The waste heat recovering system according to the invention includes a heat storage tank therein storing a liquid and a heat exchanger connected to the heat storage tank. The heat exchanger is operatively coupled to an exhaust pipe connected between a compressor and an oil separator of the air compressor system. The liquid in the heat storage tank flows into the heat exchanger to proceed heat transfer with high temperature compressed gas containing oil within the exhaust pipe, and then returns into the heat storage tank.
