Description
本發明涉及一種殼體及其製備方法,尤其涉及一種琉璃材質的殼體及其製備方法。
隨著資訊產業的不斷發展,消費者對可攜式電子裝置的功能提出了越來越高的要求,同時對可攜式電子裝置美觀性的需求也越來越高。然而,現有的電子裝置的殼體通常為金屬或塑膠材質,無法滿足消費者對美觀性的需求。
有鑒於此,有必要提供一種殼體的製備方法。
一種殼體的製備方法,其包括如下步驟:使用灌注成型的方法,將熔融狀態的琉璃成型一琉璃底材;在琉璃底材未完全固化時,將預先編織好的纖維放置於琉璃底材表面,並施加壓力使纖維與琉璃底材壓合於一體;繼續使用灌注成型的方法在該琉璃底材及纖維層的表面灌注成型一琉璃表層。
本發明利用琉璃製備殼體,該殼體具有良好的化學穩定性、耐酸堿腐蝕、高硬度、耐磨損的性能;且該殼體整體晶瑩剔透、顏色美觀;此外通過在琉璃中引入纖維,不僅極大地提高了該殼體的強度,且纖維形成了圖案效果,極大的提高了該殼體的外觀競爭力。

圖1為本發明一較佳實施例的殼體的剖視圖。
請參閱圖1,本發明較佳實施例的殼體10,其整體由琉璃材質構成。該琉璃為含二氧化鉛的二氧化矽玻璃,其中二氧化鉛的質量百分含量為10-20%。該琉璃的透光度為70%~90%。該琉璃的顏色為多種,可為紅色、藍色、綠色、黃色、金色、褐色等,也可以為混合色,如此使得殼體10的外觀顏色種類豐富。
該殼體10還包括嵌入於琉璃中的纖維11。該纖維11可為玻璃纖維、碳纖維或硼纖維。該纖維11可防止殼體10中微裂紋的擴散,提高殼體10的抗衝擊強度,並可在一定程度上提高殼體10的韌性及強度。該纖維11還可經編織形成一定的圖案效果,從而提高殼體10的整體美觀性。
該殼體10具有良好的化學穩定性、耐酸堿腐蝕的性能;且該殼體10硬度高、耐磨損、韌性好及強度高。該殼體10整體晶瑩剔透、顏色美觀。
本發明較佳實施例的殼體10的製備方法,其包括如下步驟:
(1)製備琉璃底材
使用灌注成型的方法,採用塊體的琉璃作為灌注原料,將塊體的琉璃加熱至600-800℃使塊體的琉璃成為熔融狀態,然後將熔融狀態的琉璃注入一模具中,成型出一具有特定形狀的琉璃底材。
(2)在琉璃底材中設置纖維
在琉璃底材未完全固化時,將琉璃底材從模具中取出並將預先編織好的纖維11放置於琉璃底材表面,然後施加壓力使纖維與琉璃底材壓合於一體。該纖維優選編織好的纖維布,一方面具有提高殼體10強度的功效,另一方面可以製作圖案效果,提高殼體10的美觀性。
(3)在該琉璃底材及纖維的表面灌注一琉璃表層
繼續使用灌注成型的方法形成琉璃表層,採用塊體的琉璃作為灌注原料,並將塊體的琉璃加熱至600-800℃至熔融狀態,然後將熔融狀態的琉璃注入模具中,在該琉璃底材及纖維層的表面灌注一琉璃表層。冷卻固化後得到初始的殼體10。
(4)精修及研磨拋光
由於琉璃在固化的過程中會有流平作用,表面會不平整。因此需要對經上述步驟形成的產品進行精修及研磨拋光等後處理。精修使用CNC精雕機,對該殼體10的形狀進行精修;並採用研磨、拋光等手段,最終使殼體10的表面粗糙度為0.8μm。
可以理解,該殼體可作為手機等電子裝置的殼體。
本發明利用琉璃製備殼體10,該殼體10具有良好的化學穩定性、耐酸堿腐蝕、高硬度、耐磨損的性能;且該殼體10整體晶瑩剔透、顏色美觀;此外通過在琉璃中引入纖維11,不僅極大地提高了該殼體10的強度,且纖維11形成了圖案效果,極大的提高了該殼體10的外觀競爭力。

Claims (5)
- 一種殼體的製備方法,其包括如下步驟:使用灌注成型的方法,將熔融狀態的琉璃成型一琉璃底材,該琉璃為含二氧化鉛的二氧化矽玻璃;在琉璃底材未完全固化時,將預先編織好的纖維放置於琉璃底材表面,並施加壓力使纖維與琉璃底材壓合於一體;繼續使用灌注成型的方法在該琉璃底材及纖維層的表面灌注成型一琉璃表層。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之殼體的製備方法,其中所述熔融狀態的琉璃的加熱溫度為600-800℃。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之殼體的製備方法,其中所述方法還包括對殼體進行修整及研磨拋光的步驟。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之殼體的製備方法,其中該纖維為玻璃纖維、碳纖維或硼纖維。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之殼體的製備方法,其中該琉璃中二氧化鉛的質量百分含量為10-20%。
