IMPROVEMENT 1N COMPOUNDS FOR THE CURE OF COLIC AND BOTTS lN HORSES.
Specification forming part of Letters Patent No. 125,933, dated April 23, 1872.
SPECIFICATION.
Specification describing a certain Compound called Remedy for Oolic and Botts, invented by THOMAS BURNS, of the town of Richmond, county of Jefferson, State of Ohio; to be used in severe cases of colic or botts in horses.
The nature of the invention of said BURNS consists offour parts of tincture of opium, four parts of sage-sirup, four parts tincture of aloes, two parts spirits niter, one part of sulphuricether, four parts of oil of turpentine, and eight parts of ninety-eight per cent. alcohol.
