Description
本發明屬於泡沫泵(foam pump)的領域,其中能發泡的液體和空氣混合以產生泡沫產品。更具體地,本發明與隔膜泡沫泵有關,其中通過電動馬達驅動元件,隔膜被造成重複地塌陷和膨脹,從而交替地將能發泡的液體和空氣抽入隔膜內的混合室中,並迫使混合物成為泡沫產品出來。
很多年來,從保持再填充單元的分配器殼體分配液體,例如肥皂、消毒劑、清潔劑、殺菌劑等是已知的,該再填充單元容納液體並提供用於分配液體的泵機構。用於這樣的分配器的泵機構一般為在致動器移動時僅分配預定量的液體的液泵。最近,為了效率和節約的目的,以通過將空氣注入液體中而產生的泡沫的形式分配液體變成所希望的。因此,標準液泵讓位於產生泡沫的泵,其必定需要用於以產生期望的泡沫的方式合併空氣和液體的裝置。
一般,泡沫分配器通過將能發泡的液體流和空氣流泵送到混合區域並迫使混合物通過篩子來產生泡沫,以更好地將空氣成為氣泡分散在能發泡的液體內,並產生更均勻的泡沫產品。氣泡越小和越多,泡沫就越厚和越軟,雖然太多或太少的空氣可能使泡沫有不良的品質。形成期望的泡沫產品的關鍵是强烈混合能發泡的液體和空氣,以將氣
泡分散在液體內。很多現有的泡沫泵設計使用活塞型機構,其導致泡沫泵的每次致動產生的固定量的泡沫,而沒有任何調節能力。因此,存在對一種泡沫泵的需要,該泡沫泵提供能力來調節泡沫泵的每次致動所提供的泡沫的量。
一種隔膜泡沫泵包括隔膜,隔膜由撓性材料製成,界定混合室,並具有入口開口和出口開口。入口通道與包含能發泡的液體的貯器和入口開口流體相通,且入口通道在其內具有單向閥。泵還包括與出口開口流體相通並在其內具有單向閥的出口通道,且入口通道中的空氣入口具有單向閥。隔膜泡沫泵進一步包括電動馬達和與該電動馬達連接的電動馬達驅動的元件。致動該電動馬達驅動該電動馬達驅動的元件以使隔膜重複地塌陷和膨脹,且其中隔膜的膨脹產生真空,使能發泡的液體和空氣流入混合室中,而隔膜的塌陷使液體和空氣混合物被迫通過出口通道成為泡沫出來。
根據本發明的概念的分配器在圖1中示出並通常由數字10表示。分配器10包括具有隔膜12的泡沫泵11,隔膜12通常是圓頂形狀的。隔膜12由撓性和彈性材料製成,隔膜12在引入外力時塌陷,接著,當力被除去時,

當致動電動馬達16時,軸18和凸輪20在固定的一段時間內旋轉,這由控制電路所控制。當凸輪20旋轉到隔膜12中並從隔膜12旋轉出時,凸輪20的旋轉引起隔膜12的重複和快速的塌陷和膨脹。每當隔膜12塌陷時,混合室14的減少的內部容積產生高壓,該高壓迫使混合室14的容納物通過單向閥42出來,並進入出口通道36中。當隔膜12膨脹回到其原始位置時,混合室14的內部容積增加,產生真空。真空沿著入口通道24抽空氣和能發泡的液體,並通過單向閥28將它們抽入混合室14中。空氣在開口30處通過單向閥32被抽入入口通道24中。在一個實施方式中,空氣僅由於液體通過開口30的運動,即,依靠文托利效應(Venturi effect)而被抽入通道24中。如本領域中具有通常知識者已知的,通過將通道24內的流量限制器(flow restrictor)在與空氣入口30相鄰處,以增加流動的速度,從而降低在被限制流處的壓力,可增强文托利效應。可選地,空氣泵34可用於在空氣入口30處提供加壓的空氣。空氣泵34可由電動馬達16的控制電路17控制,以便電動馬達16的啟動同時引起空氣泵34的致動。
被抽入入口通道24的空氣與能發泡的液體S粗略地混合。由於凸輪20的高速旋轉,因而由於隔膜12膨脹和塌陷的快速頻率,空氣和能發泡的液體在它們通過混合室
14循環時被强烈地攪動和更徹底地混合。該混合物前進到開口40並成為泡沫被分配。電動馬達致動的時間段可通過改變控制電路17來調節,以控制在泡沫泵10的每次致動時分配的泡沫的量。旋轉速率也可對給定的液體/空氣混合物改變,因為可能發現不同的混合物在較小或較大的攪動下變成泡沫。
出口通道36可以可選地包括與開口40相鄰的至少一個網篩44,用於在分配之前擠出空氣和能發泡的液體混合物。然而應理解,在一些實施方式中並對於一些液體和空氣混合物,由於液體和空氣在混合室14中的徹底混合和攪動,將不需要網篩。可以按混合匣46的形式設置所述的至少一個網篩44,混合匣46由在兩端以網篩44為界的中空管48組成。如果設置了混合匣46,則可進一步均質化所形成的混合物,以提高在開口40處被分配的泡沫產品的品質。

Claims (16)
