Abstract
一種雙向藍牙傳輸胎壓偵測系統,其包括主機、藍牙胎壓偵測器以及車輛收發器,主機與車輛收發器電性連接,車輛收發器與藍牙胎壓偵測器雙向藍牙封包傳輸,藍牙胎壓偵測器包括有定位程式與胎況程式,主機透過車輛收發器發出藍牙控制封包至複數藍牙胎壓偵測器的定位程式運作與停止,以及限制胎況程式,如此主機藉由車輛收發器與藍牙胎壓偵測器的雙向藍牙封包傳輸,能改善習知技術胎壓偵測器僅能單向傳送定位資料上的使用問題。
Description
本發明係關於胎壓偵測以及免鑰匙系統,是以接收主機可以雙向藍牙訊號傳輸,進行輪胎定位、胎況偵測以及車門解鎖。
所謂胎壓偵測器自動定位技術,是指胎壓偵測器安裝於輪胎之後(胎壓偵測器遇到電量不足失去作用、輪胎需要對調平均磨耗與替換輪胎時,都必須從輪胎上卸下胎壓偵測器更換新品或是重新定位,部分車廠所配置的胎壓偵測器於每次停駛後的行駛皆會自動定位),透過輪胎轉速、轉動相位角或信號強度,讓位於車內的收發主機收到訊號自動判斷胎壓偵測器裝設位置。待胎壓偵測器與收發主機之間的定位完成後,胎壓偵測器進行單向傳輸溫度、壓力至收發主機,藉以取得輪胎狀況。
目前胎壓偵測器自動定位技術,係由胎壓偵測器單向傳送資料(如第七圖所示),通常胎壓偵測器必須固定發射約10分鐘的定位資料,胎壓偵測器的定位演算非常耗電,在此期間有下列影響。
第一點,縱使中途收發主機已經完成其與胎壓偵測器的定位,胎壓偵測器依舊會持續傳送定位資料到收發主機。
第二點,當胎壓偵測器與收發主機完成定位後,每次車輛暫時性停止超過10分鐘而再度開動時,胎壓偵測器都會再度執行傳送定位資料,也因此再度浪費時間發送定位資料。
第三點,由於一般胎壓偵測器固定發射10分鐘的定位資料,因此在收發主機接收胎壓偵測器的定位資料中有錯誤或中斷情況下,收發主機並無法收到連續有效資料,以致必須車輛停車熄火待下次行駛狀態下,胎壓偵測器才能再次發送定位資料。
本發明提供一種雙向藍牙傳輸胎壓偵測系統,主機藉由車輛收發器與藍牙胎壓偵測器的雙向藍牙封包傳輸,能改善習知技術的問題藉以完成定位、胎況偵測。
為了達成前述目的與功效,提供一種雙向藍牙傳輸胎壓偵測系統,其包括一主機、複數藍牙胎壓偵測器以及複數車輛收發器,其中:該主機與該複數車輛收發器電性連接;該複數車輛收發器與該複數藍牙胎壓偵測器雙向藍牙封包傳輸,各該藍牙胎壓偵測器包括有一定位程式與一胎況程式;該主機透過該複數車輛收發器發出藍牙控制封包至該複數藍牙胎壓偵測器的定位程式運作與停止,以及限制該胎況程式。
請參閱第一圖所示,圖中揭示一種雙向藍牙傳輸胎壓偵測系統,其包括一主機100、複數藍牙胎壓偵測器200以及複數車輛收發器300,其中:該主機100與該複數車輛收發器300電性連接;該複數車輛收發器300與該複數藍牙胎壓偵測器200雙向藍牙封包傳輸,各該藍牙胎壓偵測器200包括有一定位程式231與一胎況程式232;該主機100透過該複數車輛收發器300發出藍牙控制封包至該複數藍牙胎壓偵測器200的定位程式231運作與停止,以及限制胎況程式232。
前述主機100包括有一主機處理單元110,又主機100以係位於車輛內部位置為例。藍牙胎壓偵測器200係安裝於車輛的輪胎(可為胎內式或胎外式)。該複數車輛收發器300各包括有一車輛收發天線310與一車輛收發單元320。車輛收發器300可安裝於車輛的車外後照鏡、車內後照鏡、車門、行李箱蓋、車門把等處。
