-Referr1ng to the drawings for a more detailed description thereof, the numerals 5 indicate 2l 'p2LlI' of bed strips which are-secured together by an X-brace 6. A standard 7 is mounted on each of the bed strips 5, and are alike in construction. The standard 7 7 comprises a pair of uprightmembers 8 having foot portions 9 which are secured tothe bed strips '5 by fastening means 10. The members 8 are connected together by means of a member 11' which has turned-down portions 12 which are secured to the members 8 by means of fasteners 13. An upright member 14 is secured to the bed strip 5'and the transverse member 11 medially the members 8. Across fitting 15 is interposed bef tween the members 8 at the top thereof of each standard andis secured to'the members 8 by means of screws 16.
