Abstract
本創作提供一種電動研磨機馬達,其包含一馬達本體、一動力軸桿以及一套筒。馬達本體內設有一轉子以及環繞轉子的一定子。動力軸桿的一端開設有一軸孔,軸孔沿動力軸桿的中心軸線沿伸。套筒的一端開放,另一端封閉並且向外延伸有形成有穿接軸孔的一偏心軸桿,偏心軸桿的中心軸線與套筒的中心軸線相互平行且間隔配置。本創作的電動研磨機馬達及其偏心傳動組件,其具有組裝相連的動力軸桿以及套筒。動力軸桿穿接轉子,且套筒配置在馬達本體之外。其組裝時動力軸桿及套筒先後分別組裝至馬達本體而便於組裝。
Description
本創作係有關於電動研磨機馬達,尤指一種具有雙軸分離式偏心傳動組件的電動研磨機馬達。
現今的電動研磨機一般包含馬達本體以及研磨轉盤,馬達本體與研磨轉盤之間藉由一偏心軸桿相連接。當馬達本體運轉時能夠藉由偏心軸桿驅動研磨轉盤繞著馬達本體的中心軸移動。一般而言,偏心軸桿包含一桿體,桿體的一端穿入馬達本體,桿體的另一端則設有套筒以供安裝研磨轉盤,且桿體與套筒為非共軸配置。由於桿體與套筒為一體相連,當組裝人員將桿體穿入馬達本體時,偏心配置的套筒易阻礙組裝人員的視線。而且偏心軸桿的重心偏於一側而使得組裝時不易對準。
有鑑於此,本創作人遂針對上述現有技術,特潛心研究並配合學理的運用,盡力解決上述之問題點,即成為本創作人改良之目標。
本創作提供一種具有雙軸分離式偏心傳動組件的電動研磨機馬達。
本創作提供一種電動研磨機馬達,其包含一馬達本體、一動力軸桿以及一套筒。馬達本體內設有一轉子以及環繞轉子的一定子。動力軸桿的一端開設有一軸孔,軸孔沿動力軸桿的中心軸線沿伸。套筒的一端開放,另一端封閉並且向外延伸有形成有穿接軸孔的一偏心軸桿,偏心軸桿的中心軸線與套筒的中心軸線相互平行且間隔配置。動力軸桿穿接轉子,且套筒配置在馬達本體之外。
本創作的電動研磨機馬達更包含一輸出軸,輸出軸其與套筒共軸配置。套筒內設有一軸承且輸出軸穿接軸承。
本創作的電動研磨機馬達,其偏心軸桿螺接軸孔。套筒的一側設置有一配重塊,且配重塊與套筒的中心軸線相對地配置在偏心軸桿之二側。
本創作的電動研磨機馬達,其定子包含環繞轉子排列的複數線圈。轉子包含環繞動力軸桿排列的複數磁鐵。
本創作的電動研磨機馬達,其馬達本體內設置有至少一軸承,且動力軸桿穿接軸承。偏心軸桿的根部徑向延伸而形成有一凸台,且凸台穿接軸承。
本創作的電動研磨機馬達,其中轉子的內側設有一內卡固槽,動力軸桿的外側設有一外卡固槽,轉子藉由一卡固件卡固於動力軸桿,卡固件分別卡入內卡固槽及外卡固槽。
本創作的電動研磨機馬達及其偏心傳動組件,其具有組裝相連的動力軸桿以及套筒。其組裝時動力軸桿先組裝至馬達本體,而後套筒再組裝連接動力軸桿。因此能夠避免套筒妨礙動力軸桿穿入馬達本體,故便於組裝。
參閱圖1及圖2,本創作之較佳實施例提供一種電動研磨機馬達,其包含一馬達本體100以及一偏心傳動組件200。
馬達本體100內設有一轉子110以及環繞轉子110的一定子120。定子120較佳地呈筒狀,且其包含環繞轉子110排列的複數線圈121。轉子110較佳地呈筒狀,且轉子110的內側設有一內卡固槽112,再者轉子110包含環列配置的複數磁鐵111。馬達本體100內設置有至少一軸承131/132,於本實施例中,馬達本體100內較佳地設置有一對軸承131/132。
參閱圖2至圖7,偏心傳動組件200包含一動力軸桿210、一套筒220以及一輸出軸230。
