【物品用途】;本新式樣物品,係配置在汽車後端位於座艙部與後廂部之間的側表面鈑件,及配合汽車整體造形設計之裝飾用,使車子外貌特色更突出與具視覺感。;【創作特點】;本創作涉及一種擋泥板的裝飾性設計,特別地指一種新穎美觀「汽車用後擋泥板」之新式樣。本新式樣係一種使用於運動型雙門汽車、介於座艙部與後廂部之間的後擋泥板,外觀主要特徵包括一個薄型略呈”ㄏ”字形的主體,其表面上修飾一道流暢的圓弧形凸脊線,沿後廂部的最高點幾乎橫越全寬度並在接近座艙部邊緣逐漸變淡;及,本體一側形成一個突出、越過凸脊線向頂部方向延伸的梯形狀突出部,另一側包含一個相對凹進、緊挨著凸脊線的L形凹部,及末端形成一個拋物線形的缺口等。整體的輪廓造形考究細膩,線條舒展流暢,樣態雅致清新,饒富視覺美感之新穎新式樣設計者。;本新式樣「汽車用後擋泥板」如附圖所示,基本上包括一個寬度方向比例大於高度方向比例許多、深度方向比例相對很小之薄型的鈑件主體。本體上端包含一個往寬度方向延展的水平部,及其一側形成一個往高度方向延展的垂直部,正視時宛若一”ㄏ”字形狀,側視時成向外側方向強烈鼓出的大包圍。從立體圖及前視圖觀之,本體表面上沿該水平部上端修飾一道流暢的圓弧形凸脊線,此凸脊線沿後廂部的最高點幾乎橫越全寬度並在接近座艙部邊緣逐漸變淡。本體一側即該垂直部的一側形成一個傾斜、幾乎涵蓋整個高度的圓弧形端部,用來承接側門;及,其上端包含一個突出、越過凸脊線向頂部方向延伸的梯形狀突出部,於此突出部的相對側(即該水平部的頂端)形成一個凹進、緊挨著凸脊線上緣的L形凹部,用來承接後廂蓋。一個幾乎截去本體1/2高度之大型的半橢圓形輪弧部,定位於該水平部下方和垂直部另一側之間,且沿此輪弧部的外周緊挨著一道平行的脊線。本體另一側的下部,包含一個約與輪弧部最高點同高、近乎水平的承接部用來承接一個後保險桿等,及在其上部末端形成一個拋物線形的缺口以構成後燈的安裝部等。如上述「汽車用後擋泥板」,整體觀之造形新潮極富新穎特徵。;綜上所述,本新式樣「汽車用後擋泥板」,其藉由俐落、靈活舒展的線條,表達出一種動感的原創性,創作特色和諧地調和各構成間的視覺條件,獲致最佳的效果及整體的協調性,並且對質感修飾反應出造形物的精緻感覺等,都積極展現商品親和力與優質感,予人產生優雅、鮮明、清新與舒適的視覺印象。[Item Usage] This new style item is installed on the side surface panel between the seat and trunk at the rear end of the car, and is used for decoration in conjunction with the overall shape of the car, making the appearance of the car more prominent and visually appealing.
