Abstract

一種具有可樞轉的前蓋之電池收容裝置,包含一殼體及一前蓋。該殼體包括一後壁及一自該後壁向前延伸且與該後壁共同界定一電池容置空間的圍繞壁,該圍繞壁於其前端界定一供該抽取電池通過以進入該電池容置空間的開口。該前蓋樞設於該殼體上,且可相對於該殼體,在一常閉位置以及一開啟位置之間轉動,其中,該前蓋可樞轉至該常閉位置以蓋設於該殼體之開口,且可樞轉至該開啟位置以呈平行於該圍繞壁之狀態而不阻擋該開口及該電池容置空間,因而該抽取電池可進入該電池容置空間。

Description

具有可樞轉的前蓋之電池收容裝置
本新型是有關於一種能源站之電池收容裝置,特別是指一種具有可樞轉的前蓋之電池收容裝置。
隨著電動車快速的發展,電池能源站開始作為主要的充電設施而逐漸普及。然而,目前市面上既有之電池能源站為了達到商業化雲端監控、充電安全以及使用者便利性,導致整體設備內部構造複雜且電子零件眾多,造成製造成本昂貴且維修不易。
上述習知電池能源站設置有許多充電槽體,做為抽取電池充電時放置之區域。然而,當使用者將其抽取電池攜至目前市面上現有的能源站充電時,通常需先到能源站之操作面板進行操作,才能開啟某一個充電槽體的前蓋,造成使用上的不便,因而無法達到簡易快速且又符合經濟效益之機能。再者,能源站為重要公共系統,需長時間進行電池充電與運轉之功能,須具備較嚴苛之保安措施,內部之機能性構件需藉由外觀件保護來確保防水防塵。

