Abstract

A shoe with a replaceable toe portion or replaceable heel portion comprises a shoe body having a toe portion at a front end thereof; a heel portion at a rear end, a detachable toe portion and a detachable heel portion. Each of the toe portion, detachable toe portion, heel portion and detachable heel portion has a connection portion. The detachable toe portion can be attached to or detached from the connection portion of the toe portion and the detachable heel portion can be attached to or detached from the connection portion of the heel portion. The connection portions of the toe portion, detachable toe portion, heel portion and detachable heel portion are selected from screws, buttons, Velcros, buckles and zippers.

Description

    FIELD OF THE INVENTION
  • The present invention relates to shoes, and particularly to a shoe with a replaceable toe portion or replaceable heel portion, wherein the shoe body can be attached with various detachable toe portion or detachable heel portion to present different outlooks. In manufacturing, only one mold of the shoe body is necessary.
  • BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • Currently, most of shoe have integral structures, that is the shoe body is fixed to the sole and the patterns, textures, colors, shapes of the surfaces of the shoe are also predetermined. When the user buy one shoe, the style of the shoe can not be updated. Thus users frequently buy many shoe to satisfy their requirements.
  • In some design, the shoe body is detachable from the sole. The shoe has a shoe body, a sole, a rubber layer and at least one decoration sheet which can be adhered to the shoe. The shoe has a sole, a shoe face secured to a periphery of the shoe and having an opening for receiving a leg, a groove in the shoe face, and a pattern layer formed on a bottom of the groove. The decorating sheet has an inner surface and an outer surface and a pattern layer on the outer surface. The rubber layer is adhered to an inner side of the decorating sheet an outer surface of the pattern layer. The rubber layer is made of transparent material. When the decorating sheet is embedded into the groove of the shoe body, the outer surface of the decorating sheet is flushed on or slightly protruded from an outer surface of the shoe body.
  • In another prior art, a shoe with replaced bottom pad is disclosed, in that the shoe has a shoe body. An upper side of the shoe body has an enclosure for receiving a leg of a user and a lower side thereof is a sole. A bottom surface of the sole is formed with a receiving portion and a bottom pad is fixed to the upper surface of the sole. The bottom pad has a bottom layer and a surface layer which is formed by a thicker paper or other like material. The bottom layer is a plane sheet and the surface layer has a wavelike structure. The surface layer is paved upon the bottom layer flatly. The lower ends of the wavelike structure are in contact with the bottom layer. The air between the surface layer and the bottom layer has the effect of buffering.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • Accordingly, the primary object of the present invention is to provide a shoe with a replaceable toe portion or replaceable heel portion, wherein the shoe body can be attached with various detachable toe portion or detachable heel portion to present different outlooks. In manufacturing, only one mold of the shoe body is necessary.
  • To achieve above objects, the present invention provides a shoe with a replaceable toe portion or replaceable heel portion comprises a shoe body having a toe portion at a front end thereof; a heel portion at a rear end, a detachable toe portion and a detachable heel portion. Each of the toe portion, detachable toe portion, heel portion and detachable heel portion has a connection portion. The detachable toe portion can be attached to or detached from the connection portion of the toe portion and the detachable heel portion can be attached to or detached from the connection portion of the heel portion. The connection portions of the toe portion, detachable toe portion, heel portion and detachable heel portion are selected from screws, buttons, Velcros, buckles and zippers.
  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
  • In order that those skilled in the art can further understand the present invention, a description will be provided in the following in details. However, these descriptions and the appended drawings are only used to cause those skilled in the art to understand the objects, features, and characteristics of the present invention, but not to be used to confine the scope and spirit of the present invention defined in the appended claims.
  • Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, the first embodiment of the present invention is illustrated. In this embodiment, the structure of the present invention has the following elements.
  • A shoe body 1 has a toe portion 2 at a front end thereof and a heel portion 3 at a rear end thereof; the toe portion 2 has a connection portion 11 at two lateral sides thereof and the heel portion 3 has a connection portion 12 covering two lateral sides thereof.
  • A detachable toe portion 4 has a connection portion 41 which is connectable to the connection portion 11 of the toe portion 2.
  • A detachable heel portion 5 has a connection portion 51 which is connected to the connection portion 12 of the heel portion 3.
  • In the first embodiment of the present invention, the connection portions are selected from male buckle and female buckles so that the connection portion 11 of the toe portion 2 can be combined to the connection portion 41 of the detachable toe portion 4, and the connection portion 12 of the heel portion 3 is connectable to the connection portion 51 of the detachable heel portion 5.
