Description

卡匣強化結構
本新型係應用於卡匣之技術領域,尤指其技術上提供一種卡匣強化結構,藉由一殼體,該殼體設於一彈射裝置內部,且該殼體內中央設一容置空間,該容置空間連通至少一彈體元件;該容置空間一端開口內壁設一金屬襯套,該金屬襯套設有一內螺紋;另一端內底部固設一穿刺裝置,該穿刺裝置中央設一穿孔,且該金屬襯套及該穿刺裝置與該殼體射包成一體;藉此能有效降低長期閒置或經常使用下該殼體龜裂或破損降低氣密效果,並使該穿刺裝置與該殼體更加穩固,多次使用後仍能確實擊發,可提升發射器整體結構可靠性,在必要時得以發揮防身性能。
現今社會治安日益敗壞,社會案件層出不窮;每當翻閱報章雜誌或觀看電視新聞時,常能看到一些兇殺或是盜匪入侵等聳動的新聞,故基於未雨綢繆、自我防衛的考量,欲單獨出門者或從事警衛工作之保全人員,大都會隨身攜帶防身器具,避免遇上不肖之徒而身陷危險之境地。
一般防衛性武器,主要目的是在最短時間內制服歹徒,且不造成人員的傷亡,而目前市上販售之防身器具種類繁多,如噴霧器、警報器、電擊棒和電擊槍等,其中制伏效果最佳的應屬電擊槍;惟習知電擊槍經常備而不用;但當電擊槍長時間閒置或多次使用後,其內部結構常會因 此產生零件故障;如第10圖所示,該刺針結構70多次使用撞擊氣瓶後,刺針角度常因此歪斜或是不穩固;此外習知內螺紋零件採用高週波方式接合殼體,故內部氣體膨脹壓力容易致使殼體內螺紋疲勞龜裂或破裂之問題,進而於使用時無法維持內部氣密達成良好推送彈體元件之功能,進而影響使用甚至在必要使用之時機故障,讓使用者身陷危險之中;困擾相關人員已久,因此實有加以改良之必要。
是以,針對上述一般結構所存在之問題點,如何開發一種更具理想實用性之新型結構,實消費者所殷切企盼,亦係相關業者須努力研發突破之目標及方向。
有鑑於此,本新型創作人本於多年從事相關產品之製造開發與設計經驗,針對上述之目標,詳加設計與審慎評估後,終得一確具實用性之本新型。
針對上述之問題點,本新型提供一種卡匣強化結構,係包含:一殼體,該殼體設於該彈射裝置內部,且該殼體內中央設一容置空間,該容置空間連通至少一彈體元件;該容置空間一端開口內壁設一金屬襯套,該金屬襯套設一內螺紋;相對該金屬襯套另一端內底部固設一穿刺裝置,該穿刺裝置中央設一穿孔,該金屬襯套及該穿刺裝置與該殼體射包成一體;一高壓氣瓶,該高壓氣瓶外表面卡設該容置空間內之一墊圈,且該高壓氣瓶出氣端面對該穿刺裝置;一U型蓋體,該U型蓋體外表面設一外螺紋,且內底部設二孔洞,各該孔洞之間固設一氣體產生劑,該氣體產生劑上方置入至少一墊 片,再將該U型蓋體螺固該容置空間之該內螺紋,使該U型蓋體開口端緣抵壓該墊圈。
其中,各該彈體元件設於該容置空間兩側二發射管道內,且各該彈體元件為二刺針。
其中,該彈體元件置入於連通該穿刺裝置之一發射槽內,該發射槽開口緣設一外墊圈;此外該彈體元件為辣椒球、胡椒球。
其中,該金屬襯套為銅金屬、鋼金屬。
其中,該彈射裝置裝設於一發射本體,該發射本體設一照明裝置、一把手及一開關。
有關本新型所採用之技術、手段及其功效,茲舉一較佳實施例並配合圖式及圖號詳細說明於後,期能使 貴審查委員對本新型有更詳細的瞭解,並使熟悉該項技術者能據以實施,以下所述者僅在於解釋較佳實施例而非在於限制本新型之範圍,故凡有以本新型之創作精神為基礎,而為本新型之結構任何形式的變更或修飾,皆屬於本新型意圖保護之範疇。

