Abstract
A paintball gun with a direction indicator comprises an installation section thereon for the installation of a direction indicator, whereby a shooter can be provided with information of shooting direction or moving direction.
Description
- The present invention relates to paintball guns, more particularly to a paintball gun with a direction indicator for providing with a directional indication of shooting or moving.
- Paintball gun shooting is a game to simulate real combats in planned occasions of various terrains, such as forest, field or house. Paintball game does not only provide trainings of the players' physical strength, intelligence, team coordination, leadership and disciplines, but also stimuli to their potential abilities and a venting of their workplace stresses. However, in sprite of being given the precise objectives of a paintball game, a participator cannot identify the locations of his/her goals or even his/her own location, it is therefore very significant to invent a paintball gun having a direction indicator for the shooter.
- Accordingly, the primary objective of the present invention is to provide a paintball gun with a direction indicator for providing the shooter with the information of where to move and where to shoot. The present invention is characterized by an installation section on the gun for the attachment of a direction indicator.
- The various objects and advantages of the present invention will be more readily understood from the following detailed description when read in conjunction with the appended drawings.
-
FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view of a paintball gun with a direction indicator accordion to the present invention. -
FIG. 2 is a perspective view of a paintball gun with a direction indicator inFIG. 1 . - Referring to
FIGS. 1 and 2 , a paintball gun with a direction indicator comprises aninstallation section 15 formed on abarrel 1 thereof and adirection indicator 2 mounted on theinstallation section 15 for providing the shooter with the information of where to shoot and where to move. Thebarrel 1 is connected to ahand receiver 10 that includes atrigger 11. The rear portion of thebarrel 1 is provided with a connectingpiece 12, to which aslide stop 13 is connected. Theslide stop 13 is then connected to astock 14. Theinstallation section 15 is installed at a predetermined location on thebarrel 1, whichinstallation section 15 is further provided with aninner screw thread 150. Thedirection indicator 2 is provided with anouter screw thread 20 corresponding to theinner screw thread 150, whereby thedirection indicator 2 can be mounted on theinstallation section 15 of thebarrel 1. Thedirection indicator 2 further includes the function of a compass. In another preferred embodiment, thedirection indicator 2 may be seen at nights. Therefore, after being equipped with thedirection indicator 2 mounted on theinstallation section 15 of thebarrel 1, the paintball gun does have a function of direction indication. - A shooter following the
direction indicator 2 of a paintball gun with a direction indicator will be informed of the direction of forwarding or the direction of shifting; meanwhile, he or she will be reminded of the shooting direction. - The present invention is thus described, and it will be obvious that the same may be varied in many ways. Such variations are not to be regarded as a departure from the spirit and scope of the present invention, and all such modifications as would be obvious to one skilled in the art are intended to be included within the scope of the following claims.
Claims (2)
1. A paintball gun with a direction indicator, comprising:
an installation section formed on a barrel thereof; and
a direction indicator mounted on said installation section for providing directional information of shooting and moving.
2. The paintball gun with a direction indicator of claim 1 wherein said direction indicator further includes a function of a compass.