  • The FIG. 2 shows the assembled view of the first embodiment of the present invention.
  • Referring to FIGS. 3 and 4, the second embodiment of the present invention is illustrated.
  • A shoe body 1 has a toe portion 2 at a front end thereof and a heel portion 3 at a rear end thereof; the toe portion 2 has a connection portion 11 a at two lateral sides thereof and the heel portion 3 has a connection portion 12 a covering two lateral sides thereof.
  • A detachable toe portion 4 has a connection portion 41 a which is connectable to the connection portion 11 a of the toe portion 2.
  • A detachable heel portion 5 has a connection portion 5 a which is connected to the connection portion 12 a of the heel portion 3.
  • In the second embodiment of the present invention, the connection portions are zippers so that the connection portion 11 a of the toe portion 2 can be combined to the connection portion 41 a of the detachable toe portion 4, and the connection portion 12 a of the heel portion 3 is connectable to the connection portion 51 a of the detachable heel portion 5.
  • The FIG. 4 shows the assembled view of the first embodiment of the present invention.
  • Referring to FIGS. 5 and 6, the third embodiment of the present invention is illustrated.
  • A shoe body 1 has a toe portion 2 at a front end thereof and a heel portion 3 at a rear end thereof; the toe portion 2 has a connection portion 11 a at two lateral sides thereof and the heel portion 3 has a connection portion 12 a covering two lateral sides thereof.
  • A detachable toe portion 4 has a connection portion 41 a which is connectable to the connection portion 11 b of the toe portion 2.
  • A detachable heel portion 5 has a connection portion 5 a which is connected to the connection portion 12 b of the heel portion 3.
  • In the second embodiment of the present invention, the connection portions are Velcro so that the connection portion 11 b of the toe portion 2 can be combined to the connection portion 41 b of the detachable toe portion 4, and the connection portion 12 b of the heel portion 3 is connectable to the connection portion 51 b of the detachable heel portion 5.
  • The FIG. 6 shows the assembled view of the first embodiment of the present invention.
  • Referring to FIGS. 7 and 8, the fourth embodiment of the present invention is illustrated.
  • A shoe body 1 has a toe portion 2 at a front end thereof and a heel portion 3 at a rear end thereof; the toe portion 2 has a connection portion 11 c at two lateral sides thereof and the heel portion 3 has a connection portion 12 c covering two lateral sides thereof.
  • A detachable toe portion 4 has a connection portion 41 c which is connectable to the connection portion 11 c of the toe portion 2.
  • A detachable heel portion 5 has a connection portion 5 c which is connected to the connection portion 12 c of the heel portion 3.
  • In the fourth embodiment of the present invention, the connection portions are selected from buttons and slits for receiving the buttons so that the connection portion 11 c of the toe portion 2 can be combined to the connection portion 41 c of the detachable toe portion 4, and the connection portion 12 c of the heel portion 3 is connectable to the connection portion 51 c of the detachable heel portion 5.
  • The FIG. 8 shows the assembled view of the first embodiment of the present invention.
  • Referring to FIGS. 9 and 10, the fifth embodiment of the present invention is illustrated.
  • A shoe body 1 has a toe portion 2 at a front end thereof and a heel portion 3 at a rear end thereof; the toe portion 2 has a connection portion 11 d at two lateral sides thereof and the heel portion 3 has a connection portion 12 d covering two lateral sides thereof.
  • A detachable toe portion 4 has a connection portion 41 a which is connectable to the connection portion 11 d of the toe portion 2.
  • A detachable heel portion 5 has a connection portion 5 a which is connected to the connection portion 12 d of the heel portion 3.
  • In the fifth embodiment of the present invention, the connection portions are selected from buttons and slits for receiving the buttons so that the connection portion 11 d of the toe portion 2 can be combined to the connection portion 41 d of the detachable toe portion 4, and the connection portion 12 d of the heel portion 3 is connectable to the connection portion 51 d of the detachable heel portion 5.
  • The FIG. 10 shows the assembled view of the first embodiment of the present invention.
  • By above mentioned preferred embodiment of the present invention, the shoe body 1 can be attached with various detachable toe portion 4 or detachable heel portion 5 to present different outlooks. Thus the user can select desired outlooks to match different conditions, such as outdoors, indoors, leisure states, etc.
  • Furthermore, in manufacturing, as manufacturing doll shoe, the present invention causes that the manufacturers can save a great deal of costs. Only one mold of the shoe body is necessary. The mold of shoe body can be attached with various detachable toe portion and detachable heel portion. Thus the manufacturing processes and costs are reduced greatly.
  • The present invention is thus described, it will be obvious that the same may be varied in many ways. Such variations are not to be regarded as a departure from the spirit and scope of the present invention, and all such modifications as would be obvious to one skilled in the art are intended to be included within the scope of the following claims.

