【物品用途】 本新式樣物品，係用來盛裝例如液狀或乳狀物品等之容器，且藉由其特殊造形以突顯出商品特色及營造出高價值感。 【創作特點】 本創作涉及一種容器之裝飾性設計，特別地指一種新穎美觀「包裝用容器」之新式樣。本新式樣包裝用容器，外觀主要特徵包括一個縱高、扁圓、肩小腹大略呈橢圓形的主體，其肩部分別自左右側朝相對方向逐漸降低，並形成一個有落差彼此交疊宛若裂紋般的坎面，且順勢向相對側腹部方向律動延伸；及，本體頂端搭配一個粗徑圍的帽形蓋部並突伸一個細長的取汲管等。整體的構成方式及富有動感的組成，尤能表達細緻的視覺美感與具體內涵，線條舒展流暢，樣態雅緻清新，饒富視覺美感之新穎新式樣設計者。;本新式樣「包裝用容器」如附圖所示，基本上包括一個正面方向寬度比例大於側面方向寬度比例許多、縱軸方向比例相對較大、橫斷面方向成橢圓形的扁圓形主體。從立體圖及前視圖觀之，約在本體中端部形成最寬徑圍，並以一曲率半徑向底端方向和頂端方向徑圍寬度逐漸變小。正視時本體上端以一律動的曲線向頂端方向延伸，在最高點形成左右突肩，及自此左右突肩分別朝相對方向逐漸降低，約在頂端的中央部形成一個略低有落差、彼此交疊的坡坎面，並從較高的坡坎面順勢向相對側的腹部方向律動延伸且逐漸變淡，乍看宛若裂紋般。又，後視時上述特徵在本體背面恰恰相反，即該交疊的高、低坡坎面及方向彼此相反且更短。本體頂端，自該左右突肩向中心方向逐漸上揚形成一個微錐形的肩部，及在該肩部的中心向上方形成一個粗徑圍的長頸部。一個帽形蓋部螺合在該頸部的外側，該蓋部具有大小直徑成兩段式之圓柱形，下部徑圍略大且沿其外周綴滿綿密的直列凹凸紋，其上部徑圍略小且角隅修飾成圓角化，及在該上部的高點突伸一個細長的取汲管等。如上述之包裝用容器，整體觀之造形極富新穎特徵。;綜上所述，本新式樣「包裝用容器」，其藉由靈活、舒展的線條表達出一種動感的原創性，創作特色和諧地調和各構成間的視覺條件，獲致最佳的效果及整體的協調性，並且對質感修飾反應出造形物的精緻感覺等，都積極展現商品親和力與優質感，予人產生優雅、鮮明、清新與舒適的印象。[Purpose of the item] This new style item is a container used to hold liquid or emulsion items, and its special shape highlights the characteristics of the product and creates a sense of high value.
