Abstract

A bi-axial shredder, which comprises fixed blades installed in the machine frame, rotary blades driven by the driving device and the shredding device installed between the fixed blades and the rotary blades; which is characterized in further comprising: a pair of driving shafts laterally installed and parallel to each other and rotating in opposite direction to each other; a larger cutter which is larger than the rotation radius of the blade with thickness T1 and is axially installed at a specified space with the pair of driving shafts; a smaller cutter which is smaller than the rotation radius of the blade with thickness T2 and is axially installed between the larger cutters and has at least one groove on its outer circumference; fixed blades used for the smaller cutter and fixed blades used for the larger cutter are installed at the center side of a pair of driving axises facing each other; in which the smaller cutter and the larger cutter are installed in the machine frame, the interval of larger cutters axially installed on the driving axis is T1+2nT2 (n>=1), and the fixed blades used by the smaller cutters are at the opposite position and located at slightly the center part of the pair of driving axis.