請參閱第1至第4圖如下所示,本新型之第一實施例提供一種卡匣強化結構,係包括:一殼體20,該殼體20設於一彈射裝置13內部,且該殼體20內中央設一容置空間21,該容置空間21連通至少一彈體元件22;該容置空間21一端開口內壁設一金屬襯套27,該金屬襯套27設一內螺紋23;相對該金屬襯套27另一端內底部固設一穿刺裝置24,該穿刺裝置24中央設一穿孔25,該金屬襯套27及該穿刺裝置24與該殼體20射包成一體;一高壓氣瓶30,該高壓氣瓶30外表面卡設該容置空間21內之一墊圈31,且該高壓氣瓶30出氣端面對該穿刺裝置24;一U型蓋體40,該U型蓋體40外表面設一外螺紋41,且內底部設二孔洞26,各該孔洞26之間固設一氣體產生劑42,該氣體產生劑42上方置入至少一墊片43,再將該U型蓋體40螺固該容置空間21之該內螺紋23,使該U型蓋體40開口端緣抵壓該墊圈31。
其中,各該彈體元件22設於該容置空間21兩側二發射管道50內,且各該彈體元件22為二刺針28。
其中,該金屬襯套27為銅金屬、鋼金屬。
其中,該彈射裝置13裝設於一發射本體10,設一照明裝置14、一把手11及一開關12。
請參閱第5至第9圖如下所示,本新型之第二實施例提供一種卡匣強化結構,其主要構造與第一實施例相同,唯殼體內部結構有別,其主要特徵在於:該彈體元件22置入於連通該穿刺裝置24之一發射槽60內,該發射槽60開口緣設一外墊圈61;且該彈體元件22為辣椒球、胡椒球。
其中,該金屬襯套27為銅金屬、鋼金屬。
其中,該彈射裝置13裝設於一發射本體10,該發射本體10設一照明裝置14、一把手11及一開關(圖未示)。
綜上所述,本新型第一實施例之結構於該殼體20製造時將該穿刺裝置24及該金屬襯套27與該殼體20射包為一體成形,作動時將該發射本體10之該開關12按下,電流進入該彈射裝置13之該殼體20,讓該氣體產生劑42產生反應後,將該高壓氣瓶30推向該穿刺裝置24使高壓空氣經由各該發射管道50,推動各該刺針28向前彈射,且該正極及該負極刺針各電連接該發射本體10內之電源裝置,擊中目標時可透過使用者予以電擊目標物;本新型俾使該穿刺裝置24穩固當殼體20多次使用後仍能確保該穿刺裝置24不歪斜以及同時提升該殼體20強度不龜裂,增加本新型之使用可靠性。
本新型第二實施例之結構於該殼體20製造時將該穿刺裝置24及該金屬襯套27與該殼體20射包為一體成形,作動時將該發射本體10之該開關(圖未示)按下,電流進入該彈射裝置13之該殼體20,讓該氣體產生劑42產生反應後,將該高壓氣瓶30推向該穿刺裝置24使高壓空氣經由該發射槽60將辣椒球、胡椒球高速推出打擊目標物,爭取逃脫時間;而本新型俾使該穿刺裝置24穩固,當殼體20多次使用後仍能確保該穿刺裝置24不歪斜及該金屬襯套27提升該殼體20強度不易龜裂破損,增加本新型之整體使用 可靠性。
歸納上述的說明,藉由本新型上述結構的設計,可有效克服習式新型所面臨的缺失,進一步具有上述眾多的優點及實用價值,因此本新型為一結構極佳之新型,且在相同的技術領域中未見相同或近似的產品或公開使用,故本新型已符合新型專利有關『新穎性』與『進步性』的要件,乃依法提出申請。

Claims (7)

  1. 一種卡匣強化結構,係包含:一殼體,該殼體設於一彈射裝置內部,且該殼體內中央設一容置空間,該容置空間連通至少一彈體元件;該容置空間一端開口內壁設一金屬襯套,該金屬襯套設一內螺紋;相對該金屬襯套另一端內底部固設一穿刺裝置,該穿刺裝置中央設一穿孔,該金屬襯套及該穿刺裝置與該殼體射包成一體;一高壓氣瓶,該高壓氣瓶外表面卡設該容置空間內之一墊圈,且該高壓氣瓶出氣端面對該穿刺裝置;一U型蓋體,該U型蓋體外表面設一外螺紋,且內底部設二孔洞,各該孔洞之間固設一氣體產生劑,該氣體產生劑上方置入至少一墊片,再將該U型蓋體螺固該容置空間之該內螺紋,使該U型蓋體開口端緣抵壓該墊圈。
  2. 如請求項1所述之卡匣強化結構,其中各該彈體元件設於該容置空間兩側二發射管道內,且各該彈體元件為一正極刺針及一負極刺針。
  3. 如請求項1所述之卡匣強化結構,其中該彈體元件置入於連通該穿刺裝置之一發射槽內,且該彈體元件為辣椒球、胡椒球。
  4. 如請求項3所述之卡匣強化結構,其中該發射槽開口緣設一外墊圈。
  5. 如請求項1所述之卡匣強化結構,其中該金屬襯套為銅金屬、鋼金屬。
  6. 如請求項1所述之卡匣強化結構,其中該彈射裝置裝設於一發射本體。
  7. 如請求項6所述之卡匣強化結構,其中該發射本體設一照明裝置、一把手及一開關。
