding waste of raw materials without need of any additional machine for fabrication of supporting sheet and achieve better economic efficiency through streamlined fabrication process.
- Although the invention has been explained in relation to its preferred embodiment, it is to be understood that many other possible modifications and variations can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as hereinafter claimed.
-
FIG. 1 depicts an exploded perspective view of the present invention. -
FIG. 2 depicts an assembled perspective view of the present invention. -
FIG. 3 depicts a perspective view of the first preferred embodiment of the bracing portion of the present invention. -
FIG. 4 depicts a perspective view of the second preferred embodiment of the bracing portion of the present invention. -
FIG. 5 depicts a perspective view of the third preferred embodiment of the bracing portion of the present invention. -
FIG. 6 depicts a perspective view of the fourth preferred embodiment of the bracing portion of the present invention. -
FIG. 7 depicts another assembled sectional view of the clothes hanger of the present invention. -
FIG. 8 depicts a perspective view ofFIG. 6 . - The features and the advantages of the present invention will be more readily understood upon a thoughtful deliberation of the following detailed description of a preferred embodiment of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings.
-
FIGS. 1 , 2 and 4 depict preferred embodiments of a clothes hanger of the present invention. The embodiments are provided only for explanatory purposes with respect to the patent claims. - The clothes hanger A includes a flexible supporting
body 10 and ahanging hook 11. The flexible supportingbody 10 with an elongated and flat shape is provided withshoulder bracing part 12 at both ends. These twoshoulder bracing parts 12 and flexible supportingbody 10 are integrally combined. Moreover, abracing portion 13 and amounting hole 14 are arranged at the middle position of the flexible supportingbody 10. Themounting hole 14 is used for perforation of thehanging hook 11. An O-ring 15 is arranged at the bottom of thehanging hook 11 of the flexible supportingbody 10. Thebracing portion 13 and the flexible supportingbody 10 are integrally combined. - Based upon the above-specified structures, the present invention is operated as follows.
- The flexible supporting
body 10 is provided with the following preferred embodiments. - The
bracing portion 13 at middle position of the flexible supportingbody 10 is punched into arib 131. Therib 131 is presented as either a single rib 131 (shown inFIG. 3 ) or a plurality of rib 131 s (shown inFIGS. 1 , 2, 4). - Referring to
FIGS. 1 , 2, and 4, abracing portion 13 is arranged at middle position of the flexible supportingbody 10 of the clothes hanger A of the present invention, wherein thebracing portion 13 is punched into tworibs 131, and amounting hole 14 is arranged between tworibs 131 for perforation of thehanging hook 11. With the arrangement of tworibs 131, a supporting structure with outstanding rigidity can be shaped at the middle position of said flexible supportingbody 10. So, when the clothes are hung onto the clothes hanger A, the clothes hanger A will not be bent or deformed due to heavy weight of the clothes. With theshoulder bracing parts 12 formed at both ends of the flexible supportingbody 10, western-style suits with sponge shoulder pads could be hung onto them, and the shoulders of the clothes could be kept well-shaped and tidy, eliminating any looseness or disorder of clothes. Furthermore, as a O-ring 15 is placed below thehanging hook 11 of the clothes hanger A, the clothes could be hung onto the O-ring 15 for space-saving purpose. - Referring to
FIG. 3 , amounting hole 14 is arranged at the position ofsingle rib 131 for perforation of thehanging hook 11. With the arrangement ofsingle rib 131, the bracing portion presents excellent rigid supporting strength. - Referring to
FIG. 5 , in another preferred embodiment of the present invention, two spreadingportions 132 are arranged at both sides of therib 131 of the flexible supportingbody 10, such that thebracing portion 13 also presents excellent rigid supporting strength. - Referring also to
FIGS. 6 , 8, in still another preferred embodiment of the present invention, two flangedportions 133 are formed at both sides of the flexible supportingbody 10, such that thebracing portion 13 also presents excellent rigid supporting strength. - Referring also to
FIG. 7 , in another preferred embodiment of the present invention, the flexible supportingbody 10 is made of metal material, onto which aplastic clad 20 is ejected and covered for rust prevention. - Additionally, the
shoulder bracing part 12 can be assembled onto the flexible supportingbody 10, enabling flexible adjustment according to types of the clothes, for example, when the western-style suits are to be hung onto it.