本發明雙向藍牙傳輸胎壓偵測系統進一步包括一車輛感應移動器400與一免鑰匙進入/啟動裝置500,如第二、三圖所示;該免鑰匙進入/啟動裝置500與該主機100電性連接;該車輛感應移動器400與該複數車輛收發器300雙向藍牙封包傳輸;該車輛感應移動器400發送藍牙辨識封包經該複數車輛收發器300至該主機100,並由該主機100識別資料比對確認符合後得以運作該免鑰匙進入/啟動裝置500。該車輛感應移動器400包括有一移動收發天線410、一移動收發單元420、一移動處理單元430與一移動電池440,該移動電池440電性連接該移動處理單元430,該移動收發單元420分別電性連接該移動收發天線410與該移動處理單元430。
請配合參閱第三至五圖所示,持有車輛感應移動器400 (在此採用行動裝置為例)使用者從車輛收發器300感應範圍外移動至車輛收發器300感應範圍內時,車輛感應移動器400以移動收發單元420並透過移動收發天線410發送藍牙識別封包後,由車輛收發天線310接收並經車輛收發單元320傳送至主機100,其與儲存主機處理單元110的識別資料經比對符合後,主機處理單元110則令該免鑰匙進入/啟動裝置500,進而能解鎖車門、開啟車門進入車內並可隨時啟動車輛。
請參閱第三圖所示,該複數藍牙胎壓偵測器200各包括有一胎壓電池210、一感測模組220、一控制單元230、一藍牙收發單元240、一胎壓收發天線250,該胎壓電池210分別電性連接該控制單元230與該感測模組220,該控制單元230電性連接該感測模組220,該藍牙收發單元240分別電性連接該控制單元230與該胎壓收發天線250;前述控制單元230包括有該定位程式231與該胎況程式232,並由該定位程式231與該胎況程式232取得該感測模組220所測資料。
另外,該感測模組220包括有一壓力感測單元221、一溫度感測單元222、一重力感測單元223及一電壓感測單元224。透過前述壓力感測單元221、溫度感測單元222及重力感測單元223,得以偵測輪胎的壓力、溫度,以及輪胎的加速度、輪胎轉動時間、輪胎轉動相位、輪胎位置等協助定位資訊,另外透過電壓感測單元224可以胎壓電池210的電壓,避免胎壓電池210的電壓低於感測模組220、控制單元230的工作電壓,胎壓電池210發生異常或電量不足。
當該主機100透過車輛收發器300發出藍牙控制封包至藍牙胎壓偵測器200執行該胎況程式232,並透過控制單元230不回傳該感測模組220的資料,直到該感測模組220的所測資料與該胎況程式232的預設值比對為異常狀態時,由該控制單元230恢復該藍牙胎壓偵測器200發送藍牙胎況封包經車輛收發器300至主機100,藉以取得輪胎目前所發生異常狀況資訊。
值得一提的是,主機100經車輛收發器300令藍牙胎壓偵測器200該控制單元230的該定位程式231與該胎況程式232同時運作,其運作的先後順序如第六圖所示。另可為該控制單元230的該定位程式231先行運作至結束後,才進行該胎況程式232的運作。
前述藍牙胎壓偵測器200發送藍牙定位封包至主機100從初始至結束為10秒內完成,並關閉定位程式231。前述發送藍牙胎況封包至主機100從初始至結束為3分鐘內,並持續執行胎況程式232。
本發明雙向藍牙傳輸胎壓偵測系統及其方法可以雙向傳送封包,依照需求主機100經車輛收發器300令藍牙胎壓偵測器200啟動並執行定位程式231,過程中藍牙胎壓偵測器200連續發送藍牙定位封包經車輛收發器300至主機100,直到主機100完成與藍牙胎壓偵測器200之間的定位後,主機100經車輛收發器300發射藍牙控制封包令藍牙胎壓偵測器200關閉定位程式而啟動並執行胎況程式232。或是依照需求主機100經車輛收發器300令藍牙胎壓偵測器200同時啟動執行定位程式231與胎況程式232,過程中藍牙胎壓偵測器200連續發送藍牙定位封包以及藍牙胎況封包經車輛收發器300至主機100,直到主機100完成與藍牙胎壓偵測器200之間的定位後,主機100經車輛收發器300發射藍牙控制封包令藍牙胎壓偵測器200關閉定位程式231而持續執行胎況程式232。
