Abstract
Изобретение относится к термообработанному продукту из злаков, содержащему начинку с непрерывной водной фазой, причем указанная начинка имеет влагоактивность (Aw) от 0,5 до 0,80, и содержание жира менее 25 вес. % от общего веса начинки, и которая содержит от 4 до 40 вес. % от общего веса начинки, по крайней мере один нативный или высушенный нежелатинизированный порошковидный крахмал, причем нежелатинизированный крахмал начинки включает частицы крахмала, при этом по крайней мере 5 %, преимущественно по крайней мере 10 % и еще более преимущественно по крайней мере 15 % частиц нежелатинизированного крахмала имеют размер, который равняется 10 мкм или больше, причем нежелатинизированный крахмал имеет по крайней мере 90 % частиц крахмала, распределение размера частиц в интервале от 2 мкм до 100 мкм, и крахмал не подвергался термообработке при температуре более высокой, чем температура желатинизации при использовании начинки.
