To all whom it may concern:
Be it known that l, LAWRENCE HAUssIN- GER, a citizen of the United States, residing at Alhambra,-in the county of Los Angeles and State of California, have invented new and useful Improvements in Baby- Chairs, of which the following-is cation.
My object is to make a transform-able chair, and my invention consists of the novel features herein shown, described The leading feature of my invention is the provision of means whereby a common dining room chair may be transformed into a high chair. and back a ain. y

A folding back board 24 is connected to the forward edges of the bar 22 by hinges 25, said hinges being located slightly above the lower edge 26 and against the rear face of the folding back board 24, so that when the folding back board 24 is turned upwardly its front face 27 will be flush with the front face 28 of the bar 20, and flush with front face of the bar 21, and so that the back board 24 will swing forwardly and downwardly to a horizontal position to form a seat for a baby. A felt cushion 29 is placed upon the upper edge of the bar 20 to be engaged by the face 27 of the folding back board 24, when the board-is swung to its horizontal position.
