Abstract
An oven with filter for filtering oil smoke comprises a receiving chamber; a fan chamber adjacent to the receiving chamber; a plurality of wind outlets formed between the receiving chamber and the fan chamber; a plurality of wind returning holes formed between the receiving chamber and the fan chamber; a fan installed in the fan chamber; a slot at an outer side of a casing of the oven; the slot being communicated to the receiving chamber and between the receiving chamber and the fan chamber; and a filter inserted into the slot. In roasting, air with oil smoke is transferred into the fan chamber from the wind returning holes and is then filtered by the filter; and then air is transferred into the receiving chamber.
Description
- The present invention relates to ovens, and particularly to an oven with filter for filtering oil smoke, wherein a slot at an outer side of a casing of the oven; the slot being communicated to the receiving chamber and between the receiving chamber and the fan chamber; and a filter inserted into the slot. In roasting, air with oil smoke is transferred into the fan chamber from the wind returning holes and is then filtered by the filter; and then air is transferred into the receiving chamber.
- Generally, the oven has an electric heated device at a bottom or inner lateral surface thereof. A fan is installed at an inner wall thereof so that hot air of the electric heated device is blown into the oven by the fan to convect within the oven. However as the oven is used for a longer time, the undesired objects, such as oil drops, dregs, and heated air are mixed and circulated repeatedly so as to generate oil smoke and scorched odors to destroy the foods in the oven.
- Accordingly, the primary object of the present invention is to provide an oven with filter for filtering oil smoke, wherein a slot at an outer side of a casing of the oven; the slot being communicated to the receiving chamber and between the receiving chamber and the fan chamber; and a filter inserted into the slot. In roasting, air with oil smoke is transferred into the fan chamber from the wind returning holes and is then filtered by the filter; and then air is transferred into the receiving chamber.
- To achieve above objects, the present invention provides an oven with filter for filtering oil smoke comprises a receiving chamber; a fan chamber adjacent to the receiving chamber; a plurality of wind outlets formed between the receiving chamber and the fan chamber; a plurality of wind returning holes formed between the receiving chamber and the fan chamber; a fan installed in the fan chamber; a slot at an outer side of a casing of the oven; the slot being communicated to the receiving chamber and between the receiving chamber and the fan chamber; and a filter inserted into the slot. In roasting, air with oil smoke is transferred into the fan chamber from the wind returning holes and is then filtered by the filter; and then air is transferred into the receiving chamber.
- The various objects and advantages of the present invention will be more readily understood from the following detailed description when read in conjunction with the appended drawing.
-
FIG. 1 shows the exploded perspective view of the present invention. -
FIG. 2 is a schematic cross view of the present invention. -
FIG. 3 is an assembled cross sectional view of the present invention. -
FIG. 4 is a lateral schematic view of the insertion operation of the present invention. -
FIG. 5 is an assembled cross sectional view in another embodiment of the present invention. - In order that those skilled in the art can further understand the present invention, a description will be described in the following in details. However, these descriptions and the appended drawings are only used to cause those skilled in the art to understand the objects, features, and characteristics of the present invention, but not to be used to confine the scope and spirit of the present invention defined in the appended claims.
- With reference to FIGS. 1 to 3, the element of the present invention will be described herein. The present invention has the following elements.
- A
body 1 has adoor 11 and a plurality ofbuttons 12 at a front end thereof. Thebody 1 is formed with areceiving chamber 13 therein. One side of thereceiving chamber 13 is spaced with afan chamber 16. Awind outlet 14 are formed at an upper side between thereceiving chamber 13 and thefan chamber 16. A plurality ofwind returning holes 15 are formed at a lower side between thereceiving chamber 13 and thefan chamber 16. Afan 160 is installed in thefan chamber 16. An upper side of thebody 1 is aslot 17 which is communicated to thereceiving chamber 13. Afilter 2 is inserted into theslot 17 of thebody 1 and is installed before thefan 160. An outer side of thefilter 2 is installed with ahandle 20. - In assembly, referring to FIGS. 1 to 3, it is only necessary to insert the
filter 2 into theinsertion groove 17 of thebody 1 to isolate thewind outlet 14. In roasting, to operate the fan will make the hot air with oil smoke (or oil gas) in thebody 1 being absorbed from thewind returning holes 15. Then the air is transferred to thereceiving chamber 13 through thewind outlet 14 by thefan 160 so that the hot air is convected in thebody 1. When air is blown, thefilter 2 has the effect of filtering the oil smoke to prevent the smoke to circulate to harm the human body and generate undesired odor. Furthermore, the original odor of the object can be retained. - Referring to
FIGS. 4 and 5 , another embodiment of the present invention is illustrated. In this embodiment, theinsertion groove 17 is installed at a lateral wall of thebody 1, and thefilter 2 is inserted into thefan chamber 16 to be installed before thefan 160. Thus, the oil smoke (or oil gas) into thefan chamber 16 from thewind returning holes 15 is absorbed by thefilter 2 and then is transferred into thereceiving chamber 13 through thewind returning holes 15. - The present invention is thus described, it will be obvious that the same may be varied in many ways. Such variations are not to be regarded as a departure from the spirit and scope of the present invention, and all such modifications as would be obvious to one skilled in the art are intended to be included within the scope of the following claims.