Claims (12)

What is claimed is:
1. A shoe with a replaceable toe portion, comprising:
a shoe body having a toe portion at a front end thereof; the toe portion having a connection portion covering two lateral sides thereof; and
a detachable toe portion having a connection portion which is connectable to the connection portion of the toe portion; and
wherein the detachable toe portion can be attached to or detached from the connection portion of the toe portion so that the detachable toe portion is replaceable from the toe portion of the shoe body.
2. The shoe with a replaceable toe portion as claimed in claim 1, wherein the connection portions of the toe portion and the detachable toe portion are selected from male buckles and female buckles so that the toe portion can be combined to the detachable toe portion.
3. The shoe with a replaceable toe portion as claimed in claim 1, wherein the connection portions of the toe portion and the detachable toe portion are two parts of a zipper so that the toe portion can be combined to the detachable toe portion.
4. The shoe with a replaceable toe portion as claimed in claim 1, wherein the connection portions of the toe portion and the detachable toe portion are Velcro so that the toe portion can be combined to the detachable toe portion.
5. The shoe with a replaceable toe portion as claimed in claim 1, wherein the connection portions of the toe portion and the detachable toe portion are selected from screws and threaded holes for receiving screws so that the toe portion can be combined to the detachable toe portion.
6. The shoe with a replaceable toe portion as claimed in claim 1, wherein the connection portions of the toe portion and the detachable toe portion are selected from buttons and slits for receiving buttons so that the toe portion can be combined to the detachable toe portion.
7. A shoe with a replaceable heel portion, comprising:
a shoe body having a heel portion at a rear end thereof; the heel portion having a connection portion covering two lateral sides thereof; and
a detachable heel portion having a connection portion which is connectable to the connection portion of the heel portion; and
wherein the detachable heel portion can be attached to or detached from the connection portion of the heel portion so that the detachable heel portion is replaceable from the heel portion of the shoe body.
8. The shoe with a replaceable heel portion as claimed in claim 7, wherein the connection portions of the heel portion and the detachable heel portion are selected from male buckles and female buckles so that the heel portion can be combined to the detachable heel portion.
9. The shoe with a replaceable heel portion as claimed in claim 7, wherein the connection portions of the heel portion and the detachable heel portion are two parts of a zipper so that the heel portion can be combined to the detachable heel portion.
10. The shoe with a replaceable heel portion as claimed in claim 7, wherein the connection portions of the heel portion and the detachable heel portion are Velcro so that the heel portion can be combined to the detachable heel portion.
11. The shoe with a replaceable heel portion as claimed in claim 7, wherein the connection portions of the heel portion and the detachable heel portion are selected from screws and threaded holes for receiving screws so that the heel portion can be combined to the detachable heel portion.
12. The shoe with a replaceable heel portion as claimed in claim 7, wherein the connection portions of the heel portion and the detachable heel portion are selected from buttons and slits for receiving buttons so that the heel portion can be combined to the detachable heel portion.
