M431904 五、新型說明: 【新型所屬之技術領域】 本創作係有關一種手提式縫袋機開關改良結構,尤指提 把開關按钮上設有扳機片’使按壓操作容易對位確保觸動開 關,產生持續的車縫線以提高縫合袋口的封口品質。 【先前技術】 按,手提式縫袋機是將已裝滿物品的紙、布'化纖質料 • 之袋體予以車縫封口的工業用縫紉機。其基本上可分為單線 和雙線兩種,單線鍊式車縫的封包縫匆機耗用縫線較省,折 除封口線跡亦方便,線縫強度可適用於裝載量6 〇 k g以下 的袋包封口,故被廣泛應用於場地分散和縫封輕量的袋包。 如苐1圖所示,習知的手提式縫袋機結構其前端具有一 車縫口 ’於車縫口邊上設有一壓腳,機體的側上設有一馬達 及線軸’而機體的後方則設有一提把,該提把呈中空狀並 鲁叹有-3]孔’使内置—開關的按辦經圓孔而突出到提把的 下方邊位,以方便手持按壓操作。 但習知結構的提把開孔略大,開關按縫點狀配置,在 按屢時會約略的晃動移位,短時間操作按麼對位不致產生太 ^題不過因為一台機器全重約4.5kg左右,如果長 寺門操作難免手酸及按麼按知的手指發麻,加上按點太小又 會晃動手切容易脫位無法確實蝴,以致使車縫線出現 斷、’負不接’袋口車縫封裝不良之問題,為其主要缺點。 3 【新蜇内容】 因鑑於上述習知手提式縫袋機結構所存在的缺點,本創 作人乃積極加以研究、改良、設計,而提供一種手提式缝袋 機開關改良結構,主要包括: 一機體,其刖端具有一車縫口,於車縫口邊上設有一壓 腳; 一馬達’設於機體的側上; 一線軸’配置於機體的另邊側上; -提把,連設於機體的後上方,其呈中空狀内置有一開 關’提把上並設有一開孔,使内置開關的按紐可經開孔突出 到提把的下方邊位,以及; -扳機,具有按壓復轉性,其—端基侧設於提把 上,另端之扳壓部則騰空含蓋在開關按鈕上方; 藉此,使縫袋機操作時,只要按下扳機片之板壓部即可 確保按紐觸動開關,使車縫作業得以正常進行,產生持續的 車縫線以提高縫合袋口的封口品質。 【實施方式】 為使能進—步畴本_之構肋容及其婦點,兹舉 本創作較具體之實施例,並配合關之實施鱗細說明如以 下所述。 一機體1,其前端具有_車縫σ11,於車縫口丄 上設有一壓腳12; M431904 一馬達2,設於機體1的側上; 一線軸3,配置於機體1的另邊側上;
一提把4,連設於機體1的後上方,其呈中空狀内置有 一開關41,提把4上並設有一開孔42,使内置開關41 的按鈕43可經開孔4 2突出到提把4的下方邊位,以及; 一扳機片5,具有按壓復位彈性,其一端基部51固設 於提把4上,另端之扳壓部5 2則騰空含蓋在開關41的按 紐4 3上方; 最簡單實用的設計,是在該扳機片5的基部51上設有 一鎖孔5 3,以供螺栓54穿固在提把4上所設之一鎖孔4 4上;該鎖孔4 4配置時可設於提把4侧壁的内緣,使與穿 孔4 2概成垂直配置,而該扳機片5則設呈一l形鈍尖舌 體,於其扳壓部5 2上設有一膠質護套5 5,以保護手指並 方便按壓使用。
