A process for the preparation of modified epoxy composite coating consists in application to metallic substrate of electro-discharge machined adhesive layer followed by polymerization thereof at a temperature T=323±2 K for τ=1.5-2.0 hours, thereafter UV irradiated and then treated with constant magnetic field surface layer is applied with subsequent curing of coating at a temperature T=293-298 for τ=72-76 hours. The adhesive layer is preliminarily treated in constant magnetic field.