本新型申請專利範圍第2項之技術中的具有可樞轉的前蓋之電池收容裝置,該前蓋包括一蓋體、一樞設於該殼體之該圍繞壁的轉軸,及一連接於該蓋體與該轉軸之間的連接部,其中,該蓋體及該連接部可一起以該轉軸為樞轉中心,相對於該殼體樞轉,當該蓋體及該連接部樞轉至該常閉位置狀態時,該前蓋是以該蓋體蓋設於該殼體之開口。
本新型申請專利範圍第3項之技術中的具有可樞轉的前蓋之電池收容裝置,還包含一套設於該前蓋之該轉軸的彈簧,其中,該彈簧之兩端分別頂抵於該前蓋之該連接部以及該殼體之該圍繞壁,當該抽取電池被抽離該電池容置空間時,該彈簧用於控制該前蓋之關閉力度。
本新型申請專利範圍第4項之技術中的具有可樞轉的前蓋之電池收容裝置,還包含一設置於該前蓋之該蓋體遠離該連接部的一端上的第一吸引件,以及一設置於該殼體之該圍繞壁之內壁面上的第二吸引件,當該前蓋之該蓋體旋轉至該常閉位置時,該第一吸引件正好與該第二吸引件相接近,並互相吸附。
本新型申請專利範圍第5項之技術中的具有可樞轉的前蓋之電池收容裝置,該第一吸引件與該第二吸引件皆為強力磁鐵。
本新型申請專利範圍第6項之技術中的具有可樞轉的前蓋之電池收容裝置,還包含一兩端固設於該殼體之該圍繞壁之內壁面上的擋止件,其中,當該前蓋之該蓋體及該連接部一起旋轉至該開啟位置時,該擋止件用於擋止該連接部,使得該前蓋不會再繼續向圍繞壁之外側旋轉。
本新型申請專利範圍第7項之技術中的具有可樞轉的前蓋之電池收容裝置,該擋止件為鈑金件。
本新型申請專利範圍第8項之技術中的具有可樞轉的前蓋之電池收容裝置,還包含一設置於該殼體之該圍繞壁並鄰近於該圍繞壁之該開口之門擋機構,其中,當該抽取電池和該浮動連接器電連接時,該門擋機構用於鎖定該抽取電池,當該抽取電池和該浮動連接器解除電連接時,該門擋機構對該抽取電池解除鎖定,使得該抽取電池可被抽離該殼體之該電池容置空間。
本新型申請專利範圍第9項之技術中的具有可樞轉的前蓋之電池收容裝置,該前蓋樞轉方向係朝該電池容置空間之內部。
[新型之效果]
本新型藉由申請專利範圍第1項之功效在於:可確保在該殼體之電池容置空間未容置有抽取電池時,該前蓋可保持在常閉位置,且使用者能以最簡便之方式將抽取電池插入該電池容置空間中,並在充電完成且將抽取電池抽出後,該前蓋可快速地恢復至常閉位置,以達到簡易快速且又符合經濟效益並且確保防水防塵之機能。
參閱圖1、2,本新型具有可樞轉的前蓋之電池收容裝置1之實施例,設置於一能源站9,且適用於容置一具有一連接器81之抽取電池8。
參閱圖2、3、4、5,該具有可樞轉的前蓋之電池收容裝置1包含一殼體10、一活動板11、一浮動連接器12、一門擋機構13、二感測器17、一前蓋18、一彈簧19、一擋止件16(例如鈑金件等)、一第一吸引件14(例如強力磁鐵等),及一第二吸引件15(例如強力磁鐵等)。
如圖2、5所示,在本實施例中,該殼體10包括一後壁101,及一自該後壁101向前延伸且與該後壁101共同界定一電池容置空間100的圍繞壁102,其中,該圍繞壁102於其前端界定一供該抽取電池8通過以進入該電池容置空間100的開口103。
在本實施例中,該活動板11可相對移動地設置於該殼體10之該後壁101上,並界定一貫孔111。在本實施例中,該活動板11是位於該殼體10之該圍繞壁102之該電池容置空間100內,亦即,當該抽取電池8如圖4所示插入至該電池容置空間100內時,該活動板11是介於該抽取電池8以及該殼體10之該後壁101兩者之間。
該浮動連接器12可相對於該殼體10之該後壁100移動地穿設於該殼體10之該後壁101之穿孔(圖未示),且固定地穿設於該活動板11之貫孔111。在本實施例中,該浮動連接器12包括一可相對移動地穿設於該殼體10之該後壁101之該穿孔並且固定地穿設於該活動板11之該貫孔111之穿設部121,以及一自該穿設部121向前延伸並可與該抽取電池8之連接器81電連接的引導部122。
如圖4所示,該門擋機構13設置於該殼體10之該圍繞壁102之頂面並且鄰近於該圍繞壁102之該開口103。在本實施例中,該門擋機構13包括一固設於該殼體10之該圍繞壁102之頂面並鄰近於該圍繞壁102之該開口103之固定架130、一設置於該固定架130上的容置盒131、一設置於該容置盒131並具有一槽孔(圖未示)的舌片132、一設置於該容置盒131內並可在該舌片132之槽孔內滑移的凸輪(圖未示),及一設置於該容置盒131內並可驅動該凸輪偏心地轉動之致動器(圖未示,例如馬達等)。
在本實施例中,該等感測器17是設置於該殼體10內壁面並且用於感測該抽取電池8在該電池容置空間100內的位置。如圖4、5所示,該等感測器17的其中一個是設置於該殼體10之該圍繞壁102之內壁面且是鄰近於該圍繞壁102之該開口103。而另一個感測器17則是設置於該殼體10之該後壁101上。
該前蓋18樞設於該殼體10上,且可相對於該殼體10,在一常閉位置(如圖2所示)以及一開啟位置(如圖4所示)之間轉動,其中,該前蓋18可樞轉至該常閉位置以蓋設於該殼體10之開口103,且可樞轉至該開啟位置以呈平行於該圍繞壁102之狀態而不阻擋該開口103及該電池容置空間100,因而該抽取電池8可進入該電池容置空間100。其中,在本實施例中,該前蓋18樞轉方向係朝該電池容置空間100之內部。
在本實施例中,該前蓋18包括一蓋體181、一樞設於該殼體10之該圍繞壁102的轉軸182,及一連接於該蓋體181與該轉軸182之間的連接部183,其中,該蓋體181及該連接部183可一起以該轉軸182為樞轉中心,相對於該殼體10樞轉。當該蓋體181及該連接部183樞轉至如圖2所示的常閉位置狀態時,該前蓋18是以該蓋體181蓋設於該殼體10之開口103。
該彈簧19套設於該前蓋18之該轉軸182。該彈簧19之兩端分別頂抵於該前蓋18之該連接部183以及該殼體10之該圍繞壁102。當該抽取電池8被抽離該電池容置空間100時,該彈簧19用於控制該前蓋18之關閉力度。
如圖4所示,該擋止件16之兩端固設於該殼體10之該圍繞壁102之內壁面上。當該前蓋18之該蓋體181及該連接部183一起旋轉至該開啟位置時,該擋止件16用於擋止該連接部183,使得該前蓋18不會再繼續向圍繞壁102之外側旋轉。
在本實施例中,該第一吸引件14設置於該前蓋18之該蓋體181遠離該連接部183的一端上,且該第二吸引件15設置於該殼體10之該圍繞壁102之內壁面上。當該前蓋18之該蓋體181旋轉至該常閉位置時,該第一吸引件14正好與該第二吸引件15相接近,並互相吸附。
如圖1、2、4所示,當該電池容置空間100未置入有抽取電池8進行充電時,該前蓋18在無須搭配電腦或手動控制的情況下,便會由於該彈簧19、該第一吸引件14及該第二吸引件15之做動,而自動定位於該常閉位置,以便使用者可目視辨別能源站9的哪些電池收容裝置1中未置入有抽取電池8。接著,如圖2所示,由於該前蓋18處於常閉位置時亦為解鎖狀態,故使用者能以其抽取電池8頂推該前蓋18以令抽取電池8進入該電池容置空間100中,此時,鄰近於該圍繞壁102之該開口103處的感測器17會感測到該抽取電池8,表示有抽取電池8進入此電池收容裝置1之電池容置空間100中。
接著,在使用者繼續推入該抽取電池8但是尚未被設置於該殼體10之該後壁101上的感測器17感測到的情況下,該門擋機構13仍是處於解鎖狀態。
繼而,當該抽取電池8與該浮動連接器12電連接,並且設置於該殼體10之該後壁101上的感測器17感測到該抽取電池8時,表示該抽取電池8的連接器81已與該浮動連接器12連結定位,因而會觸發該門擋機構13之致動器驅動該凸輪偏心地轉動,以帶動該凸輪向下移動而貫穿該殼體10之長形孔(圖未示)並且突伸於該電池容置空間100的開口103,因而阻擋該抽取電池8,使其無法被抽離該電池容置空間100,也就是如圖3、4、5所示之鎖定狀態。
然後,當該抽取電池8充電完成並且使用者進行身分驗證與行動支付後,該抽取電池8之連接器81和該浮動連接器12解除電連接,使得該致動器再度驅動該凸輪偏心地轉動,以帶動該凸輪向上縮回,因而該抽取電池8不被阻擋,而能被抽離該電池容置空間100。
綜上所述,本新型具有可樞轉的前蓋之電池收容裝置1,可確保在該殼體10之電池容置空間100未容置有抽取電池8時,該前蓋18可保持在常閉位置,且使用者能以最簡便之方式將抽取電池8插入該電池容置空間100中,並在充電完成且將抽取電池8抽出後,該前蓋18可快速地恢復至常閉位置,以達到簡易快速且又符合經濟效益並且確保防水防塵之機能,所以確實能達成本新型的目的。
惟以上所述者,僅為本新型的實施例而已,當不能以此限定本新型實施的範圍,凡是依本新型申請專利範圍及專利說明書內容所作的簡單的等效變化與修飾,皆仍屬本新型專利涵蓋的範圍內。

