In combination, a spout having inwardly turned and depending locking cam surfaces with unequal width slots therebetween, a finger depending therefrom, -a flexible connector connected to the finger, a cap, a cup member'on the cap, having rigidly mounted locking fingers thereon of unequal widths, a finger on the cup member for supporting the flexible connector thereon whereby the cap when positioned on the spout will be aligned and looked upon rotation.

In combination, a spout having interior downwardly depending cam members, a cap for said spout, a locking member carried by said cap for cooperatively engaging said cam members, a sealing means arranged between the cap and the locking member, a'depending lug on said locking member, a flexible connector one end of which is attached to a cam member and the other end to the lug, whereby said lug enters the spout adjacent the cam members during application of the cap to the spout.
7. In combination, a spout having an inturned cam, a lug depending from said cam, a closure cap for said spout, a sealing means carried by said cap, a locking member carried by said cap for cooperatively engaging saidcam, a lug depending from said locking member spaced from the center thereof, a single flexible member attached to each of the two lugs, whereby the flexible member is disposed interior the spout when said cap is in locked position on said spout.
