Abstract

A mount seat includes a connecting member, a first rotary seat, a second rotary seat and a third rotary seat. The connecting member is adapted to connect to an electronic device. The second connecting portion is pivotally disposed on the first extending portion and capable of rotating around a second axis vertical to the first axis. The third rotary seat includes a third connecting portion and a third extending portion connected to each other.
