設置，係爲使凹部4a及凸部4b被分離後向後方快速送出 ，並非一定要是一切口，亦可爲一凹部。 前述3種開關配件10A、10B、10C皆係以裝設於完成 品之袋上爲前提而被設計出來。此外，在第1、第2實施 形態中之開關配件10A、10B，亦可在製袋過程中自動安 裝於袋上，而將此具開關配件之袋商品化。 圖6係顯示在製袋過程中自動組裝開關配件於袋上之 製程之模式圖。開關配件10A重疊收納於方型漏斗30中 ，將圓桿31朝箭頭C方向推進，藉以自最下段起將其一 個接著一個擠出。袋係用以往習知的方法（例如熔斷法）製 成。寬幅之塑膠膜Γ在此前置製程中，被折成二折，於 熔接拉鏈4後送至漏斗30旁(組裝台X!)。塑膠膜Γ在此 組裝台X!中被分離器打開拉鏈4，組裝上開關配件10A。 此塑膠膜1’於次一製程中之熔斷台X2上被分離成一袋1 . f' ，與此分離的加工間距同步，圓桿31向前推進以將開關配 鏈4之基材4c上。面膜2及背膜3延伸至開關配件l〇A 之外側上方，成打開部7。 此袋在收納物品後，以開關配件10A閉合拉鏈4，且 將膠膜2、3之上邊部γ2全部熔接。如爲此種具拉鏈之袋 ，即使裝有開關配件10Α，因其外側上邊部Υ2熔接在一起 ，可確實將袋內部密封，非常適合衛生的收納保存食品。 使用者以剪刀剪開上邊部Υ2開封即可。或以可切開上邊部
