Description

用於製造服飾配件或扣結元件之組成物、使用該組成物之服飾配件或扣結元件的製造方法，以及利用該組成物製成之模製品
本發明係與服飾配件或扣結元件有關，特別是指一種用於製造服飾配件或扣結元件之組成物、使用該組成物之服飾配件或扣結元件的製造方法，以及利用該組成物製成之模製品。
隨著流行趨勢的演變，諸如拉鍊或是鈕釦等服飾配件，也從純功能物件轉變為裝飾性物件。以拉鍊為例，習用的拉鍊結構主要由相對設置的二鍊齒、控制二鍊齒結合或分開的拉鍊頭、以及供帶動拉鍊頭移動的拉片所構成；為了提高拉鍊的使用便利性及/或設計感，通常會於拉片末端設置一孔洞，再將具有圖案或顏色的織帶穿過該孔洞並固設於該拉片，藉以提高使用者拉動該拉鍊頭的便利性，同時提升拉鍊的整體造型。
本發明之一目的在於提供一種用於製造服飾配件或扣結元件的組成物，其包括有一熔融熱塑性聚合物(molten thermoplastic polymer)，以及一散布於該熔融熱塑性聚合物中的添加物，該添加物包括有複數具有不同顏色的色粒。
本發明之該用於製造服飾配件或扣結元件的組成物中，以100重量份之該熱塑性聚合物為基準，該添加物的含量概約為0.1重量份。
本發明之該用於製造服飾配件或扣結元件的組成物中，該熔融熱塑性聚合物可為一種或多種選自由聚胺酯(polyurethane,PU)、熱塑性彈性體(thermoplastic elastomer,TPE)以及熱塑性橡膠(thermoplastic rubber,TPR)所構成之族群中的聚合物。
本發明之該用於製造服飾配件與扣結元件的組成物中，各該色粒的尺寸最好為0.2mm至3mm。
本發明一實施例之該用於製造服飾配件或扣結元件的組成物中，該添加物之各該色粒具有一本體以及一包覆該本體的電鍍層。並且，該本體的材質最好為聚乙烯對苯二甲酸酯(polyethylene terephthalate,PET)。
本發明之另一目的在於提供一種使用本發明前述組成物之服飾配件或扣結元件的製造方法。
依據本發明一實施例所為之該服飾配件或扣結元件的製造方法，其包括有將本發明之該組成物成型固著於一配件基體的步驟。另外，在前述製造方法中，該組成物可透過射出成型的方式而固著於該配件基體。
依據本發明另一實施例所為之該服飾配件或扣結元件的製造方法，係包括有將本發明之組成物射出成型的步驟。
本發明之又一目的在於提供一種使用本發明前述製造 方法製造而成的服飾配件或扣結元件。
應用本發明之組成物以及製造方法製得的服飾配件或扣結元件，具有能夠提高整體裝飾性以及耐用性佳等特點。

