Abstract
Відеодані кодують у бітовому потоці з декількома рівнями стандартів кодування. Для заданого сигналу базового рівня (BL) і одного або декількох сигналів рівнів розширення (EL) сигнал BL кодують у кодований потік BL з використанням кодера BL, сумісного з першим стандартом кодування.
