Abstract

Изобретение относится к выделенному полинуклеотиду, рекомбинантного ДНК-конструкта, трансформированной клетки и трансгенных семян масличной культуры, причем трансгенные семена имеют увеличенное общее содержание жирных кислот не менее 10% и измененные профили жирных кислот при сравнении с общим содержанием жирных кислот нетрансгенных нуль-сегрегантных семян сои. Увеличенное общее содержание жирных кислот обеспечивается экспрессией в клетке масличного растения DGAT генов из масленичных организмов.
