Abstract
【物品用途】本新式樣物品,係固定在汽車尾部下緣,保護汽車尾部緩衝防撞用,同時也是配合汽車整體造形設計之裝飾用。【創作特點】本創作涉及一種保險槓的裝飾性設計,特別地指一種新穎美觀「汽車用後保險槓」之新式樣。本新式樣後保險槓,外觀主要特徵沿本體表面上端部形成有一道水平方向脊線,高於該脊線和低於該脊線係成相對地凹進,及表面兩側對稱地形成有一對直交於該水平向脊線略呈”內八”字形的垂直方向脊線,且沿此脊線左右側係成相對地凹進。上述脊線成交互地凸出及凹入為一種新的設計哲學,即所謂”熱情表面”使該後保險槓具有一非常動感的外表。整體的造形曲線考究細膩,賦予視覺面和外裝面豐富的穎異變化,線條舒展流暢,樣態雅致清新,饒富視覺美感之新穎新式樣設計者。本新式樣「汽車用後保險槓」如附圖所示,從前視圖及立體圖看,本體上端部及下端部相對於中端部成往深度方向凹入,於上端部上緣兩側包含有一對圓弧形的凹部,該凹部內側角隅相對修飾成滑暢的圓角。本體表面上,沿高度約4/5之上端部形成有一道水平方向脊線,高於該脊線和低於該脊線係成相對地凹進,該脊線並往側面延伸,從前視圖看,中端部中央形成有一個凹進約占寬度1/3之大型略呈梯形狀的凹部,及兩側對稱地自該圓弧形凹部外側往下方形成有一對直交於該水平向脊線略呈”內八”字形的垂直方向脊線,且沿此脊線左右側係成相對地凹進並愈往下端逐漸變淡。本體下端約1/5高度之下端部,自兩側下角隅成對角地形成有一個上弦狀往外側突出的擴散器(空力構件),在其中央形成有一個狹長四角形的鏤空部,及此鏤空部下緣又形成有一個往外側突出的橫肋;又,在該四角形鏤空部外側對稱地形成有一個略呈倒”U”字形的缺口部用來伸設排氣管等。從俯視圖看,該本體橫斷面成彎曲狀,其兩端分別以一圓角朝側面彎曲及延伸,看起來略呈”U”字形輪廓。再從側視圖看,上述水平方向脊線漸往側面逐漸變淡漸平滑,本體兩端對稱地形成有一個圓弧形端部,用來與後擋泥板啣接共同構成一個圓弧形的輪弧部,並沿此輪弧部內側修飾有一道突出、平行於圓弧形端部之分明的脊線等。如上述之「汽車用後保險槓」,整體觀之造形新潮極富新穎特徵。綜上所述,本新式樣「汽車用後保險槓」,藉由俐落、靈活舒展的線條,表達出一種動感的原創性,創作特色和諧地調和各構成間的視覺條件,獲致最佳的效果及整體的協調性,並且對質感修飾反應出造形物的精緻感覺等,都積極展現商品親和力與優質感,予人產生優雅、鮮明、清新與舒適的視覺印象。[Purpose of the item] This new style item is fixed on the lower edge of the rear of the car to protect the rear of the car from collisions and is also used as a decoration to match the overall shape of the car. At the lower end of the body, about 1/5 of the height, a diffuser (aerodynamic component) protruding outward in an upward chord shape is formed diagonally from the lower corners on both sides, and a narrow rectangular hollow portion is formed in the center, and a transverse rib protruding outward is formed at the lower edge of the hollow portion; and a notch portion in a slightly inverted "U" shape is formed symmetrically on the outer side of the quadrilateral hollow portion for extending the exhaust pipe, etc. From the top view, the cross section of the body is curved, and its two ends are curved and extended toward the side with a rounded corner, which looks like a slightly "U" shaped outline. From the side view, the horizontal ridgeline gradually fades and becomes smoother towards the side, and a circular arc end is symmetrically formed at both ends of the body, which is used to connect with the rear fender to form a circular arc part, and a prominent and distinct ridgeline parallel to the circular arc end is decorated along the inner side of the arc part.
