Abstract

The present invention relates to a cleaning device for a stepless transmission system, which composed of a crankcase assembled in a locomotive, comprising: a stepless transmission system and a cleaning guide tube. The stepless transmission system is assembled in the crankcase, which includes a transmission disk, a sliding transmission disk and a clutch. The cleaning guide tube is fastened to the crankcase, which includes an inlet end and an outlet end that are connected together, wherein the inlet end is located outside the crankcase and can be connected to a gas supply device, the outlet end is located inside the crankcase and towards the clutch. Therefore, there's no need to disassemble the components of the crankcase and transmission system when routine maintenance proceeded, and it takes advantage of the cleaning pipe by directing the compressed air to the clutch regardless of whether the transmission system is running or not for cleaning to save time and manpower.
