各處理單元内,並將處理後的基板G從各處理單元運出。 該實施方式的塗敷•顯像裝置集各種處理裝置於一體 ,從而實現了節省空間,提高處理效率的目的。 下面,就基板G在該塗敷•顯像裝置1中的處理礪序 加以說明。第3圖是表示本實施方式的塗敷•顯像裝置1的 處理順序的流程圈。 在如上述搆成的塗敷•顯像裝置1中,利用困中未表 示的裝載/卸載機L/UL,將水平存放若干枚基板G的基板