Claims (9)

  1. 一種具有可樞轉的前蓋之電池收容裝置,設置於一能源站,且適用於容置一具有一連接器之抽取電池,其中,該具有可樞轉的前蓋之電池收容裝置包含: 一殼體,包括一後壁及一自該後壁向前延伸且與該後壁共同界定一電池容置空間的圍繞壁,其中,該圍繞壁於其前端界定一供該抽取電池通過以進入該電池容置空間的開口;及 一前蓋,樞設於該殼體上,且可相對於該殼體,在一常閉位置以及一開啟位置之間轉動,其中,該前蓋可樞轉至該常閉位置以蓋設於該殼體之開口,且可樞轉至該開啟位置以呈平行於該殼體之該圍繞壁之狀態而不阻擋該開口及該電池容置空間,因而該抽取電池可進入該電池容置空間。
  2. 如請求項1所述的具有可樞轉的前蓋之電池收容裝置,其中,該前蓋包括一蓋體、一樞設於該殼體之該圍繞壁的轉軸,及一連接於該蓋體與該轉軸之間的連接部,其中,該蓋體及該連接部可一起以該轉軸為樞轉中心,相對於該殼體樞轉,當該蓋體及該連接部樞轉至該常閉位置狀態時,該前蓋是以該蓋體蓋設於該殼體之開口。
  3. 如請求項2所述的具有可樞轉的前蓋之電池收容裝置,還包含一套設於該前蓋之該轉軸的彈簧,其中,該彈簧之兩端分別頂抵於該前蓋之該連接部以及該殼體之該圍繞壁,當該抽取電池被抽離該電池容置空間時,該彈簧用於控制該前蓋之關閉力度。
  4. 如請求項2所述的具有可樞轉的前蓋之電池收容裝置,還包含一設置於該前蓋之該蓋體遠離該連接部的一端上的第一吸引件,以及一設置於該殼體之該圍繞壁之內壁面上的第二吸引件,當該前蓋之該蓋體旋轉至該常閉位置時,該第一吸引件正好與該第二吸引件相接近,並互相吸附。
  5. 如請求項4所述的具有可樞轉的前蓋之電池收容裝置,其中,該第一吸引件與該第二吸引件皆為強力磁鐵。
  6. 如請求項2所述的具有可樞轉的前蓋之電池收容裝置,還包含一兩端固設於該殼體之該圍繞壁之內壁面上的擋止件,其中,當該前蓋之該蓋體及該連接部一起旋轉至該開啟位置時,該擋止件用於擋止該連接部,使得該前蓋不會再繼續向該殼體之該圍繞壁之外側旋轉。
  7. 如請求項6所述的具有可樞轉的前蓋之電池收容裝置,其中,該擋止件為鈑金件。
  8. 如請求項1所述的具有可樞轉的前蓋之電池收容裝置, 還包含一設置於該殼體之該圍繞壁並鄰近於該圍繞壁之該開口之門擋機構,其中,當該抽取電池和該浮動連接器電連接時,該門擋機構用於鎖定該抽取電池,當該抽取電池和該浮動連接器解除電連接時,該門擋機構對該抽取電池解除鎖定,使得該抽取電池可被抽離該殼體之該電池容置空間。
  9. 如請求項1所述的具有可樞轉的前蓋之電池收容裝置,其中,該前蓋樞轉方向係朝該電池容置空間之內部。