本發明具雙向藍牙傳輸胎壓偵測系統有下列優點:
第1點,主機100得以透過車輛收發器300藍牙接收前述藍牙定位封包資料時同時校驗,確保藍牙定位封包是否為有效(無錯誤或無中斷情況),如此可以藉由車輛收發器300短時間內完成藍牙胎壓偵測器200與主機100之間的定位。
第2點,藍牙胎壓偵測器200透過車輛收發器300得以由主機100控制執行定位程式231與胎況程式232,並取得藍牙胎壓偵測器200的定位資料後,主機100發出藍牙控制封包至藍牙胎壓偵測器200持續執行胎況程式232,藍牙胎壓偵測器200只需在有定位需求由主機100控制,即時面臨車輛暫時性停止而再度開動時,藍牙胎壓偵測器200不會自行啟動定位程式231。
第3點,可以避免以往胎壓偵測器定位資料錯誤,車輛必須停駛一段時間,胎壓偵測器才會重新傳送定位資料於收發主機,而本發明則可以短時間內再度傳送定位資料。
第4點,經由上述運作機制下可以由主機100透過車輛收發器300控制藍牙胎壓偵測器200進行定位的時間,相較以往之技術所節省的定位時間,確實可以節省下藍牙胎壓偵測器200運作定位的電量。
第5點,藉由主機100透過車輛收發器300能分別與藍牙胎壓偵測器200、車輛感應移動器400的雙向藍牙訊號傳輸,除了能改善習知技術的問題藉以完成定位、胎況偵測之外,更能解鎖車輛上鎖的車門並進入車內啟動車輛,如此整合過往兩個獨立的胎壓偵測與免鑰匙兩大系統,進而能減少兩個系統的各別專用接收器,相比之下本發明確實能減少成本與安裝時間。
於上述說明本發明透過車輛收發器300可以提供藍牙胎壓偵測器200、車輛感應移動器400之外,亦可提供使用藍牙頻段作為監控、操控車輛其他裝置用途。

Claims (6)
- 一種雙向藍牙傳輸胎壓偵測系統,其包括一主機、複數藍牙胎壓偵測器、複數車輛收發器、一車輛感應移動器與一免鑰匙進入/啟動裝置,其中:該主機與該複數車輛收發器電性連接;該複數車輛收發器與該複數藍牙胎壓偵測器雙向藍牙封包傳輸,各該藍牙胎壓偵測器包括有一定位程式與一胎況程式;該主機透過該複數車輛收發器發出藍牙控制封包至該複數藍牙胎壓偵測器的定位程式運作與停止,以及限制該胎況程式;該定位程式與該胎況程式同時運作;該車輛感應移動器與該複數車輛收發器雙向藍牙封包傳輸;該車輛感應移動器發送藍牙辨識封包經該複數車輛收發器至該主機,並由該主機識別資料比對確認符合後得以運作該免鑰匙進入/啟動裝置。
- 如請求項1所述之雙向藍牙傳輸胎壓偵測系統,其中該車輛感應移動器包括有一移動收發天線、一移動收發單元、一移動處理單元與一移動電池,該移動電池電性連接該移動處理單元,該移動收發單元分別電性連接該移動收發天線與該移動處理單元。
- 如請求項1所述之雙向藍牙傳輸胎壓偵測系統,其中該複數藍牙胎壓偵測器各包括有一胎壓電池、一感測模組、一控制單元、一藍牙收發單元、一胎壓收發天線,該胎壓電池分別電性連接該控制單元與該感測模組,該控制單元電性連接該感測模組,該藍牙收發單元分別電性連接該控制單元與該胎壓收發天線;前述控制單元包括有該定位程式與該胎況程式,並由該定位程式與該胎況程式取得該感測模組所測資料。
- 如請求項3所述之雙向藍牙傳輸胎壓偵測系統,其中該感測模組包括有一壓力感測單元、一溫度感測單元、一重力感測單元及一電壓感測單元。
- 如請求項1所述之雙向藍牙傳輸胎壓偵測系統,其中該複數車輛收發器各包括有一車輛收發天線與一車輛收發單元。
- 如請求項1所述之雙向藍牙傳輸胎壓偵測系統,其中該主機包括有一主機處理單元。