動力軸桿210穿接轉子110,且動力軸桿210的二端分別穿接該對軸承131/132。動力軸桿210的一端開設有一軸孔211,軸孔211沿動力軸桿210的中心軸線沿伸。動力軸桿210的外側設有一外卡固槽212,轉子110藉由一卡固件140卡固於動力軸桿210,卡固件140分別卡入內卡固槽112及外卡固槽212。藉此使得轉子110的磁鐵111環繞動力軸桿210排列。
套筒220的一端開放,另一端封閉並且平行於其軸向向外延伸有形成有一偏心軸桿221,偏心軸桿221的中心軸線與套筒220的中心軸線相互平行且間隔配置,且偏心軸桿221穿接於軸孔211而藉此將套筒220連接動力軸桿210。於本實施例中,套筒220配置在馬達本體100之外且偏心軸桿221較佳地螺接軸孔211而與動力軸桿210共軸固定連接,藉此將套筒220偏心連接於動力軸桿210。偏心軸桿221的根部徑向延伸而形成有一凸台222,且凸台222與動力軸桿210連接偏心軸桿221的一端穿接在同一軸承132內。套筒220的一側設置有一配重塊223,且配重塊223與套筒220的中心軸線相對地配置在偏心軸桿221之二側。
於本實施例中,輸出軸230通過套筒220的開放端穿設在套筒220內並且與套筒220共軸配置。較佳地,套筒220內設有一軸承224且輸出軸230穿接此軸承224,因此輸出軸230能夠相對於套筒220旋轉。輸出軸230用於連接一般的研磨轉盤(圖未示),且輸出軸230較佳地連接在研磨轉盤的中心。
當馬達本體100的轉子110相對於定子120旋轉時,其能夠驅動研磨轉盤繞行動力軸桿210,且研磨轉盤本身同時沿著輸出軸230自轉。當驅動研磨轉盤繞行動力軸桿210時,套筒220上的配重塊223能夠平衡研磨轉盤繞行產生的力矩。
本創作的電動研磨機馬達及其偏心傳動組件200,其具有組裝相連的動力軸桿210以及套筒220。其組裝時動力軸桿210先組裝至馬達本體100,而後套筒220再組裝連接動力軸桿210。因此能夠避免套筒220妨礙動力軸桿210穿入馬達本體100,故便於組裝。而且不同尺寸的套筒220皆能夠通用相連接同的動力軸桿210,更進一步降低製造成本。

Claims (10)
- 一種電動研磨機馬達,包含: 一馬達本體,該馬達本體內設有一轉子以及環繞該轉子的一定子; 一動力軸桿,該動力軸桿的一端開設有一軸孔,該軸孔沿該動力軸桿的中心軸線沿伸;及 一套筒,該套筒的一端開放,該另一端封閉並且向外延伸有形成有穿接該軸孔的一偏心軸桿,該偏心軸桿的中心軸線與該套筒的中心軸線相互平行且間隔配置, 其中該動力軸桿穿接該轉子,且該套筒配置在該馬達本體之外。
- 如請求項1所述的電動研磨機馬達,更包含一輸出軸,該輸出軸與該套筒共軸配置。
- 如請求項2所述的電動研磨機馬達,其中該套筒內設有一軸承且該輸出軸穿接該軸承。
- 如請求項1所述的電動研磨機馬達,其中該偏心軸桿螺接該軸孔。
- 如請求項1所述的電動研磨機馬達,其中該套筒的一側設置有一配重塊,且該配重塊與該套筒的中心軸線相對地配置在該偏心軸桿之二側。
- 如請求項1所述的電動研磨機馬達,其中該定子包含環繞該轉子排列的複數線圈。
- 如請求項1所述的電動研磨機馬達,其中該轉子包含環繞該動力軸桿排列的複數磁鐵。
- 如請求項1所述的電動研磨機馬達,其中該馬達本體內設置有至少一軸承,且該動力軸桿穿接該軸承。
- 如請求項8所述的電動研磨機馬達,其中該偏心軸桿的根部徑向延伸而形成有一凸台,且該凸台穿接該軸承。
- 如請求項1所述的電動研磨機馬達,其中該轉子的內側設有一內卡固槽,該動力軸桿的外側設有一外卡固槽,該轉子藉由一卡固件卡固於該動力軸桿,該卡固件分別卡入該內卡固槽及該外卡固槽。
