Description
本發明係有關係一種無線射頻技術,尤指一種具有抑制倍頻諧波之無線射頻電路諧波抑制方法。
無線通訊系統隨著各種領域的應用帶領下,連帶其使用的通訊距離亦快速增加,因此在此情況下,連帶無線通訊系統的發射端需要增加其所輸出的射頻功率,然而,用於增加其發射端射頻功率的射頻放大電路,因其半導體元件與電路的非線性特性,極度容易於電路的輸出端產生奇次與偶次倍頻諧波,使得這些產生的倍頻諧波幅射至空中將會直接干擾其他通訊設備的使用。
為了解決倍頻諧波的干擾問題,習知技術中最常見的一種方式係利用馬口鐵直接隔離電路,而在一般使用的情況下,利用馬口鐵的方式最佳的情況下只能在輸出功率14~16dBm下,所產生的倍頻諧波才會符合安全規範,亦會減低對其他通訊設備的影響,但其射頻放大電路的輸出功率一旦大於前述範圍,厚度不足的馬口鐵將無法抵擋倍頻諧波的外漏,無法解決原有的問題。
射頻放大電路的輸出功率仍是存在,後續的解決方式為了滿足其輸出功率能達到27~30dBm或以上,而捨棄馬口鐵的應用,改採厚度較厚且防穿透力強的鋁壓鑄金屬外殼,其厚度係介於5~10mm或以上,使其可阻擋所產生的倍頻諧波外漏;雖然此舉可以有效改善舊有問題,並增加其射頻放大電路的輸出功率,但過於厚重的金屬外殼卻也增加其材料成本,開模
成本以及運輸成本,並非此解決辦法之福。
針對上述之缺失,本發明之主要目的在於提供一種無線射頻電路之諧波抑制方法,係利用分析設計電路中所可能產生倍頻諧波之可能性及數值,並利用預測其可能發生幅射位置,再加以利用對應之濾波器予以抑制,已減低其倍頻諧波所產生之數值。
為達成上述之目的,本發明係主要提供一種無線射頻電路之諧波抑制方法,係於一設計電路中確認該電路中各電子元件的主要操作頻率,利用該些操作頻率計算出各電子元件間其倍頻諧波與互調失真諧波數值,之後針對該些倍頻諧波與互調失真諧波數值設計可用之濾波器,先依該設計電路計算其產生倍頻諧波幅射之位置,再安裝該些已設計之濾波器於預定產生倍頻諧波幅射之位置上,最後,進行測試並調整該些濾波器之元件值,以確認該些濾波器可抑制該些倍頻諧波,確保設計電路於安全值內。
為讓本發明之上述和其他目的、特徵和優點能更明顯易懂,下文特舉較佳實施例,並配合所附圖式,作詳細說明如下。
茲將本發明之內容配合圖式來加以說明:請參閱第一圖,係為本發明之電路方塊圖。如圖所示,係包括一設計電路1,該電路1中具有不同之電子元件A、B、C及D,其中該元件A係分別與元件B及C電性連接,該元件C再分別與元件B及D電性連接,其中該些元件A、B、C及D之各操作頻率分別為f a 、f b 、f c 及f d ,由於其電路
中所產生之倍頻諧波係為操作頻率之N倍數,因此該些元件A、B、C及D於操作時所產生之倍頻諧波分別為N f a 、N f b 、N f c 及N f d ,而電路中各元件中所產生之互調失真諧波則分別可為f a -f b ,f b -f a ,f c -f d ,f d -f c ,…等不同組合,之後於該電路上利用濾波器原理,於各元件A、B、C及D中可能發生倍頻諧波幅射之位置上架設濾波器11~14,用以進行抑制各元件間所產生之倍頻諧波(N f a 、N f b 、N f c 及N f d )及互調失真諧波(f a -f b ,f b -f a ,f c -f d ,f d -f c ,…),其中該些濾波器11~14可為低通濾波器、高通濾波器、帶通濾波器、帶拒濾波器等濾波器之任一種,其階次從1、2、3、…、N,當該些濾波器11~14分別設置於其定位上後,再進行該些濾波器11~14之測試,並依其所測試後之數據再進行該濾波器11~14之元件值微調,再配合該設計電路1外所設置之馬口鐵,透過抑制與防止之雙重作用來減低其倍頻諧波所產生之影響。
請參閱第二圖,係為本發明之方塊流程圖,係將前述之技術手段以方塊圖表示之。如圖所示,於一設計電路中確認該電路中主要之操作頻率(S1),利用該些操作頻率計算出其倍頻諧波與互調失真諧波數值(S2),針對該些倍頻諧波與互調失真諧波數值設計可用之濾波器(S3),之後再依該設計電路計算其產生倍頻諧波幅射之位置(S4),安裝該些已設計之濾波器於預定位置上(S5),最後,測試並調整該些濾波器之元件值(S6),以完成整體之諧波抑制方法。
請參閱第三圖,係為本發明之實驗數據圖。依據本發明之諧波抑制方法,直接實現於一射頻積體電路應用模組上,該模組之頻率係為2.4GHz,在外加射頻功率放大器後,使其輸出頻率達到27dBm,經過EMI/EMC之實驗量測,如第三圖之實驗數據及圖表所示,其方法之應用可通過FCC15.247
之規範。
惟以上所述之實施方式,是為較佳之實施實例,當不能以此限定本發明實施範圍,若依本發明申請專利範圍及說明書內容所作之等效變化或修飾,皆應屬本發明下述之專利涵蓋範圍。

Claims (4)
- 一種無線射頻電路之諧波抑制方法,於一設計電路上進行,該設計電路中具有複數電子元件,各電子元件具有其操作頻率,其步驟係包括:a.於該設計電路中確認該電路中主要之操作頻率;b.利用該些操作頻率計算出其倍頻諧波與互調失真諧波數值;c.針對該些倍頻諧波與互調失真諧波數值設計可用之濾波器;d.測試並調整該些濾波器之元件值。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之無線射頻電路之諧波抑制方法,其中b步驟中更包括:依該設計電路計算其產生倍頻諧波幅射之位置。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之無線射頻電路之諧波抑制方法,其中c步驟中更包括:安裝該些已設計之濾波器於預定位置上。
- 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之無線射頻電路之諧波抑制方法,其中該濾波器係為低通濾波器、高通濾波器、帶通濾波器、帶拒濾波器等濾波器之任一種。