以下，將依據本發明之具體實施例詳細說明用於製造服飾配件或扣結元件之組成物、使用該組成物之服飾配件或扣結元件的製造方法，以及利用該組成物製成之模製品。
依據本發明之一實施例，係提供一種用於製造服飾配件或扣結元件的組成物，其包括有一熔融熱塑性聚合物以及一添加物，該添加物係散布於該熔融熱塑性聚合物中，並且，該添加物包含有複數具有不同顏色的色粒。
以下分段說明前述實施例之組成物所能夠包含的成分。
首先，該熱塑性聚合物泛指本技術相關領域中常用的各種熱塑性聚合物，並無特定限制。惟，於該組成物中，該熱塑性聚合物需維持熔融狀態。
依據本發明，該熱塑性聚合物可為一種或多種選自由聚胺酯(polyurethane,PU)、熱塑性彈性體(thermoplastic elastomer,TPE)、以及熱塑性橡膠(thermoplastic rubber,TPR)所構成之族群中的聚合物。具體而言，若進一步考量到環保性，則該熱塑性聚合物最好為聚胺酯。
同時，本發明該實施例之該組成物可包括有散布於該熔融熱塑性聚合物中的添加物，該添加物包含有複數具有不同顏色的色粒，其作用係用以使由該組成物製得之成型品具有裝飾性。
前述色粒的形態並無特定限制，其可為片體、球體、或不規則體。其次，依據本發明，以100重量份之該熔融熱塑性聚合物為基準，該添加物的含量較佳宜為0.1重量份。換句話說，考慮到添加物能發揮的裝飾效果，該添加物的含量可選擇地控制在前述範圍內。另外，各該色粒的尺寸範圍最好介於0.2mm~3mm，以發揮較佳的裝飾效果。
於本例中，各該色粒具有一本體以及一包覆該本體的色層。該本體的材質可為聚乙烯對苯二甲酸酯(polyethylene terephthalate,PET)，而該色層可為電鍍層。
舉例來說，該色粒可經由將聚乙烯對苯二甲酸酯(PET)真空電鍍後，再於高溫下塗布著色而製成。
另一方面，本發明第一實施例所提供之一種使用前述組成物之服飾配件或扣結元件的製造方法，係包括有將上述所揭露之組成物成型固著於一配件基體的步驟。
在此，將本發明之組成物成型固著於配件基體的方法並無特定限制，但較佳宜使用射出成型(injection moulding)的方式。
舉例來說，請參閱第1圖，本發明之組成物可透過射出成型的方式，成型固定於一拉片11末端，而製得一拉鍊頭10。在第1圖中，該拉片11即為所述配件基體，實際上，該拉片11末端可朝外突伸一連接部111，包含有該熱塑性聚合物21以及該添加物23的該組成物20則成型固著於該連接部111，俾令該拉片11以及成型後之該組成物20呈現一體延伸之態樣。或者，請參閱第2圖，本發明之包含有該熱塑性聚合物21以及該添加物23的組成物20，亦可透過射出成型的方式成型固定於一鈕釦30之基座31，而製得該鈕釦30。在第2圖中，該基座31即為所述配件基體。
本發明第二實施例所提供之一種使用前述組成物之服飾配件或扣結元件的製造方法，係包括有將上述所揭露之組成物射出成型(injection moulding)的步驟。
舉例來說，請參閱第3圖，本發明之組成物可利用射出成型的方式直接製造成一帶扣(buckle)40，如此，帶扣40可具有由該熱塑性聚合物21固化而成之本體，以及摻雜於其中的該等色粒23，使帶扣40具有豐富的裝飾效果。或者是，請參閱第4圖，本發明之組成物亦可透過射出成型的方式直接製造成一拉鍊延伸帶50，該拉鍊延伸帶50 具有由該熱塑性聚合物21固化而成之一連接環51以及一握持塊53，且其內摻雜有該等色粒23。使用時，僅需先將連接環51穿過拉鍊(圖中未示)尾端之穿孔，之後再將該握持塊53穿過該連接環51，即可將該拉鍊延伸帶50固定於拉鍊。
綜合上述，由於本發明之組成物具有不同顏色的色粒，因此由本發明之組成物以及製造方法製造而得之諸如拉鍊頭、鈕釦、扣結元件或拉鍊延伸帶等配件，具有能夠增添服飾裝飾性的效果，且其耐用性佳。

Claims (10)

  1. 一種用於製造服飾配件或扣結元件的組成物，包含有：一熔融熱塑性聚合物；以及一添加物，散布於該熔融熱塑性聚合物中，該添加物包含有複數具有不同顏色的色粒，各該色粒具有一本體以及一以二次加工方式著色而包覆該本體的包覆層。
  2. 如請求項1所述之用於製造服飾配件或扣結元件的組成物，其中以該熔融熱塑性聚合物100重量份為基準，該添加物的含量約為0.1重量份。
  3. 如請求項1所述之用於製造服飾配件或扣結元件的組成物，其中該熔融熱塑性聚合物為一種或多種選自由聚胺酯、熱塑性彈性體以及熱塑性橡膠所構成之族群中的聚合物。
  4. 如請求項1所述之用於製造服飾配件或扣結元件的組成物，其中該添加物之各該色粒的尺寸範圍為0.2mm~3mm。
  5. 如請求項1所述之用於製造服飾配件或扣結元件的組成物，其中各該色粒之包覆層係為電鍍層。
  6. 如請求項5所述之用於製造服飾配件或扣結元件的組成物，其中各該色粒之本體的材質為聚乙烯對苯二甲酸酯。
  7. 一種服飾配件或扣結元件的製造方法，包含有將請求項1所述之組成物成型固著於一配件基體的步驟。
  8. 如請求項7所述之服飾配件或扣結元件的製造方法，其中該將請求項1所述之組成物成型固著於該配件基體的步驟，係透過射出成型的方式予以完成。
  9. 一種服飾配件或扣結元件的製造方法，包含有將請求項1所述之組成物射出成型的步驟。
  10. 一種服飾配件或扣結元件之模製品，係利用請求項7至9中任一項所述之製造方法製造而成。
